Great bread to be had here! Delicious and reasonably priced. Their zucchini bread was awesome too! I would definitely go back and buy different breads and danishes also. So much to try! Cut and dried service but I am there to buy and pick up some great baked goods to take home so I’m in the right place. If that is what you want. Go by and take your pick to take home. They also take orders.

I can’t say enough good things about this gem of a place! I haven’t had bread this good in years! You can taste the love put into every loaf. The staff is so incredibly nice and personable. Definitely gives you that small town caring vibe. We ordered a banana cream pie for our daughters birthday. We added the strawberries per her request. Show up early if you want a good selection because they sell out of a lot of stuff throughout the day.I’m looking forward to going back! Dreaming of their green chili, cilantro, pepper jack bread!!

They have many different breads and pastries to choose from. Sooo good we came back 4 days in a row . It's a must try for sure . You have to get there early though the treats go fast.

Fresh baked bread and goodies. Slicing is free and custom to your tastes. Most loaves are around $5 and totally worth it. All you need is a toaster and a little butter for a little slice of heaven.

This is THE bakery in the Pinetop-Lakeside area. I liked the cookies, scones, and danishes, but the reason I will keep coming back every few days or so is their sourdough breads. It is AWESOME and baked fresh daily. Chewy crisp crust outside, firm (but fresh) interior... Just perfect. The service is great too! I've tried the sundried-tomato, garlic, and basil loaf as well as the black pepper asiago loaf and the plain traditional loafs and rounds. All sublime. The prices for fresh bread are better than the supermarket (unless you like Wonder sponge). Worth the stop. Get there before 11 if you want the best selection.

After hearing rave reviews from a trusted source, we HAD to sample the highly commended sourdough. Buy loaves whole, thick or thin sliced; there will be NO disappointment if buttered plain, toasted, or grilled. Can't wait to try the asiago/black pepper loaf...imagine THAT in a sandwich!!(Priced similarly to grocery store breads, yet sooo far superior) Service pleasant, hygienic. Parking a cinch.

My girlfriend and I love this bakery. We stop in many Saturdays for a snack on our way to the park with the dog. It is not uncommon that for there to be a line of the door.The bread and pastries are absolutely delicious. The services good too.Pro tip: If what you want is in demand you may be best off to order a day ahead.

Place smelled amazing upon entering. Great selection of breads and pastries. Tried the strawberry cream danish and almond danish. Both were delicious and filling. Bought a great selection of sour dough and rye bread. 100% recommend coming here for bread and sweets.

Oh my gosh, I've eaten sourdough bread all over everywhere and nothing, yes nothing, compares to this store's made on the premises sourdough! I'll drive three hours to load up my freezer, it's that good. And, by the way, ALL their breads, pastries, and whatnot star too! This place is a precious find in the White Mountains of Arizona!

This bakery makes the absolute best sourdough I have ever had but you have to deal with some pretty poor customer service to get it.The summer, I was told that they are no longer taking phone orders for their sourdough bread yet when I went in this morning to get some, they had to fill all of their orders before they would sell it to me. I was on my way to meet a friend for breakfast so I asked if they would set two loaves aside and I would pick them back up on my way through town and I was told that they cannot do that. So do you take orders or don't you take orders? The main problem with this is 90% of the time, they don't answer their phone so, it's difficult to even place an order.

I went early this morning and waited by the door to open. Each of the staff greeted all of us as we entered. I picked a variety of their cookies and some Zucchini bread with walnuts to take to a friend’s dinner tonight. Everyone loved the assortment, flavors and freshness. We will be back soon!

I was craving some baked good this morning and this bakery did not disappoint! I’m obsessed with the black pepper Asiago sourdough loaf and the sticky bun was to die for. The lines moves fast so don’t be discouraged!

Phenomenal baked goods. I developed a gluten intolerance, so avoided this place for a couple of years (against my desires), as they have terrific breads and muffins.Dr. told me to try their sourdough this year, as it only has 4 ingredients. No reaction! We also have a friend who has been gluten intolerant longer than me and she is enjoying the sourdough as well.Worth waiting in line or calling your order in ahead. Staff is great….especially April.

Stopped in today for some bread. Upon entering you smell fresh bread. The staff are very friendly and great service. I tried the green chili cilantro cheddar bread and it is amazing. It was right out if the oven. Will definitely be back. Hidden gem in Lakeside.

What a wonderful place! We stopped somewhere for breakfast and asked if they had made their own bread. They told us it was from pinetop bakery. Like I had any idea what that meant. I had stopped in show low. The trusty phone gave us the directions and off we went. Amazing breads and pastry. Get there closer to eight for the best selection, or just order ahead. We bought some wonderful sourdough, a cherry pie, and a slew of pastries. Good prices and best products. The staff is fun as well 🙂
