This place is great. The owner Trent is very friendly and an amazing artist. He gave us a great deal on one of his beautiful carvings and showed us some really cool videos of some of his outdoor adventures. My mom and I had such a great time here and will absolutely be back to say hello and purchase more art!!!!!!

My family LOVES The Burly Bear! Incredible gifts and beautiful cabin decor. Lots of things to look at so it can be a bit overwhelming, but if you've got some time to spare, definitely check it out! Great quality items!

What a fun place to visit! They have a chainsaw artist that carves bears out front. Which you can purchase and bring home for a bit of Pinetop Arizona in your home. They have beautiful rustic wood furniture and the perfect decor for your mountain cabin or if you just want to bring a little of the woods to your home.

Love the decor here. Been in several times and bought gifts. Today we visited to gather ideas for furnishing our new cabin. There was a downpour of rain outside. While there, our 4 year old needed to use the bathroom and they wouldn’t allow us to use it. So, they effectively made us leave their establishment in a rain storm and we did not go back. They lost our business today and while we were very impressed with their inventory, this experience may sour us from shopping there again. A little compassion and understanding would have gone a long way.

My favorite place to shop on the mountain hands down. If your looking to decorate your cabin this is place for you! The ladies working are the best and have always been super friendly. Beware if you decide to go set aside some time because you'll need it with all the wonderful things they have to offer.

Lots of Christmas things. I was hoping for a Christmas tree decoration that represented the local area. I only saw things that were too big for the tree and more appropriate for a wall, or things that didn't exactly represent the area. So I moved on.

Really cute store with many lovely items, and a friendly staff. Their prices are fairly high, though, and the worst part was the Let’s Go Brandon bumper stickers by the checkout: offensive and tacky, and I wanted so badly to walk right out, but my son had his heart set on a t-shirt.

This store has so many great things! My favorite are the Amish glider chairs(but pricey). It is definitely a niche store with bears and woodland animals in all forms, paintings, stuffed animals, kitchen ware. Very fun to walk through and shop!

Rustic home decor. They have everything from hand carved wooden decor to clothing treasures. My favorite was the humorous mens (or women) boxers. Such wonderful gifts for anyone can be found here.

Buying or building your cabin? You need to visit this place to get what you need for the inside and outside of your mountain home or vacation getaway. The staff was very nice, the selections are charming. Not building or remolding? Well maybe you need some Christmas decorations that are unusual and will become a keepsake. I love to support local business, this is a great place to trade a few of your dollars for your decorating needs.

I just love this place. I asked them six months ago to get clothes for pets. They did and the lady said they sold out in less than a week. Of course I bought the last of what they had. The quilts are beautiful and the bear decor is unbelievable. I love bears and deer and such, they have it all. I'll be back again and again. Thx

Loved this store! All items made if wood. The were several glass items but mainly wood. They had everything from coasters to bedsEven Christmas ornamentsI found a selection of candy from when I was smallRemember the Black Cow, door bars? They are still around and at the Burly Bear. Doesn't come on the stick like before but still around

Beautiful shop unique and custom pieces. Alot of variety and really cute findings. It's very easy to spend alot of time and money here :) Staff very nice and helpful. They are following CDC guidelines by limiting 10 people at a time.

Fun local vibe type store to visit. LOTS of bear type stuff and very unique wooden hand carved furniture and items. I found it to be a bit overpriced with some of the stuff having 'made in China' stickers, but a great spot to get a nice souvenir/memento if you are just visiting the area.Side note: I was a little surprised given the close quarters inside the store that they were not requiring masks despite there being no AZ mandate (I am from Tucson) but I found most businesses in this area embracing the no masking, social distancing thing. Despite still being in a pandemic, it appears this area of AZ is over it. So if that is an issue for you, just be aware.

Feel in love with this place just driving by. Brought my wife back. Wow, amazing home decor. We are new residents we know where Safeway is, the Speedway and Burly Bear. 😂 I don't think we need venture any farther. 😊
