I travel here for my scripts all the way from Chino Valley. They are that good. My Dr placed an order yesterday and the prescription was ready 20 minutes later...very typical of their service.

I don't know about you, but since when does a pharmacy all go to lunch at the same time and leave people to wait getting their medication. If my insurance didn't take CVS I would go somewhere else. Especially when I had to drive into town and then to far to go home and come back had to wait 55 minutes in their parking lot. In so much pain....crying and hoping people don't see me.

Terrible experience. 2 lines. 6 went through 1 line well the pther was on pause for someone waiting for her meds. This is unfair. If the meds weren't ready for pick up she should have come a other time. We shouldn't have to wait for stupid.

Very happy with experience here. Rodney in Pharmacy was beyond helpful working with doctor office and insurance to help us get life saving medication we needed. We’ve used fry’s and Walgreens in the past and have always had long waits and other issues. I’ve never had to wait longer than 5 minutes inside to pick up medication and Rodney was able to process a coupon toward our medication and followed through even though he was very busy. Very competent staff. Looking forward to keeping this our main pharmacy.

This is the most amazing pharmacy in the Quad cities. The staff goes out of their way to help you getting your prescriptions. The staff is so kind and helpful. They also are able to charge Medicare part B if you’re on a pump. They are really knowledgeable.

They never let you know when your prescriptions done on time they always make you wait over a week to get meds.. or they're always out of the medicine that you are asking for or have prescribed to you you have to wait over a week to even get your meds they never call you back to let you know when your prescriptions done and ready

I have been using C.V.S. Pharmacy for years, only once, years ago, I had a very rude pharmacist, I had complained to Store Manager, shortly thereafter he was gone. The manager called me and told me he was let go. Since then each experience at C.V.S. has been positive. I have had the pleasure of being serviced by pharmacist Xavier and a lady that works the drive thru, her name is Eunice. I do not recall the other Pharmacist name but he is Wonderful, as well. Wow, such friendly, caring people. Thank You C.V.S.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The pharmacy takes FOREVER to phill prescriptions, including medications that are needed urgently. Took me days to get medication needed for pneumonia and breathing. Unfortunately, CVS is the only pharmacy my insurance covers for prescriptions. I am at the point of paying higher price without insurance to ensure me and my family can get the medications urgently needed.

I highly recommend anyone attempting to revive a COVID-19 test does NOT go here. It took 6 days for my result only to find out that they never connected my test to the account where I check. Clearly there’s are not healthcare professionals and are not individuals who care about people’s health if they cannot do their job properly.

Once again they ran out of the medication my wife takes. The new stock wasn’t scheduled to arrive for 4 more days. Not sure what the problem is but we’re going to change pharmacies.

I go here all the time. Very very busy high volume pharmacy. Sometimes they fill my scripts 2 weeks early, sometimes I ask them to fill it one day early and they say “it’s too soon”.Very irritating because I tell them a week in advance I’m gonna be out of town for 3 weeks..

Most incompetent pharmacy... Son had surgery and needs pain meds and they are out of the meds and can’t transfer the prescription to another store because it is a narcotic...Never called us to inform...Best they can do is refill in 2 days when not needed...If you need pain medicine do not go to this pharmacy...

Thy are very courteous and helpful. I switched from the local frys pharmacy which was a disgrace and had issues everytime I went. I have not had one issue at CVS.
