Do NOT use this “supplier”, firstly Yuma was hard to make contact with, after sending him an email he did eventually respond. We went over a day, prices and that I would call him when I was about a half hour out. I did that AND even left an email because that seemed to be his chosen form of contact. I hate to use this term but I was lack for a better word “ghosted” he proceeded to ignore 8 calls from me, 2 voicemails and several texts. Despite Yuma knowing I had just drove 2 hours to get there. After waiting around for about 45 minutes I inspected the pools. There were THOUSANDS of dead fish in these tanks, and the rest were guppy breathing at the surface. I don’t know much about keeping fish, but slowly suffocating them to death doesn’t seem very professional and the smell of the rotting fish was disgusting. Either way Yuma never showed up, his dad showed up who was a nice guy but also clueless as how to get in contact with his own son. I explained to his father the situation left him $30 as we had agreed on 1.25 for each fish and I wanted 15. And I gave him an extra $10 as I needed a bucket. I quickly scooped up as many as I could because frankly, I was trying to SAVE as many as I could. The whole tank was just DYING. And it was clear if I took 15 they wouldn’t even make it. Well here are your photos as proof. I’ve got about 4 left in the bottom of the tank I have that are still alive. The rest were DEAD before I even got them home. More than enough water in the bucket and oxygen to get them back but they were already half dead. Terrible terrible communication, sickly fish and a really unprofessional set up. The property, truthfully looks like a dump, trash everywhere and zero structure. One sign that says pumpkins and nothing else. I’ll be ordering online from across the country for higher prices than from his terrible place ever again. This is also the first time I’ve ever actually had SUCH a terrible experience that I’ve felt the need to write a review. Yuma has still yet to return my calls, texts, emails or at least apologize for his absolutely miserable excuse running a reputable business.

No where on the website does it state you have to drag fish on land before removing the hook. Nor does it state you'll be charged $20 if the fish fall off of the hook back into the lake.We actually have a group retreat booked locally. This WAS one of our daily outings(special needs kiddos 🏻). We were watching some YouTube videos to get the kids pumped for their 1st fishing trip. We watched VinceFishings's short. Well after seeing that interaction, the lack of customer service, and flat out rude behavior from the woman we will not be bringing the kids there anymore. The reality is these children all have different levels of abilities, many that effects motor skills. Meaning a fish could easily get off of the line and drop back into the lake before it can be secured for the child. Creating an uncomfortable, embarrassing, or financially ridiculous situation. my suggestion to the hatchery is simple. Disclose this fee on your website l. This way less experienced, special needs, elderly, or pediatric patrons are aware of the fee. That way they are aware of your policy(which when I researched catch & release really holds no water unless they swallow the hook. Which if that happened the fish would be unable to fall off of the line, right? 🤔 Yes there is a difference between a fish falling off of a line vs. Someone removing them from the hook and tossing them back for whatever reason. The latter of which I could understand being unacceptable in a pay pond situation. Thankfully there are many other beautiful handicapped accessible fishing options in PA. We will happily visit one of those where the rules, fees, and expectations are clearly conveyed.

Absolutely amazing. I bought 50+/- Koi fish and travel almost 3.5 hours back but none of these fishes die or sick. Great service and professional. Thanks

So I bought a bunch of catfish for my store in Tucson. 150 of them to be exact. Got them home and they all were sick. This was months ago. The owner said he would make it right. I texted him to get a price on bluegill for a client of mine. He said look at the website. I called him out on it and he acted like it was my fault that I got the sick fish. I deal with another client that had bought fish from him as well. Out of the hundred fish that were bought only 1 survived.Definitely think again when going to this place to get fish.
