They need more knowledgeable workers. Update down to 3 stars. Went into the garden center ask the worker watering the vegetables and asked her if they had at early bird tomatoes she said I just water plants. My kids come over and ask to buy some vegetables and the water lady says “sounds like some kids need to get a job to buy them!” I guarantee my kids work harder than the lady that just waters plants so we just walked on! I always feel like I know more than the people that work here. Especially in the garden center. But they are always so friendly. We found a sign that said half off and it wasn’t meant to be up still but they still stood by what they were offering. They seem to have really good management here!

As a contractor I'm at this store all the time it seems. So I'm pretty familiar with the staff. They are very friendly and helpful sometimes you have to find them though (-1 ⭐for that). It would be nice if the company would move into the 21st century with being able to pay with your phone. Other than that it's a Home Depot. I can't wait till they open up the garden department register and entrance this month. One of their high points. 👍🏻

We special ordered vertical blinds with "Ash" and when the blind arrived the plastic clips were broken. She went above and beyond the call of duty and fixed the problem.She is wonderful to work with.

I normally like shopping at this store but I used their self check out and one of my light bulbs we're broken so I asked the cashier if she could get me another pack or have someone from that department bring one up to the register. She was so rude to me and said she was too busy to help me. I had already rung up 6 packs of lights, so I couldn't leave the register myself, and I'm Handicap. I finally gave up and told her that since she didn't want to help me, she could void out my transaction. I let the customer returns department know about her and asked if they could tell the manager for me. They we're very apologetic and said they would tell the manager. I got someone to help me get a new package of lights and did not return to self check out to pay for our lights and totes. Normally, I'm always happy with the help I receive in the store and at the registers.

Only reason I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is that I looked online at a fence gate which was $20/less than what it was in the store. I anticipated I'd pay the $20/less price however that wasn't the case. Fristrating to price compare online then go in person to pick up and find the pricing is different.

This IS the place of the HELPFUL HARDWARE STORE! I've had the pleasure of working with all the Mangers in this Home Depot, Sue is Amazing, as well as Shad, Tim, Kira - it's just a great Team of people they have in their store, and I would recommend it to anyone! Located over by the Popeye's in PV

Spent a fair amount of time Sunday am in the Decor dept. Not as nice as Lowe's, but here @Home Depot you can actually find someone to help you.At Lowe's, their Decor Dept does NOT answer the phone and this was over a 5 day period. James was accommodating here at HD, but it was not until I had to call back later on Sunday that I had the pleasure of speaking with Eileen in Customer Service.Great sense of humor and she went above and beyond in helping me find the details from that earlier visit to Decor. She was genuine and smart and truly wanted to help. A five star associate by any measure.

Getting help in this place is impossible! I found someone in appliances, wanted to purchase a freezer. The guy basically told me everyone is busy and nobody can help you. They lost an almost $1,000 sale because of that.

It's great if you know exactly what you need, however if you need help finding a solution for something, do not expect help from anyone. I asked 4 different associates and none of them really tried to help all just pointed me in different directions of the store. And when I was standing there obviously clueless at what I was looking at, many associates walked by & non offered help. I had to stop everyone that I had asked to help me.

Have had a good experience with this Home Depot overall, however, we had carpet installed from this Home Depot in a room which ended up being a big waste of money.We spent over $1000 to install carpet in a room and the installer used a toxic caulk to glue the pad to the concrete which makes me and my family sick if we use the room or leave the door open. We’re now ripping the carpet out to install hard flooring ourselves, and have to find a way to remove the smell from the concrete and room before installing the new flooring. Very frustrating and a waste of time and money.

If your looking to work on your house or someone else's. They pretty much have everything you need. From gardening, painting, carpenter work, landscape material, plumbing, & limited amount of masonry product. Which I wish they carried more of but can't have everything lol. Great customer service and employee's seem to be always willing to help. The only thing I feel they need to work on is there returns & customer service desk as there is always a decent line with 1 employee working with others noticing but not helping going about talking to there fellow Workers. I know sometimes you get caught up in conversations but when you see a teammate needing help even if you never done it step up & help out learning new areas of your job. Just because your a floor worker doesn't mean you can't learn something new and gain more knowledge to better your career. Other then that appreciate the hard workers there💪 even if I get stuck in a long line know your doing your doing what you can.To customers realize they are doing all 1 person can do taken care of your issues/request. Try not to be rude to them and if so take it to the stores manager not the hard working employees.

We needed to get 10 large patio stones replaced. At close to 100 pounds each... we needed help. We got sent from customer service to lumber and back to garden. The lady in garden at the cash register actually told us she couldn't help us. We had to wait for someone else. Very frustrating. Finally a friendly gentleman helped us get a forklift to bring the new ones to our truck.Not happy with getting sent all over the store and waiting about 45 minutes total!We'll go to Lowes from now on.

My experience at Home Depot, Prescott Valley was with Staci R. In flooring. Staci is knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and offers great suggestions if you’re unsure about anything. My current project is overwhelming and she went above and beyond to make it manageable for me.

1 star for the overall store, 5 stars for Paul in lumber. He took the time to make dozens of plywood cuts for us, and nailed every size we needed. It was complicated and tedious, but he killed it. This location is lucky to have him!

I bought $4000 in appliances on Nov 3rd. They rescheduled 3 times so I canceled the order. I've called them at least 15 times to customer service. It's Christmas eve and they still have my money!!! No reason why, I just heard everytime "wait 3-5 days and you'll get your money back" the worst experience, and still not solved. I spent over 20k every year at least on materials as a contractor just in h depot, but Ill have to switch after this situation
