Wow!! Great Place and great prices that go to a great cause. My wife got some great decorative items. My main focus, the book section blew my mind. Not only the low prices and vast collection, but the organization!!It was literally set up like an actual bookstore, who knew! They were listed in particular interest sections as well as book collections from specific authors. The entire store was clean and meticulously organized. Loved it!Make sure you use your navigation system when coming here. It's located in a industrial area. So it can be a little hard to find. But well worth the effort!

Huge thrift store located in a warehouse so there is plenty of space and you don’t feel crowded. They have a lot of home goods, including decorations and furniture. It was a fun adventure, searching through the store for treasures :-)Parking is great with lots of room. The staff was very friendly

Fantastic place! Wow. It's big, laid out well, a very nice selection of merch, and NO weird smells! Super helpful staff, friendly in a small town kinda way. (My treasure find- Found a grease catcher pot. Been looking for ever. Ha. It was new, tiny ding, perfect for me. 3 bucks! Woohoo!) If thrifts and antiques are your bag, you just gotta go check it out. Nice drive, pleasant scenery. Excellent and reasonable pricing. Glad we stopped!

Very big place. One of the biggest I’ve seen. Nice selections and very good pricing on MOST things. Some things were way overpriced in my opinion but they’re easy to ignore.Parking lot is a little weird and the checkout process was kinda a mess but other than that, nice experience.

Okay, this place is HUGE! It is well organized with wide aisles. The merchandise is clean and well maintained. There is something for everyone here. Lots of craft supplies, books, furniture and home decor. There were quite a few bicycles and similar items, too. There is even a rack of wedding dresses. Prices aren't phenomenal, but they are good.

My dad and I went to find a new couch, he and my mom have been looking for one for a long time. Not only did they have a HUGE selection of furniture, they price their furniture appropriately. I also bought 2 pairs of boots while there. They have everything! The staff is super friendly and the store was clean.

Shame on you for postíng in your store that ALL dogs of any kind are banned from your store starting in September. There are people with disabilities that count on their service dogs to be able to shop and leave their homes and feel safe and confident. You claim there's been damages and messes, Good lord it's a thrift shop. Almost every store is pet friendly here in PV. Very Disappointing! If they are misbehaving it's because they are not Service Animals! You're sign said ALL ANIMALS. And I even clarified it with one of your employees who clarified it with your manager.. I constantly see other dogs in your store and don't get why I was treated the way I was. Your store is very clean and your workers shouldn't have to clean other people's dogs messes. You completely turned it around and made it about the clenliness of your store!

I had always wanted to go here but always had other things I needed to do when I drove to Prescott Valley previously. Made sure to go this time, and I am so glad I did. Great things all over a huge location, and great prices as well. Huge area filled with books, which were even sorted which I have never seen before at a second hand shop. Will definitely be back again and so will my friends :D

I have been to thrift stores around the country and this one, in Prescott Valley AZ is the best. Every single item is classified and organized with prices clearly marked. There is no hunting and pecking in random bins. This is better than any goodwill or mom and pop store.

Stepping Stones is, bar none, my favorite thrift store! They have everything. There are a few different types of things I collect. They've always got 'em. Whatever I'm looking for, not only do they have it but, always at the best price. I try to keep myself in check by going in no more than an hour before closing and even at the end of the day, everyone is still friendly and full of smiles.Stop by and see for yourself. You're going to love Stepping Stones!

Love this thrift store. It's big, well lit, organized & reasonably priced. I have been here a couple of times & there are always interesting finds. I have seen a lot of quality items. I'll be back every time I'm in town (5-6 times a year). I also love the fact that this is an organization helping women & families who need help restarting their lives. Feel good & like all around.

Im giving this place źero stars. It looks nice and is big. However, I am a Army veteran and I have a cat as a emotional support animal. I was asked to leave because it's not a Service animal. I can't be around crowds because of my PTSD.Support your country, not this place!

I'm a frequent customer at stepping stones and I find something that I can use all the time that's been up for resale to the public or recycled once more and the prices are very reasonable and when they have a sale, It's hard to find parking but with a little patience you'll be fine - There's are things for the baby's and even movie tapes for the family, hardware fore the home or Used tools for Dad for his shop if need be, and there's glassware and pots and pans, electronics and computer equipment all at a reasonable price and all the money goes for helping others out , And if you want to get rid of some of your stuff just drop it off and a store official will help you out to unload your donation, and I'm pretty sure the things you donate are tax deductible, Now go find your treasure at Stepping stones.

Employees here are much nicer & friendlier than their other well known over-advertised competition. Parking lot is small, cramped. They accept donations 7 days a week at a tiny drive up in back that will challenge your driving skills. But their selection is good, its clean inside, prices nice, employees great. Highly recommend you stop in and take a look.

Very nice thrift store and your money supports their woman's shelter. MUCH BETTER THAN Goodwill.Better prices too. My church is collecting Halloween pumpkin baskets. Their price was about 39 cents a pail while GW was 99 cents and up. New from Wally would be $2. I got a stack to give to the ⛪. Did u break your glass coffee pot... Get you replacement here. Cook books were on sale at $.50.Have time on your hands volunteer. People enjoy donating here because they are a Charity and not for profit. Good used furniture too.

It was very busy. They are stocking the store well, but I do wish they would clean all the products they put in the store. They could get more money if they did that.Sometimes items are so dirty you do not want to touch them, even though you may want them. Work on cleaning up more.Everyone I deal with there are very nice!I want to thank Roman for helping me open a very big rug today. I also think your crew of workers should wear name badges, or a identifying something that they work there.Thank you for your great services for such a great need in our community. May God bless you all abundantly. See you again soon!

Bought two “unopened” packs of baseball cards from 1988. When I started to open them up I noticed they were rather loose inside of the pack. Someone had opened them and then resealed it with hot glue. To charge as much as they did for the packs after someone clearly went through them is wrong.

Turned in a shirt and down vest today. Both in good shape. Was looking for a chair or small couch. Didn't see what I was looking for today tho. Massive square footage at their new location.Still a great place to find home furnishings and save some dough in the process. Geat folks working there.

There are some good deals to be found, but they don't have any of the electric shopping carts, and the store is pretty big, and I am 64 years old, and I have mobility issues, but fortunately because they sell furniture as well as everything else, there's a number of places around the store where you can sit down for a break. That being said, you just never know what you might find there, last year I found a Mantle clock just like the one my mom had when I was a kid, but it didn't run so I got it for $18.00. So I brought it home cleaned it up, and with the application of a little light machine oil, it now runs fine, and is now worth more than a thousand dollars, but I won't sell it, hearing it Chim, is like a visit to my childhood.Kind of a reminder of a simpler time, like eating a comfort food that was a favorite from your childhood. This last visit I picked up a New-Wave oven for $34.00, and it looks like it was only used a few times, it's just like new!!So if you have not been there before, go check it out, I don't think you will be disappointed! 😉
