This is one of the mega Walmarts in Arizona. Everything from super fresh food to a huge grocery store, school supplies all the way to camping equipment! I actually was up here for a dog show and so I took some time to go there to purchase some things that I might not necessarily have time to go do down in the valley. If you are coming into a Prescott for the weekend or the week, I highly recommend that you do all your shopping there before heading out for your adventures in Prescott!

This store location is perfect for me. Love the selection. Staff is sweet. The greeters are always friendly.There are some hidden gems at Walmart. I don't like to share them with anyone because when I go to buy them, they'll just become so popular, there won't be any left for me. Okay, okay, the Great Value Tomato Salsa. I'll give you that one. You twisted my arm. But that's all you get. Amazing salsa! I open up the can and pour it in a glass jar and I would stack it up against the best packaged salsas out there. I add a little salt because that's just the way I like it. Now I've given away one of my best kept Walmart secrets, but I'm not going to give away where it is stocked in any Walmarts. That's going to be up to you to find it!

As a general rule, I like Walmart.As with any chain store, some are better than others.This particular Walmart is not on the top of my list.Their stock os very limited in comparison to other Walmarts in the area. The employees are harder to locate, have less knowledge of the store and products and many have an unconcerned attitude in comparison to the other Walmarts.Having a history in retail management, I don't blame the floor clerks.It's all on the management.

Everyone knows Walmart is the One Stop shop. Walmart has changed in appearance and product. When it first opened it was everything American made and then they turn to Middle East profit stocks went through the roof employees no longer respect their manner of dress or their attire that is when you can find one.

None of the check stands were accepting cards. I saw at least 10 employees and nobody including the greeter bothered to tell anyone coming in that it was cash only. Dozens of people were just leaving their full carts of groceries. This store is always out of half the products on the shelves as well. Even before covid they would run out of many products.

Place is always a dirty mess. Maybe management NEEDS TO STEP N LEARN THEIR JOB PROPERLY, THEY FAILED AT ANOTHER STORE !! LONG LINES ALWAYS, NO ACTIVE CASHIER, LAZY WORKERS N STAFF ! NO HOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE !!NEVER HAVE WHAT I NEED IN HYGIENE OR HEALTH N BEAUTY !

I NEVER patronize Wal-Mart unless I have no other option in an emergency (sick kid who needs cough syrup at 3 a.m. type), and this branch has all the reasons why. Employees seem overworked, ergo surly & unhelpful.The grocery selection is widely varied while offering few items with healthy eating in mind.When I used their pharmacy, my common prescription wasn't in stock & the staff didn't bother to tell me for three days. After I called about the delay and revived the update, only then did the pharmacy staff begrudgingly order what I needed after refusing to return my doctor's written Rx so I could get it filled at another establishment. The service was appalling.

The web site states things are in store that arent.. the workers excuses are always thats online and your reading it wrong.. i prove to them even ones that are on sale online but not in store.. they never fix their mistakes or honor the sale price. Call first and make them do the leg work to find what you want and make sure its there and the price before waisting your golden gas...

The Prescott Valley Walmart is a little smaller than most. Checkout is frequently a frustrating experience. Very long wait in line if you want a cashier and no help at all if you do self-service and get the dreaded "Wait for Customer Assistance" blurb on the screen.

The shelves are always half full or almost empty. There are never enough cashiers forcing you to use the self checkouts. Worst Walmart location, poorly ran. Bring back Sam's club

I alway shop the little home town business first. Support and Buy local first. Yes, i know they are convient and sometimes way cheaper. I go about 3 times a year and always feel guilty. JMO

They were rude, uncaring, hateful peopleThey refused to refund my money when I tried to return an item 15 minutes after purchasing it and finding out it had already been used. Yes I had the receipt that proved that I had bought it 15 minutes earlier. And that there was no way I could have been the one to use it.

A lot of Bare shelves. And Gaching everyone on Prices. Specially on Meats.A 10Lb. Hamburger Meat was $19.95, now $29.99 Gas prices go up and down, but Food Prices Never back down. They just go up and up. It's Redulist.

It's Walmart, you know some of everything but even with 20 check out lanes, they typically have 2- 3 open and the self checkouts which is slammed full ALREADY & ALWAYS.
