My inlaws needed to rehome their African gray named roach, we were unable to help them take roach because we didn't have a home of our own, this was several years ago. Last they remember they say the owner would keep roach. We know he bites and says pretty bird and we would like to adopt him or purchase him if he is still at your shop now that we have a place for him to live the rest of his life in our care... please reply if roach is still at your shop. Wow!! I came in looking for an inexpensive bird cage. Jeff the owner ended up giving me a small cage, 2 bowels, grit, and big bag of birdseed all for $10!! Awesome deal! Fun checking out all the different birds he has!

I'm a behavioral health coach and I like bringing in the kids I see, to the Happy Parrot. The owner is knowledgeable and the kids are surprised to see the birds perched free in the store. Parrots are intelligent and playful animals. There's plenty of supplies and toys, if you have parrots too.

I'm so thankful & happy to see a true Parrot store in Northern AZ! When we travel to Prescott every few months, I make sure to stop in & stock up. We haven't had a parrot pet store in Flagstaff for many years😢 The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. They have lots of different food, toys & supplies needed for your parrot buddy! They also board birds, trim wings/toenails & the prices are reasonable. I love birds & you can tell the owners/staff of the Happy Parrot do too Thank you for being there for fellow bird people like us♥️

Love this place! So many cool birds and good variety of feed and toys. They also do grooming and boarding. My whiskey (cockatiel) got her nails clipped and they were great with her. Will definitely return and highly recommend.

For being the only bird store in the quad city area that I am aware of, they have a good supply of bird food & accessories. They didn't quite have what I needed the 1st time I went, but ordered for me and now keep it in stock on a regular basis. They know how often I go through a bag so have it ordered. They also do bird boarding, and grooming services such as nail trimming & feather clipping etc.It's a small family owned store, so I would call 1st before you go to verify hours and to see if they have a particular product in stock.

An awesome bird-centric store. It's a mom and pop shop that deals strictly with birds and bird supplies. I spoke with one of the owners, Jeff, while I was in the store. Very nice and helpful! I ended up purchasing 2 used cages for larger birds at what I consider a great price.They have many types of birds in the store, some of which will fly over to say hi and hang out. One of those birds, Gabby, flew onto my shoulder about 5 minutes after we arrived and hung out with me the whole time...hiw cool is that!Prices are good and the help is friendly so I highly recommend a visit.

Such a wonderful store full of beautiful birds. Best place to buy a bird as some are rescue. They have absolutely everything for birds that you would need. You can even go and play with all the birds and hear the stories for each one. Please support this store. I know we will!

Jeff and his wife are always so friendly and helpful. We board our parrots there frequently and they always come home happy and healthy. Go in and say Hi to all of the birds and Jeff! Buy your fids (feathered kids) some toys, food or just enjoy the birds.

Wonderful store. We have a very finicky bird and they have a variety of foods that keep him happy. Love going into the store and "visiting" with the birds as well as the owners. The owners know what they're doing and are very helpful and provide a variety of services and products.

These wonderful people know how to treat their feathered friends, I adopted Lovey from them, and because of their encouragement and the gentle care they gave this 'once' scared gentle feathered being; on the third day I had her home with me she allowed me to stroke her back and pet her head without biting me.
