This place is amazing. They love your animals as much if not more than we do. They are kind and very thoughtful towards our dog and also to us. Our dog loves it. When I say want to go to group play? She runs and looks at the leash.

Excellent place to take your fur-babies to make new fur-friends. They can play all day or half a day. You can board them in any number of rooms with many different amenities. My baby loves it here!!

We had the absolute best experience here! We took our almost 5 month old Chocolate Lab to get his nails trimmed for the first time and it was such a positive experience! I was so impressed with the facility the moment I walked in. So clean, roomy, and the front desk staff was wonderful. We even got a tour of the facility as it was our first time there.Katie is absolutely AMAZING and so professional, friendly, and took such good care of our pup! The way she loved on our little guy made me feel so at ease and comfortable. We are forever clients to her now!Highly recommend Katie and the Wags Pet Resort! My puppy is so excited for more future visits. Take your dog here, you won't be disappointed!

This place is awesome. Will definitely use again if needed. My baby is very skittish and nervous at first and most people judge her off the bat for it so I was worried about leaving her. But The staff here actually gave her a chance and worked with her to make her feel more comfortable and then she was able to be her loving playful self. Thank you so much. It’s so cool to see that she made some friends and enjoyed her stay. I would recommend this place to anyone, especially if you’re worried about leaving your dog in safe hands. Great experience all around

My beagle is a rescue. She is 7 years old and was severely abused.Ruby was anxious with no social skills. I adopted her 4 years ago.She has been to other pet facilities and made little progress. For the past 3 months, I have had her in Wags play group. It is amazing the transformation in this frightened dog. Slowly her behavior has improved. Ruby always had her tail bent between her legs. After 12play group visits, I saw a calmer and happier dog emerge.The Wags facility is exceptionally clean with a kind and professional staff. Without any hesitation I would recommend Wags Pet Resort for a first class experience. In short, Ruby is happy and so is her Mom😀

My Cattle Dog Mix is some what of a special needs guy and very picky about letting people in his space.And has been bullied by other dogs.Wags listened and worked so wonderfully with him to make him feel comfortable and at home.He loves it and gets so excited when we pull in.I don't worry about my boy when he's there.Being a hellacopter MomNew to the area trust me I checked out many facilities and Wags isPuuurrrrfect....

I am so happy this business has arrived at Prescott Valley. My dog was well taken care of for 9 days. She came home happy, healthy, and they make the owners feel secure with leaving their pets. It is a 5 star resort for pets. No worries for the owners. I will certainly take my Molly there again.

I took my small dog to Wags for some doggie play time and was very impressed with this facility. It is very clean, bright, and modern with state of the art TV monitoring of all areas. There are plenty of staff people who are friendly and more than happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have. We will definitely be using Wags again whenever our little dog needs boarding or some more fun play time.

Daisy's Vet said she needed to lose 2 pounds so we decided to have her spend 2 days a week at WAGS for social benefits and weight loss. It's working! She's losing weight, toning up, and having a blast with the other dogs. We love the way the staff tunes in to the dogs and their needs. Job well done!

My girls Gracie and Zoey absolutely love playing at Wags. They enjoy going at least once a week. The facility is very clean and the staff are all very kind. They also stay over night when we go away and are treated very well. I highly recommend Wags.

I started boarding my two dogs at Wags out of necessity for what I thought would only be one trip. After a great experience with the staff and seeing how my dogs moped around when we brought them home after leaving all of their new friends, we now take them to doggy daycare there a couple of times a month!I have not met a staff member I was not impressed with when it comes to kindness to dogs and people, customer service and professionalism. Carly goes above and beyond and Sharon is very patient when dog parents have a million questions like I do. They even have freezers to keep your frozen peanut butter kongs ready for a nap treat.The facility is clean and spacious with so many fun things for the dogs to do.So glad the owner opened this location. We will continue to support this true pet RESORT.

I don’t like how the grooming is upstairs and you can’t take your dog up there yourself or pick them up. Plus my dog has a bad hip so the stairs are not good for her. The one lady at the front desk is really rude and the price is outrageous! When picking up your dog it takes way too long.

I got a candid look at a day in the life at the resort, and I was very impressed. This wasn't a kennel where the dogs sit in a cage all day. This was doggie Disney Land! Where dogs jump and play, play with toys with staff AND other dogs, they play in the water, and lounge around on very comfortable looking beds. Every dog that I seen was either asleep, or was running around with a smile on thier face! Would definitely recommend leaving your pet here.

Wags went above and beyond to make sure our old girl was happy and comfortable, even when she had a few stomach issues. They were in contact with her vet to get the needed medication right away! Our dog was in such good spirits when we picked her up and all of the ladies there formed a special bond with her, showing how much they truly do care. This will be our go to place from now on!
