We took our Great Dane into Pet Headquarters today to give him a much needed bath, using the do it yourself dog wash station. The staff was very nice and the establishment was clean, and the layout made it easy to get him bathed. They supplied all the items we needed to allow us to give him a good bath, and blow him dry. We will be utilizing this facility again in the near future.

Like others said, people who work there are not that friendly but do they really have to though? They carry good quality products, and that’s all that matters to me. Also, a lady at the cashier was very thorough to explain to me which oil is good for my dog.My fam and I were visiting the area for a week trip and one of our old doggies are on CBD oil for her collapsing trachea. Unfortunately the bottle we use for her was gone during the trip, so we drove here to buy one. We’ve been trying different types of CBD and see what works best for our dog and The Happy Hippie brand they carry works the best by far. It’s a bit pricey but I see why after I checked the company website.I can’t speak as a regular customer, but if you are around the area for a visit but need an emergency visit for your fur babies, visit this place. They care for pets.

I truly love our local Pet store and groomers . They care about our pets and community. This is the only grooming place I trust with my pet. Recently lost my dog due to the Purina brand . I wish I would have stuck with Pet Headquarters dog food . They care about the food they’re selling and will pull any dogfood that has recalls. The food may seem pricey but well worth your pets life . When I told them about the loss of our beloved Boo Boo the other day , they felt like it was a loss of one of their own . They do honor veterans and give vet discounts . Pet headquarters honor their customers and take pride taking care of the community.

Always such a great experience when we go into this store! Especially for our exotic pets! The owner of this department is so friendly and helpful! I recommend this store to anyone and everyone! I will never go to petsmart or petco again! Best place in the valley!

We're staying in Camp Verde for the winter and have two pups. We drove 40 minutes to Per Headquarters thinking they'd have a great selection. They do not. The inventory is sparse. The shelves are empty. They didn't carry the two items we went in for. Truthfully, it looks like it's going out of business.I asked if they carried Pill Pockets. The clerk told me they did not because "they only carry natural food," and then told me to go to WalMart. I asked another clerk if they carried Taste of the Wild. She didn't know. She asked someone else and he went into an entire monologue about how the company that makes Costco dog food bought Taste of the Wild and so they refuse to carry it. It was off-putting and didn't seem professional to basically offend your customer. It would have been a great opportunity to just simply say "no, but here is what we do have...."Worst experience in a pet store ever. We won't be back.

The owner of this shop opened 15 minutes early one day so I could bring in my aunt’s very aggressive dog for a bath before there were other pets in the store. She was so helpful and I appreciated it so much!The self-groom area was clean and they provide soap and towels.I’ll be coming back!

Even helped me find sonething online when they did not have it and it would be faster to order online.They also carry CBD products that are food grade and used by both animal and human health care. With a name like Pet Headquarters I thought there would be more to it. There is not much to see in the main part of the store. They had some cool finds but the store just felt really big and empty compared to the name. We do however, use the pet wash station often. It's really great to be able to be able to bathe our dogs somewhere other than our bathtub. Staff/owners always treat us well.

I wash my dog here; they were so helpful and kind I also had a chance to look over the dog food and I was helped by one of there amazing team members and I was able to change the food that was making my dog sick to this new food and I couldn’t be more impressed. Big thank you WILL BE BACK

Wonderful pet store, selling high quality pet food . There is also a fish section for all your aquarium needs. The owner also makes food donations to local rescues, which I really like.

Both of my dogs are groomed at pet headquarters and I am very happy with the results. I also got help when I needed a booster seat for a foster dog. The owner and the employees love dogs and are helpful when I have concerns about any of my dogs.
