Great services had to wait for some one to come to empty electronics department at 8:13 table field with stuff also another person coming to the rep to ask for training after calling and confirming they had the part he then took time search up the part not knowing the department great work t on being slow and not effective and even stating I don't no this department all for a Apple to hdmi cable take 30min

Slow, poorly organized, they never have enough checkout lanes open and have actually closed down more of their self checkout lanes. They’re not really done opening when open so it’s always chaotic. it’s therefore nearly impossible to shop efficiently in the early morning. Great Value is no longer a value, the stores are understaffed, but at least their profit margins are increasing.

After putting up with self check out for 5 years, I'm finally breaking up with Walmart - I thought they got the message via social media, but nope, they are doubling down on self check out with new NCR machines and new, poorly designed self check out areas - at 830 AM they had 1 full service lane open - ONE - adios Walmart - I'm taking my $1000 a month grocery bill to Safeway

That store is in transition with every area changed to a different layout. You have to walk the entire store to find what used to be easily located. Then we have the disaster at CheckOut! All the Cashiers are separated from the customers by a half wall that has two openings. Every customer has to wait in a line at one of those openings until they arrive at the end just inside that half wall where a store employee TELLS THE CUSTOMER WHICH CASHIER THEY MUST GO TO. There were multiple employees not knowing what to do as we approached the end inside the wall.This is insulting and COUNTER PRODUCTIVE FOR BOTH THE STORE, ITS EMPLOYEES, AND DEFINITELY THE CUSTOMERS! Whoever decided to separate the customers from the cashiers behind a half wall, DEFINITELY DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! Many customers were dissatisfied and will probably go to the Prescott WalMart INSTEAD that makes shopping easier and faster — I know we will for sure!

I do not like that Walmart never has enough cashiers. And I will never go to the self-serve registers. Once Walmart starts giving me a discount for checking out my own groceries and items then and only then will I consider going to self serve. I just had to take a picture of this cashier because she has been working there so long she's now a skeleton. LOL

Worst store ever nothing is ever in stock. When you have an issue that needs to be fixed and a Manger comes into the picture they are worst than the regular associates. The mangers are unprofessional, untrained, and unhelpful! Companies are forgetting that customers make they're business stay a business.

I always leave five star reviews when I shop here but this morning on Sunday I was reaching customer service and they did not answer for the longest time my phone kept ringing and ringing trying to reach someone for vision center and when I talked to someone in customer service they wouldn't even go check and see if someone was there for me although I struggled to find out just if they were open it seems common courtesy for someone to just find out that would be the kind thing to do but whoever was working in customer service today was not courteous at all I'm very disappointed today Walmart.

I'm pretty tired of being my own cashier, then being asked to rate my service at the end of scanning. Also, the "pick-up" shopper staff is usually rude and unaknowledgable of the shopping customers around them. They do not say excuse me, nor do they offer any assistance where products are. Walmart is just a hassle place to shop now.

At 3:40 on Sunday, 9/24,I used the drive-up pharmacy to pick up a prescription. I was the only vehicle. I pushed the talk button and waited several minutes and pushed the button again, more because I didn't receive an "I'll be right with you." I was concerned I didn't push the button all the way, and maybe no one heard me. I received a very gruff "i'll be right with you," making me think the first push of the button worked, and she was not happy that I pushed the button twice. There were no pleasantries. She asked for my information and gave me a dollar amount, and without warning nor instructions, she sent the tube my way. Soon, the tube was being returned to me, again, sans pleasantries... I never received a "thank you for filling your prescription with Walmart," not even a simple thank you, or have a nice day. I do not generally encounter rude workers at the pharmacy, so this was troublesome. Her lack of pleasantries was rude.

With the growth in Prescott Valley. They should go back to later hours for shoppers. Without later hours I have lost interest in making Wal-Mart a regular part of my shopping.

I don't recall signing up for a Walmart membership. They keep asking to see my receipt when I'm leaving. At Costco I expect this because I signed up for a membership and pay a fee every year to do this. Not Walmart. Until I see the agreement I signed, I will continue to decline showing my receipt.

This place never has anything, they really don't know how to use manufactured coupons. They don't like to take the extra step to enter it in as they should. When we called the store about the coupon issue she was persistent on the cashier knowing how to do her job. Instead of agreeing with the customer and allowing management to talk to this certain person. My mom has high anxiety about going to stores and that lady made it extremely worse. That's why we go to Fry's and Safeway. Although little bit more expensive, the deals are better and on top of that you always have someone checking your groceries out for you. And there's no harassment at the door as well to show you your receipt. I watched multiple families walk out before me and my family and their receipt was not checked. They decided to stop and check me my family for one little bag of stuff. So if you're considering shopping in this area, you're better off at Fry's or Safeway. Or a better at another Walmart. Save yourself the trouble.

The Walmart Supercenter is definitely a good day for me and my sister to spend a fun time shopping. We find our best deals there. The Walmart Supercenter have fun and enjoyable staff, they're respectful and considerate of the issues we shoppers must ask about. I recommend The Walmart Supercenter in Prescott for you're best deals!
