Just an ordinary big lots, but the employees make the visit welcoming all the time.Always talkative and ask you for help when in you're in their area working.Little bare in products on the shelves but other than that always a good place to come and shop.

Great place, friendly employees. However, went to use a coupon and wouldn't take it even though the coupon was valid. Other than that excellent one stop shop with Big Lots, Dollar Tree, and Walmart all right there together.

Incompetent cashiers. Took the manager to correctly enter my email to find my rewards account AFTER the other two old hags runnin the registers argued with me and caused a huge scene. Ridiculous! The manager was pleasant and quick.

Very friendly staff, clean store and great music. Not to mention the lowest prices in the area! I like how the store is organized and easy to find what you're looking for. Definitely sign up for their rewards to get even better discounts. Only downside is the parking lot because of the crazy drivers zooming by.

I went into Big Lots while I was waiting for my brother and discovered many good deals and I took part in those deals and I would recommend that store to everyone and it's a good place for people who are handicap and Disabled and the employees helped me find what I was looking for, Thank you Big Lots, A new customer, ELA.

They'll get a higher rating when A) they get some stock in on things I like to buy there, B) they turn on their air conditioning, and C) they stop requiring shoppers to wear masks. Until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. However, the staff is as friendly and helpful as always andthe store is clean, so there's that.

Very displeased with the actions of Sab, one of the workers. We came in to look for furniture and had a question, and another worker tried to help us but couldn't. Sab treated the worker rudely when he asked Sab a question to be able to help us, and sent him away. Then, instead of acknowledging us, whether it be to help us to to just say he'll be with us soon, he turned to a girl and started helping her start a job application, after we had already been there before her seeking assistance for awhile. After a long time of waiting, we just left. Not only did Sab treat us as customers terribly, but he treats other employees terribly. I hope that girl looking for a job application looks elsewhere, I wouldn't want to work with him as my boss. He needs a serious attitude adjustment.

I will not be back to this store. I honestly used to like coming here because I could get in and get out with what I want and have a good interaction with employees overall. Customer service was not great and has been going down hill, I was thinking it was due to the rush of the holidays but tonight ok a turn and my kids where chastised by an employee in front of other customers. God forbid you have the decency to just talk to someone like a person. Great job big lots with your superb hiring capabilities! Customer service is an experience and what keeps people returning to your store.

I have never ran into a manager that will not honor sale price on a product when its in the wrong area. Not like someone laid it down in that area. There were loads of them. Usually, like all the other stores they will give you the sale price then move the product out of the area. No, not this manager. He said sorry can't honor it. He needs a class in customers service. I'm not going to shop there

Store was low or out of a lot of products. Couple of people who worked there, walked right by me and I'm sure saw how perplexed i looked, but just blew me off. Big Lots never really has had good reputation for being friendly/helpful.

Prices have gotten high! They used to have a better selection of baked products from other countries, not so much now. Also a larger selection of teas.

I have had good customer service in the past, but the customer service at this Big Lots in spectacular! We didn’t even have to ask for help loading up two couches, two recliners, and an ottoman. They did it regardless. They definitely deserve a major kudos for their amazing customer service. I know I appreciated the extra help.

I purchased a sofa and mattress from this store earlier this month. Mattress feels nothing like the one I laid on at the store, and the couch is a different color and the back isn't near as firm as the one at the store. I paid $85 for delivery plus $35 to haul away old stuff- all manager will do is exchange the couch for one that is the right color, at my expense of $85 for delivery. What a joke this place is. Will contact corporate and the credit card company.

Prescott Big lots is the best Big lots stores ever visited in Phoenix or Flagstaff clean and stocked. Great place to go and you know that they will have it in stock
