I have been shopping at this store for over 12 years and have spent over $50,000 for groceries in that time. Today when I finished checking out through the self service line I was stopped and my bags were searched because the computer thought I stole a can of soup. All the cans of soup were removed from my bags and counted against my receipt. I paid for five cans and there were five cans in my bag. It was degrading. This use to be a friendly store, but that is not the case anymore. I find the people that work at the store to be unfriendly and overly stressed. I hope management changes. I am going to try the nearby Walmart.

Went through self checkout and had to have the clerk check the video to make sure we didn't steal anything. I only purchased 6 items. They were all in the bag but still had to wait for clerk to watch the video reply to make sure I'm not a thief. So irritating.

Pharmacy representatives are so awful and rude when answering the phone, super unhelpful and very disrespectful and incredibly unprofessional. I would not suggest this pharmacy to anyone. Also their drive through is never open during the scheduled business hours.

Got scammed out of 15.00 Dollars worth of gas. I only had 18.55 on my card so I went to the window and told the lady 15 on pump 3. I put my card in and I see the screen on the keypad said APPROVED. I went to walk back to my car and she says I owe an additional 3.55 to pump gas. 😱 Whaaat? I go get my phone to check my card and I literally ONLY had 3.55 left 🤔. I told her to that's impossible I showed her that frysstore #703 charged 15 dollars. And she said well only $11.45 went through on my machine I said I want my money back. She alleged she did a refund to my card. So I asked for a receipt so I can get my refund inside and she says flat out "they won't give you a refund inside" 😱😱😲She printed the receipt it had an amount of a Refund of only $11.45. I couldn't wait I was running late to get my kids ran to circle k and went to grab kids. Came back to customer service and the lady looked at the receipt and said oh it says she gave you 15.00 cash back. I SAID OH NO SHE DID NOT. She said 11.45 would go on my card and it was 15.00. The lady said she would look over the video footage. And get back to me. And I haven't heard a peep. The gas lady tried to make me pay 18.55 for 15.00 worth of gas in the first place. And then to have nothing returned to my card is beyond me. 😮💨😤

Armageddon Fry's! The shelves are usually poorly stocked, too many of slow items and not enough of the essentials. I've never seen one of these special hams they advertise because they're always sold out. And the digital coupons are a joke. Tried to set up my pickup order and almost everything is unavailable. That is unless you're looking for alcohol then it's alcoholics dream! Guess I'll just take my chances with Walmart, at least the construction has moved past the entrance there.

Born and raised here in Prescott Valley. This is by far the worst managed store I have ever come across. The Assistant General Manager Flynt was the only one who made it right with the issue I was having but that was after I spoke to 3 of their lead managers and one calling me a "Karen"? This was a basic situation that should of been solved and ended when I brought it to their attention instead I got the it's your problem mentality "call this number? "I work very hard for my money just like everyone else! And my time is just as valuable as theirs .. and to be written off when I spend thousands of dollars a year to that store gives me the worst taste in my mouth. I have had bad customer service issues before and I myself work in the field of customer service so to be written off like I don't matter or my money doesn't mean anything to their establishment makes me question their brand as a whole! Every manager needs to be retrained on customer service and listening to the customer. Not being argumentative or short with the customer because you need to feel that you are right.. you don't win in that situation you lose a customer that spends thousands of dollars.. I will not be going to Frys in Prescott Valley any longer and will take my money somewhere else.

Lost a customer. You don’t get to dictate what I’m allowed to spend my money on or how much I’m allowed to put on a gift card. Been doing it for years without issue suddenly now I have to go to customer service and it doesn’t open till 8 so I couldn’t buy it. Nope. what I choose to spend my money on is my business.

So tired of having to go to the customer service desk to have my account credited for all the over charged items. Shopping shouldn't be this difficult..the customer card to scan for sale prices not being linked to the app for digital coupons and to receive senior day discounts also having to be linked...it's too much! When I moved here from Chicago and signed up for the customer account card, it should have been explained better and/or linked all at the same time! Sprouts automatically gives EVERYONE the sale prices...no jumping through hoops. I wonder how many more people are being ripped off!!?? On the positive side, The young lady at the customer service desk is ALWAYS super friendly and helpful. I believe her name is Samara. I'm just tired of having to go to her to fix Fry's issue's.

Fry's on Glassford is one of the best Frys I have been in.BUT DON’T EVER EVER GET DELIVERY.IT WAS A DAY LATR, THEY TOOK A TIP AFTER I PERSONALITY CHANGED IT CAUSE I GIVE CASH FOR TIPS, AND THRY GAVE RUN AROUND ABOUT REQUESTING IT BACK. I NEVER GOT IT BACK.

Ordered groceries online for pick up and they charged my card an extra 30 dollars without my consent. Talked to Kroger and was told they are supposed to tell me the price change and notify me of it but they never did. I will be going to Safeway from now on .

Love the store. Very clean. Well stocked. Good selection. Some of their employees aren't the friendliest but everyone has a bad day sometimes and this location really seems quite busy most of the time. Most are polite, professional and helpful. I know when I run here for whatever I need, I will be able to find it. Definitely can't say that about every store these days.

Frys is super busy and confusing. It took me 5 minutes to find an available associate to help me find an item, and then all they said was "aisle 13". They don't have enough checkouts for the amount of consumers who frequent and will only go to this store. I love the Kroger Brand..and it's equal to or in many cases better than their named brand counterparts.

It's a grocery store. Deals are always pretty good. Two stars my home town been going to this store for almost two decades. Always have a hard time with check out staff being rude. Time for a few people to retire.

I have had multiple interactions with employees that made me question if "manners" and kindness still exist. This store has the most asinine layout ever, where aisles are rarely marked with what they hide, and identical items from different brands are scattered throughout the store, making it very easy for Instacart shoppers to find the right items, usually leading to higher-priced or incorrect substitutions. I've met first graders with better organization than this store. I routinely plan my shopping in Prescott so I don't have to deal with this nightmare (and PV's higher sales tax.).

Always clean. Staff is always helpful. I love they have a Starbuck. Today, they were stocked with other brands besides Krogers. I think it is because of the Super Bowl game.

I shopped at Kroger stores across the country, Frys, King Soopers, Smiths, Fred Meyer, and Harris Teeters and this is by far the worst one I've been in.The good: Employees are very friendly but not enough cashiers for such a busy store..The bad:Parking lot is horrible, I feel like I'm going to break my eggs just pushing a cart to my car.The store is cluttered and disorganized. Due to the clutter and disorganization , the store feels a lot more crowded and run down. The pharmacy is understaffed, very frustrating after waiting in line for 30 minutes for a prescription that was supposed to be ready the previous day still isn't ready. Employees pulling orders walk around with the volume on their rafios turned all the way up which just comes across as a rude auditory assault.Last time I went there, there were no shopping carts available inside the doors. I left and went to Safeway, less crowded, better selection and organization. Safeway just felt cleaner.This is probably a $100-250K a day store and quite frankly I find it inexcusable for Kroger/Frys to operate a store that is really an embarrassment to their brand.

You guys should get rid of The Little Clinic. I can't believe you allow such a horrible business in your own business. This is a poor reflection on your own company as a whole.That place is terrible. The rude lady at the front, who looks like she's never showered before, was being so disrespectful to an old woman. She even rolled her eyes when they lady walked away. Also, I uploaded an old insurance card to the website and tried to give them my new insurance and the rude lady said she couldn't do that since they don't take my old insurance. That doesn't even make sense. How can you not input my new insurance because you don't take my expired insurance!?!
