Good customer service and large collection of so many things. They don't just carry a small amount of lots of things, but full lines of lots of things. Good selection of irrigation supplies, garden and fertilizer supplies, bee keeping supplies - (Great selection!) There are clothes, gifts, livestock feed, toys, small quads, side by sides and dirt bikes, shoes/boots and so many other things. Oh, and they carry the large bags of Cinnamon Juju Bears candy. That's a bonus!

Large store, doesn’t feel crowded and has a wide range of products. The staff was friendly and helpful and overall I had a good experience! Nicely done!

Huge gorgeous store, poorly stocked and poorly run, we came in to purchase a chain saw, asked two different sales associates for help, they radioed someone to come help us twice, finally after waiting for 20 mins (hardly any customers in the store) finally called the store and a gal came over, and the mid size one we wanted they didn't have out, it was pretty slim picking, but she checked in the back and they had tons, and said I guess they just haven't restocked. Then she took it in the back to "test it" another 20 mins later, she brought it back and another associate commented that he's surprised she was able to get it started. It was frustrating to wait so long with hardly any customers in the store and associates just wandering around unwilling to help. I hope it was just a bad night and next time will be a better experience.

The gentleman at the front cashier station was so nice and friendly!I don't have animals but go with my animal loving daughter and have so much fun in this store and am able to purchase so many interesting gifts!

CAL Ranch has great prices but much like the rest of Prescott Valley some of the employees need to be taught custom service. I just went in and now I'm done I'm going to get my 70 dollars off for getting the credit card. Then cut it up the go to sportsman in Prescott!

The people that work here deserve a huge five stars! Every time I have come to this location they have been super helpful! There doesn’t seem to be enough workers sometimes and others there seems to be too many, but no matter the quantity the quality of the workers is superb! The prices here on feed are on par with other feed stores in the area, but you can definitely find a good deal!

Visited to purchase camping chairs that were listed as in stock on their website. We found that the inventory was out of date.Employees were friendly and helpful, always a plus!While there we met several dog handlers training service dogs. The store was the perfect place for it with a good mix of distractions for the dogs. Very happy that CAL Ranch allowed them in...

This store is really pretty cool. Clothes, boots, animal feed, tools and so much more. Stopped by to look at boots and clothes after a bad experience at the local Boot Barn and so glad I did. Better prices and much better service.

Well when I needed some special feed for my horse I found it at Cal Ranch. The other in town supplier I had to order the product. Not only that but Cal Ranch was friendly and offered carry out without even asking. I will be changing my loyalty to Cal Ranch hereinafter.

Best store I go to cause I’m into country stuff but they have everything you needs tools feed for just about any animal you could own all kinds of 2nd amendment things and really nice people and great customer service everyone always willing to help

Trying to sell feed that's a year old is disgusting. Especially for the inflated prices Cal ranch charges. I would think a feed store would actually care about the quality they're selling..... selling year old feed is NOT good business and not good for the animals they claim they care about.

Just got to say that this store doesn't have what they say they do on line.i go there to get stuff and end up going to Prescott cal ranch were they have their stuff together.this store needs to revamp its self. If your looking for fishing equipment go to Prescott because you will not find anything here at this store.very disappointed in this store

This place is huge. Inside the old Sam's Club building. They have camping, fishing, hunting, games, tools. You name it. Great place to find specific items to help you with your farm or hobbies.

They have two in our area. Both are fantastic. They have everything you could want or need when it comes to your animals, camping, hunting, and fishing. You have to get in there and just check it out. You will not be disappointed.

I bought some items at Cal Ranch, I was shocked At the total, Looked At My Receipt I was overcharged. They charge a higher price then they Displayed.I aways pay close attention to prices.This is happening everywhere. Buyer Beware. Corporate America Thanks we are Stupid.

Cal Ranch is a great store. Unfortunately they tried to raise the price on a sale item. Had 2 managers convene and had to argue, got the sale price.

Went to the gun counter, guy working was rude and did not know enough about guns to be selling guns, I was so disappointed with the customer service I walked out and won't be back ever, sportsmans warehouse is only 5 miles down the hwy, I'll gladly spend my money there instead
