Everyone has said Molly is horrible to get her nails done. They took 5 minutes and didn't muzzle her. They said she gives great kisses and gave them no trouble. They must be the reason. Very pleased.

I used to like taking my two small dogs here to get their nails cut but this time was absolutely ridiculous. We always call first instead of walking in because we know they get pretty busy, we called and a nice man answered the phone and said if we brought them in he would clip their nails for us. I'm assuming the owner greeted us and had a disgusting attitude, she rolled her eyes when we walked in and asked what wanted and then went in the back and loudly yelled at her employees that whoever took the call needed to do it and she was annoyed they took the walk in when they see how busy they were. The man was so nice the whole time but this owner is always so rude to her clients and I'm assuming employees. Unfortunately I will never go here again because I have always had a horrible experience with her and her attitude

This was our first experience at Critter Clippers. We were extremely pleased with the results. Max and Lilly were both nicely groomed how we requested. Friendly staff, dogs were in and out on a timely manner. Definitely will be back.

I love my Groomer Crystal D. Rocky’s been going there for years now. They are always booked up for a reason so you always have to book a month or more in advance. Great prices good service I recommend them.

Wonderful people! They did a great job on my big girl Akita, she's 120 pounds of love, but bigger heaters can be a handful. They said there were no issues.It's a bit noisy, but I expect that with a busy grooming shop. Highly recommended.

Mary did FANTASTIC on my Bernese Moutain Dog Copper. Took a while to get an appointment, but it makes sense because they are busy because they are so good. Copper hadn't had a professional grooming since July 2021... that's about 7 months. Let me tell you, this dog was dirty and smelly with lots of hair. He came home so fluffy, clean & smelling so good. It's the next day and he still smells amazing. Mary did so great on him and was done in less than 3 hours. A little pricy compared to what I was charged at my last groomer, but I get it. He's big and has a lot of undercoat. 10 out of 10 recommended. Will definitely be making this his regular groomer.

These folks have been fantastic with my 12 year old Alaska Malamute. They make sure she has water and goes outside for a potty break. This is our second visit and we will have our 3rd visit after the holidays.

Our groomer here has taken ill and may not be back. A different groomer took care of my standard Doodle today and she did a great job, but because of the way l was spoken to by the owner. l will not be back. They have just discovered that my original groomer had been under charging her clients. l was referred to her from a friend who also has a Doodle. l asked the groomer the rates and she told me. Yes, they were a bit lower than l had paid at other groomers, but those were the rates she gave me. Today the owner told me to basically find a new groomer and that they no longer wanted her clients because they knew they were being under charged. How is this my fault?She obviously doesn't need or want the business

Our family has been using Critter Clippers for many years. Over the years we never experienced any issues and were always treated with respect. Recently our groomer left the shop for other opportunities. Today my wife called to get some information on who would be available to pick up where our previous groomer left off. As long time customers we felt like this was the appropriate thing to do. Sad to say she was not treated with the respect we've shown them over the many years we've used them. The person who answered the phone was rude and condescending. It was as if they no longer needed our business. The service provided over the years was great but whoever is answering the phones should be more polite. Needless to say, we're still without a groomer.

Never go to Critter Clippers again. The groomer Mary butchered my retrievers coat. She shaved his belly and all along under neath right down to his skin. Then she told me it was his fault. She is the one with the clippers in her hand but really it's the dogs fault ?????? The picture of what she did is under photos. It is actually worse in person. I have been taking him to groomers for 7 years and never had problems.

This time we only took our almost 13 yr old puppy in to get her nails done. But we called late in the day and they still said "sure, bring her on in". And that's the way they always are...ready to accommodate. And we made an appointment for a grooming too. We've been going there for several years and always will. They're the best!😀

Set aside from the constant number of people who were bringing their dogs in. When our two chiweenies were taken back for a nail clipping, the tech had them clipped and done in record time. They were affordable and friendly. Only issue is the lack of parking and I didn't see any handicap spaces either. This was due to sharing parking with backburner. Overall experience was great though.

These folks are spectacular! They fit in 3 of my dogs on rather short notice, which I didn't even expect. I have 2, 15 year old Scottish Deerhounds, one of whom is blind. They did so well and such a nice job with the "old people". The other dog is my daughter's service dog (Pit) who is the BUSIEST animal- THEY are a good match, but we're old, lol- and they did a great job with him, too!Everyone had cute festive scarves on and looked and smellef so nice
