Cancelled my long acting insulin after failing to fill it multiple times because of their issues (had to go multiple days without insulin because they couldn't figure it out) and finally got it the 4th time I went in; pharmacist was disrespectful when I was in the drive thru line because no one answered when I pressed the call button, so I pressed it again a few minutes later (pharmacist said, "Okay, but you see we're with customers," which I couldn't see); amateur mistakes like leaving a fridge open all night so that meds were wasted and I was sent to a different Walgreens for insulin, etc. Too much dumb, too much disrespect, and too slow, so I'm not planning on returning.

I just want to give a shout out to this pharmacy crew. I have had them go above and beyond 2 times in as many months to make sure that I got my prescriptions. One time my asthma medication prescription was not common any more and was not available in many pharmacies anymore. The pharmacist saw that I really needed that prescription and called several pharmacies till that could fill it that day - when he realized it was too far for me to drive, he called to several other pharmacies till he found one that would be close enough. He asked them to expedite it and I was able to get it within 30 min. Second time I was filling my babies antibiotics for strep - they were VERY busy at the time and the prescription was sent just 30 min prior. They set up my babys profile and even when insurance was causing problems they got the prescription filled within the hour. I had been using a CVS with longer opening hours, but the customer service here is outstanding and I will only fill my prescriptions here from now on.

This pharmacy cancels your pending prescription without any type of notification. If you call you’ll get put on hold.. over… and over… and over… and over again. And then they’ll hang up on you. Explains why online pharmacies with good customer service are becoming more and more popular.

I cannot call the number, it tells me I will be disconnected. I need to transfer my epilepsy prescription, but I can’t get through! Someone please help, I can’t go in person, I don’t have a car or money for the bus. I’m almost out of my meds.

Disturbing how rude your pharmacy staff can be when simply calling to check if you received a prescription and the time it would be available. I’m confused, isn’t this task apart of your job? Susanna do better. You should be embarrassed to work in such industry and have the attitude you have. I’m disgusted and disappointed.

Emma, who works at the Pharmacy is super kind, pleasant and friendly. Always has a smile on her face. large lady name Caitlyn who works at the pharmacy is extremely rude, uncivilised, crude, hostile and uses foul language. Please, train swiftly Caitlyn to have the ability to have good customer service. So you do not lose your dedicated customers.

Google maps states that it was not busy , so I called to check the status of my son's prescription and I was on hold for . Someone picked up the phone 4 times and didn't speak the 5th time i heard a lady then I was put back on hold . I'm not placing blame on Walgreens but whomever is constantly picking up the phone only to put me back on hold . Unexceptional

I have gone there for years. This means a lot of visits as I have cared for two parents in their upper 90s, getting supplies and prescriptions for them and myself. Many, many visits. Every single time, store and pharmacy, has involved courtesy, friendliness and helpfulness. I have stood in many pharmacy lines and watched how others treated staff and were treated in return. Staff have ultimate patience. Great store.

The Pharmacy Manager, Darren, is amazing. I always have a pleasant experience when he's working. The other pharmacist (I sadly do not know her name) is efficient, but not really into giving the same personalized attention. Most of the pharmacy techs have taken the time to learn my name or at minimum recognize my face and are at least moderately friendly. The vast majority of the other staff in this Walgreens are friendly and helpful. The star docking comes into play due to the absolute nightmare that one floor staff member and one pharmacy tech are. The staff member tends to shout what sounds like obscenities at random moments. I suspect some kind of disability is in play there, and I'm all for hiring him, but perhaps don't put him out on the floor? The Pharmacy tech is chock full of attitude and has taken it upon himself to question every Rx I ever pick up or drop off while he's working the register.

The staff are wonderful and friendly people. I have always had great service. The pharmacy staff know my name and call me by my friend name since I have lots of prescriptions to take every month. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone. The managers are very friendly and hire very good employees.

Solid store, employees are warm and friendly. Pharmacy fills scripts quicky and solves problems efficiently given they are granted enough time to sort through issues. The prices are alright for a convenience store and the front end is enjoyable. It looks like some changes were made to the staff everywhere for the better.

Emma took extra measures to make sure my son was taken care of in getting a covid-19 test she navigated the system issues and made sure he was number one in getting tested.Emma is a wonderful example on how really caring employees make a difference. We commend all her efforts and thank you her for caring. We will always return to this Walgreens for any future needs. Thank you Emma!!

Came in with my family to pickup prescriptions and get the flu shot. The “medical professionals” think that using the word retarded in front of my special needs daughter is cute. When we decide to leave before getting the flu shot the doctor rudely says “hellooo?! It’s not going to take long”. My husband had to let them know why we were uncomfortable and why needed to leave. Missing basic human interaction skills here. Switched all of our pharmacy and photo pickups to CVS.

Everyone always seems tired and overworked but nice enough. The pharmacy hours are constantly changing so make sure to triple check before you go or they'll likely be randomly closed.

I brought in my own nail Polish to find a color similar and the lady at the beauty counter was on her phone doing a personal call refused to help me so I looked through all the brands myself and held my polish up to see if it was close. As I was leaving she accused me of trying to steal. If she would have helped me in the first place she would have known I was looking to color match. Never will I go there again. Completely unhelpful and rude!

I got here ten minutes before they opened and waited at the drive thru. I had brought something to eat and happily played on my phone. It took them six additional minutes to greet me or open the pharmacy 10:06. At this time the girl told me she couldn't give me my prescription because the manager hadn't brought her their drawer. By this time the people behind me in line were already honking and cursing at me. I waited an additional five minutes for that to happen.

Rude rude rude !!!!!! The lady wasSo rude and disrespectful!! I wish I got her name but she didn’t wanna give it to me.. I simply asked her if she can transfer my prescription to a different location. And she told me the system don’t do that and that I would have to call the store (the one I asked to be transferred) and let them know that I wanted my prescription transferred.. so I did and I called this Walgreens back and told her to send my prescription to my location.. long story short I asked the lady to give me back my paper so I can just do it myself and she never gave it back to me and she said she’ll call and do it herself but she was being really rude talking to me bc I had her transfer my medication smh I will no longer going back to this poor customer service Walgreens again.

Worst Walgreens Pharmacy!!!!! My 6 year old daughter had to go without one of her anti seizure medication for several days because they didn't order enough medication for all the patients. We'll be leaving Walgreens Pharmacy, so one less person to order this medication for. My husband and I have dealt with numerous issues not just this particular issue, many others and this was the last straw.

I come here all the time and for some reason an employee named Anthony was being rude only because we didn't enter our phone # before checking out. Sheesh! Maybe the people who don't have people skills or customer service skills should not work with customers.

This is the only Walgreens I’ve been to where everything goes smoothly. Every time I go to any other Walgreens, I cringe when I get to the counter because there’s always some issue that’s going to take a while to solve before I can get my prescription. Not this one, though. I appreciate it!

As a person who has worked in customer service for 5+ years , I can say with the utmost confidence that everyone there, espcially mangement, is absolutely the most wonderful customer service experience that I have had in a rather long time, and with covid going on, and people getting angrier by the day that is very hard to find. the person that stood out to me the most though was a manager named Ben. He was happily helping an elder customer in the adult care section. I watched him help her get a few items from a high shelf and continue to help her thoughout the store when she needed. To me it shows they have a very kind, and empathitic staff on hand , despite the rough area that the store is located in.

Do not shop at this Walgreens or any walgreens for that matter. The manager here is a complete idiot and needs to be fired. She called me a lier and basically a theif and then refused to do my return. She treated me incredibly rude and unprofessional. The policy states they can do the return, especially since its my first time ever returning an item at Walgreens and the total was under $20...my wife accidentally lost or misplaced the receipt for 2 neutrogena oil-free eye makeup remover bottles and she doesn't need them after all. She supposedly was able to check 6 hours of video within about 10 mins and said she couldn't find my wife purchasing the items. Damn lier, and she needs to be fired IMMEDIATELY...

If I could give this location no stars at all, I would. The shift manager on duty was at the register because it was busy and he was already helping a customer when i came up. I tried to be friendly and chat with him but he seemed more intent on IGNORING me. The only thing he even said in the entire time that he was handling my transaction was "would you like a bag?" He didn't even tell me the price! He just turned the screen around so I could read it for myself! I'm never going back to this location again.

Pharmacy doesn’t do part their job to call urgent care to check make sure they sent my Rx and they didn’t. So I called urgent care and they said it did sent. So pharmacy was lie about urgent care didn’t sent RX.

I normally do not leave reviews but people need to be aware of how unprofessional this staff including managers have been. Walgreens needs to bring a cultural competency training to show them how to approach others. Glad others are leaving comments about rude and unprofessional behavior at this store!
