I went in to Arizona Exotics and they had a beautiful 3 year old Beardie. My brother has been looking for the perfect one since our girl Sephira passed away years ago.My brother immediately fell in love with him, and the owner was so kind and informative about him. We took him home a few days later. We truly appreciate your knowledge as well as your ability to order pretty much anything we need!

We love coming here for the beta fish! I've got 3 tanks now, bought two nice tanks from here and now a 3rd beta. Shana obviously loves all her critters and takes good care of them. I definitely recommend coming here vs big box options (having worked for one in the past, I don't recommend them). Her terrariums and aquariums are properly set up for the needs of the animals which I love, and supporting a smaller business is always a plus in my book.

I can not say enough good things about this place! Shana and her team are amazing! I was brand new to ball pythons and she helped me get everything set up. she answered all of my questions even when I messaged outside of business hours. she was super patient and helped me work on my confidence with handling snakes. I was worried about feeding and she worked it out so I could watch her feed the snake I was going to buy. she is so passionate about her animals and goes out of her way for her customers.

As a lifetime study of herpetology I like checking out new shops. I was very impressed at the cleanliness and knowledge and of the herps.They obviously have experience.Shana was very kind.

Owner, Shana has experience and knowledge and is willing to share it with those interested in learning more about Aquatic and/or exotic pets! Her business is located inside the Pet Headquarters store. It is beautifully organized, clean and all her “critters are well cared for. Prices are decent and don’t leave your pockets empty! Shana keeps her store stocked and frequently asks her customers on her social media page (Facebook) what they would like to see her order, and what they are looking for. I highly recommend Arizona Exotics and Aquatics as well as Pet Headquarters! Prescott Valley is grateful for more businesses like these!
