Staff is helpful. I bought a a Magic Mesh Magnetic screen door which started to unravel down the middle main sewn area and it came with cheap tacks so I had to buy better ones $2.99. So $15.99 is not worth this product.

This Ace hardware was supposed to be a licensed dealer for JOTUL wood stoves. The employee said that I must be wrong and that he couldn't help me.

I recently purchased a home on the mountain and was informed by a local that I could buy a pallet of pellets from Ace Hardware. The pellet stove in my home is a little sensitive and didn’t seem to agree with the pellets I had bought. I went back to the store to see if there was anything that could be done.....that is when I met the store manager Kyle. Talk about customer service!! If every store had a manager like Kyle, no customer would ever be disappointed!! Not only is Kyle one of the friendliest people I have met, but he went above and beyond. He agreed to swap out my pellets. He set up delivery, updated me on the status of the order when he said he would, and overall just provided some of the best customer service I have ever received. Kyle is awesome and he is the reason I will continue to shop this Ace!

I am a local here in pinetop and have been coming to this ace for countless years now. I am always greeted with a smile and how can we help you when I walk in!! If there is ever a question I have about anything they always have an answer without fail! Kyle the manager is probably one of the best people on the face of this earth as well so a huge shout out must go his way for his undying and relentless sense of customer service and vast knowledge of just about anything!!! Definitely one of the better ACE's we've been in... though the layout with two separate stores side by side is a little confusing. Once you get used to it though it's not too bad. Went here several times and the people always helpful and friendly.

Made a purchase and was charged more than the displayed price. When I brought it to their attention, I was told that the displayed price was old. They acted like it was too much trouble for them to reimburse the difference....they would have to credit my card and then redo the sale. The young man helping me had me wait while he helped several other customers....what ever happened to the HELPFUL HARDWARE MAN? After waiting 15-20 minutes I left never getting the credit due me. No apologies from the 3 people working.

I came in for two keys.after 15 or 20 min, the keys were handed to me and was told they both work.He said he tested them,he went to my truck and tested the keys without my permission,when I said you didn't have my permission to do that he said when I gave him the keys that gave him permission.So I left feeling uncomfortable,I tested the key to my truck topper it didn't work so I went in and he acted like I was unskilled at working a lock came out and tested it, it didn't work and said he couldn't fix the key because they couldnt make me happy. The 2nd key had a transponder in it .i drove the vehicle for 10 min and my truck radio went off and then the truck turned off.i went back for a refund and was treated with more bad behavior.

Not helpful. My wife called and was told she could return some lights that were damged from a hailstorm. She loaded up our newborn into the car and drove there and was barrated by the owner. It hurt her feelings and she was very upset about. The guy sounded like a real jerk. It became this whole thing at the house. Basically by going there for 5 min, it had negative effect on my whole family. My neighbor is a contractor and he had warned us about the owner before. I should have listened. Go to home depot or order it online. I wish I would have gone out of my way to avoid this place. Don't call, don't go.
