So again I am having issues with the cashier Tracy about price matching propane for $2.50 at galpin rv which is about 5 miles down the highway. She says they are not allowed to and can only price match the rv store right across the street that the area manager had made this rule, they have a sign hanging above the cash registers saying price match guarantee. But every time I come in I have to get the manager to tell her to just do it. I come here for everything chicken feed, dog vaccines, goat feed, dog food, and all other sorts of accessories and items, but every time I go to price match propane she becomes very rude and and refuses until I tell her to get the manager so she can tell her to do every single time. It says price match so that means price match there is no policy written anywhere it has to be with in a certain amount of mileage but she refuses every single time. It is not okay to become stand offish towards a customer because you don’t like the outcome even when I go in for items that are not propane she still is stand offish and rude because she remembers me.

Tracy at the cashier counter is very fun and friendly, however the blonde with no teeth is abrupt and almost rude, I don’t think I would have her up front cashiering.She looks like a tweaked.

I shop more often there because of the cashier, Tracy, she is so kind and so helpful and friendly, best cashier and caring in the area !! I do not shop anywhere else as far as TSC!😊 And she is also very knowledgeable about products in store! Connie

This location is a super convenient location for living in Dewey. I really appreciate how late they are open. They have medicinal needs for my goats. Feed for dogs, cats, goats and chickens. And they seem to like the food. It's a cross between Olson's and home Depot.

Excellent quality alfalfa, staff is second to none. Everybody is helpful everybody knows exactly where everything is and even if they walk by you they ask if you need help with anything.

Love this Tractor Supply! The staff is always so friendly and willing to help. You have to shop on shipment days as they are one of the only pet/ animal suppliers in the area. I have never had an issue with their products

My husband and I visited this Tractor Supply a few weeks ago to look at lawnmowers for our son. Josh was busy with several tasks but took the time to talk to us without ever seeming aggravated. He was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We didn’t intend to buy a lawnmower that day, but ended up doing so, thanks to him, and we got a good deal! All other employees were friendly too. Clean store, super experience! Will go back even if the price is higher just because of the way we were treated.

They have everything we could possibly want! Sad thing is though, they took away the veterans discount to only on veterans day. We don't shop as often bc we need extra for gas now. The discount did help more than one would think. PLEASE BRING BACK THE VETERANS DISCOUNT FOR EVERYDAY PURCHASE! Otherwise, I still do like this store, it just gets so expensive. 🙂

I would like to add my 5-star review to the many that are already here. It's no coincidence that the ratings of this business are outstanding. The customer service ethics here are comparable to those of my much younger years where genuinely attentive, kind employees take an active interest in helping the patron in every way possible. After shopping every store in the quad-city area, I found the very best (significantly lower) price at this location. This store will be my new go to for anything I can use that they carry! When the store went in, they struggled with keeping things in stock and having product on the selves. They have improved that greatly, but still have some things missing at times which aren't just simply out of stock. This is a good place to get pet and livestock and poultry feed. They have a good selection of farm tools, garden tools and equipment. They also carry clothing and gift items. The employees are usually busy and are very helpful and friendly. It's a nice place to shop.

I love our local Tractor Supply Store. The employees are always so kind and they help in any way they can. I went in the other day for chicken feed and shots for our puppy and not only did they have it all ready when I got there but they also put the shots on ice so I could go continue with my errands. I know that they didn't need to do any of that per their job description. It's the little things that really make the difference!

Tractor Supply had been in Prescott Valley for well over a year before we stepped inside the store. We were looking for an alternative for pet food and treats and we’re pleasantly surprised to find what we were looking for. Since then we have returned for trailer items, tools and their vet services. This is a great store with a little of everything. I haven’t needed any assistance from the staff but they all seem nice. We’ll be back.

Great customer service, including ordering a special food that I needed for some of my animals. Even ordered extras that was already in stock the next time I went back. Always willing to help me out, and that day due to a hand injury got my products loaded into the cart and in my vehicle when I left.

I love stopping at Tractor Supply. I get all my animal feed and bales of straw. They are always very helpful and informative. The store is always clean as well. They do email you coupons every now and then but you have to check your mail which i am not good at. Lol

Good prices on feed and farm supplies. They often have weekly sales and clearance that are great. The staff is friendly and helpful. They even sell chicks in the spring each year. I highly recommend them

Today I had to build some corrals so I went in to Tractor Supplie I needed quite a bit to get everything done I picked up some horse panels treated pine posts and some bull cage that they called hog cage anyhow I have been under the weather for a few months Shane loaded everything by himself he was very quick friendly knowledgeable and he even jumped in on the cash register to help his coworker get caught up. This young man was definitely not afraid of work it is nice as well as refreshing to see a young man work so hard and enthusiastically as he did. He definitely needs a raise . Thank you and I will see you again !

TheTractor supply is a fun place to shop and this one in Prescott Valley AZ is no exception. The staff is very nice and greeted us at the door and asked if we needed help finding anything. The stores are set up about the same so finding your way around is easy. I like these stores and recommend them to anyone.

I love going here to get my pet food, garden supplies, apparel, work footwear and boots, tools, seeds, sooo many things! Prices are great and quality is good. They have how-to books...gotta see for yourself! 🤠
