When I first came to this store the employees were extremely friendly. I recently learned that, Roberta, on of the kindest managers I've ever met retired. I wish her luck for the future. I would recommend this store to anyone.

I've always liked this store because it's close to my home and I can get alot of items that I need at reasonable prices. They recently did a great remodel and have more food items than ever.

I went today because Safeway stopped selling phones and I needed a new phone and was told that I could go to Family Dollar. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I could find phones and activation cards at reasonable prices, and chose a pricey AT&T phone and card. I proceeded to have excessive difficulties activating the phone only to later learn that Verizon bought AT&T. I wasted almost $90 on a phone and activation card that I didn't need; that didn't need to be on any store shelf. Please remove all AT&T products as this has been a complete waste of time and money.

Have orange signs all over the store of $5.00 off if spend $25.00 or more then get to the cashier and you have to have an online coupon. Should of known you guys never honor a coupon or % off. If It helps someone you don't help.

All the phony reviews can't change the fact that these stores and the Dollar Generals are dimy-lit and messy ratholes. In Prescott the only reasonable choice is a Dollar Tree.
