I was looking for a facility where I could establish grooming services for my newly adopted Puppy and Yvonne's Pet Grooming had positive reviews. I called for a same-day appointment for full service grooming and without batting an eye, they scheduled my fur baby. I consider that going above and beyond. Rather than hesitating on taking a new puppy last minute, they warmly welcomed her. Immediately my puppy took to her groomer (wish I could remember her name) and that made me feel comfortable in leaving her. Within an hour I was called to pick her up and she looked so cute. She was groomed exactly as I had asked. The bows were the icing on the cake. They've won my business!

Actually got a good hair cut but had appointment at 10. Dog not ready until 2. 4 hours is ridiculous when you have an appointment. They must allow walk in a preference over scheduled animals. Won't be back.

This shop is great with animals. I brought in a husky wolf mix. Dog had been a rescue. Dog had dreadlocks and matted hair all over. Needed to be fully groomed. And brushed out. Came back to a totally different animal. I wanna thank!Jessica, Krysten, Rikki, Alexis, Denise, ChristinaAll top notch people!

First time at a new groomer. She had very long hair. Been over 6 months since she had been groomed.They cut her hair and trimmed her nails. She looks beautilful!Excellent job! We are very happy.My Daughter said the girls were all very nice.Thank you so much!

We brought our pug in there today and was helped by a girl named Alexis. She did an amazing job grooming our puppy. I have never had a dog that smelled so good. We have found our new local dog groomer and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to get their dog groomed.

They do a great job on my little best friend,!!!! He always looks happy when he comes out. This last time I had trouble with getting a ride to get him done and the groomer actually brought him home so he could look handsome and feel better again!¡ Thank you so much!!!!

They were very sweet. However, the shop kinda had a dive feel, honestly I wouldn't even get my hair done there. We wanted to turn around, and leave after we heard a pup scream, and we saw the dirty kennels in the back, but being new to the area we didn't want to stir the pot. Our pup came out smelling really perfumey, after we told them she had allergies. A butcher job on her fur. Some spots cut, and others not, and left longer. We felt uncomfortable, and our pup wasn't happy being left, with her old groomers she was excited to go. The 2 stars are only based on the groomers kindness

Saw one of the groomers vaping in the store while grooming a dog. The woman who rang us up was very curt with us and gave us attitude because our dog had some matting (we have been sick and unable to groom him for a few weeks). Furthermore, our dog smelled like poop when we picked him up, and had bad dandruff from the product that was used on his skin. Never coming back, not worth the $55.

What a waste of time. Had an 8 o'clock appointment today. Drove almost 40 minutes to get there. Walked in the door and were told they were not doing dogs today because of sick calls. The girl we had our appointment with was standing right there. They called and left a message 5 minutes before our time, we were already in the parking lot. We had to cancel breakfast plans, and we could not do any of the shopping we had planned to do. So we wasted $20 in gas and 3 hours of our time for nothing. This was our first time using this place, needless to say it will be our last.

We have gone here several times. In the past year. Prompt returning of messaging, easy to schedule, ladies are professional, fees are border line high, however it's the new norm of life. The fees do go with the value of what they provide.I highly recommend there shop!

Had to have my dog groomed before the weekend. They scheduled me in for Friday morning. Called me Thursday to tell me that they somehow overbooked and would not be able to get me in. Now I am unable to get in anywhere because they decided to wait until the last day to inform me and everyone else is booked up. I now have to drive an hour out of town to get my dog groomed. Will never bring my dog there again as they do not seem to be professional enough to take care of an easy task as managing appointments.

My rescue dog has a horrible fear of nail trimming. After trying numerous groomers who either refused service, or did a substandard trimming, I found Yvonne's. My dog was calmer with Alexis, who showed compassion and care, and did a great job! To boot, it was by far the least expensive!My second visit to Yvonne's was also 5 star! This was my dog's first grooming. Once again, Fiona was treated with love and patience by Alexis! I love this place!!

They took good care of our old girl while bathing and clipping her. When I made the appointment, I explained she has severe arthritis and hip problems. They scheduled her first thing in the morning so she wouldn't need to stay as long. She came home happy and looking pretty!

I wish I could give more than a 5 star review! I was visiting from out of town & Jessica took my puppy in the SAME day for a quick face trim. She offered to do a little more hygiene services which my puppy needed bad! I was so impressed with the work I decided to book a full groom before heading back home. Again, Jessica did not disappoint. It was better than I imagined. The service was quick & the price was reasonable. I will definitely be returning each visit with Jessica! You are amazing and the staff was so sweet! A huge Texas Thank you!

They have been the best grommets for our Golden Retrievers. Always kind, gentle and the cost is reasonable. We have a hard time keeping up with the grooming of our Goldens so they have matted hair often when they come in but the groomers have always been gentle and our dogs come out looking beautiful.

Thank you to Yvonne's and all the ladies that work there. We were hesitant to take our dog Doc somewhere new, as he used to go to a place we loved but new owners came in and the feel of the place changed. Today, everyone was so kind and welcoming and Krysten did an amazing job! Aussies can be hard with all that hair but you can tell he feels lighter and we couldn't be more pleased!! Thank you, Krysten, and Yvonne's, grateful for YOU!! We will be back!!!
