Do not recommend if I could give them ZERO stars I would... After my mother in law took her dog here to be groomed he passed away that night. He was fine when she took him and as soon as he got home he was NOT ok and passed in his sleep. If you love your fur babies DO NOT take them to this place!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went there to buy dog food. A little pug puppy was lose and approached me in the store. I picked it up and it had duct tape to its belly. I asked the manager/owner why it had duct tape on its belly and suddenly he acty likee he no speaky Dee inglis, after I’ve seen him speak English before! So, I messed him all up and asked him in Spanish& he said because the puppy had hernia surgery! This thing was maybe 5 weeks old! I said then why duct tape and not surgical tape and he just shrugged his shoulders!!! NOT A GOOD SIGN! Needless to say I won’t be buying anything from there anymore.

This place is horrible very unprofessional took my dog in for a grooming and the very same day he got sick and passed away i dont know what they used but my dog was perfectly fine before please do not bring your pets here

Overcrowded cages, too many birds to undersized cages. It's as though the owners forgot birds fly.... They have baby tortoises, 50 of them in one cage, all standing on rotten food, urine, and feces, they all have one small hide they all try to pile in, smothering and killing the bottom ones, these people clearly don't know proper animal care and are definitely going to be reported... 9 hamsters in a tiny little habitrail from Walmart.... Shops should lead by example, teach your customers care by them seeing the display... Nope not here...the owner is always trying to wheel and deal cuz they're all gonna die, it's like he's selling spoiled meat

I'm beyond amazed how bad this store is iv gone in twice first time excited to look around second time to show my husband as he didn't believe me when I told him how1. Birds are cramped into cages2. Feed is put in zip up bags and sold not knowing what it is or expiration date3. They are over breeding the hamsters looking in the cage there were several litters together all different ages.4. Almost every cage is dirty5. They are over charging 2300 for a pup you can go on craigslist for 500.I worked at a rescue and walking in this building my heart just breaks. I won't be going back I hope this place can get help and maybe some learning books for the pets they have.

I love this place, the lady there is alway so nice as well as her Housband, they have a lot of knowledge in what they do and there prices are fair, I do recommend this place, they have pretty much everything you need for your pet😇🙏

I feel that the workers are oppressed based on the atmosphere inside the shop. Several times I left a tip and watched Alberto/ owner put it inside the register.Michelle/ dog groomer is awesome . She is very courteous and knows her business on how to treat the animals. Overall the staff is great. But the owner quickly changes the mood.

They do a great job grooming my dog and providing her vaccinations and a shot record, too. They have lots of beautiful birds and bird food. They are always happy to help.

I gave two stars only because they got lots of birds and other animals, a great selection of birds. The problem I have with the store is how they have the birds bunch up together and cages are filthy. I did see a bird who seemed ill. If this store allows it, i would volunteer my time 1 to 2 times a week to go clean the cages. I did ask but I never got a call back. I do believe the birds need more room, to many birds bunch up in one cage. It breaks my heart to see the birds like that.

they said my dog would look like a teddy bear. we wanted a little trim and he ended up looking completely different from what me and my girlfriend wanted. we are extremely disappointed . another thing we took our dog to get his first shot here and he nearly died the next two days. highly do not recommend.

This place was amazing. My husband stumbled on it whilst looking for my birthday present (an african grey). It was the only store that had some for sale. We went and looked staff were kind, helpful and not at all pushy when we said we wanted to think about it. Needless to say we went back today and purchased an amazing female African grey parrot, only to get her home and find out this girl speaks Spanish and English and sings two songs. I couldn't be happier with the store and the staff. Even when we found an issue with the cage they were quick to respond and fix the issue. Love you guys and ladies. We will be back soon.

There was some event in the parking lot. How I spotted the pet shop. I was looking for a different type of toy for my budgie. This place Bird variety and offerings are amazing. My new go to for anything bird related.

I love supporting local stores so when I found this pet store, I stopped in right away. At a glance, the store appeared pretty clean and organized. I also decided to take our dog in to their groom and I loved the results and prices. Several months later, I ended up going back to the groomer and noticed an animal control officer at their location (this was several months ago). That’s when I started to notice some of the animals (rabbits, hamsters and chickens) in the back having dirty water and dirty cages. After that, I decided I won’t be going back. The only reason I’m am giving this place 2 stars is because the groomer is awesome

I rate 2 and a half. My reasoning is because it feels a little cramped, it’s nice to see that there are a lot of birds but most of them are struggling to get space. Budgies especially are shoulder to shoulder on both perches, and there are still some budgies at the bottom of the cage. Now don’t get discouraged at this problem, they have recently just set up here and I’m sure things will improve but I really worry sometimes because some birds look really sick. My big main issue is the space for the birds, second would be the health these birds are in, and third would be prices-some of these birds are highly priced, I have bought a couple birds and only information I got was that they’re healthy and tame but one bites me and still is. One died and he has told me he was a baby but after some research I’ve come to a conclusion that he was over 10 years old, I’m so heart broken and won’t be getting a bird from there until I see improvements and when I’m emotionally ready..

Bird got sick two days after we bought it.the guy was rude no refund.. bootlegbirdshop.BuyerBeware!! The owner claims is my fault no refund but the fact is every other pet store gives refunds on dead birds also reputable bird stores do not let baby birds go until they are ready you're bad and I will make sure to give you a review on every outlet in Arizona maybe even the United States

I can't say I didn't get amazing service at this place. We got our beautiful baby girl from here (I was disturbed that her and her sister were covered in their own feces). We were looking for a Rottweiler and were told she was purebred Rottweiler but they did not have her papers (should've been a sign). As she grew we started to notice she didn't look like a full bred Rott. We got a DNA test done and it turns out she is not full bred Rottie but rather she is 12.5% Portuguese Water Dog. I do feel lied to and have considered many times going to get my money back. I love this little girl with my whole heart even though we were misled. Just do your research when visiting this shop. Owners are very nice and personable but I should have made more of a push to get her papers or proof that they knew she was full bred.

Its small and mainly for Birds however they are opening up to other Animals making the selection they have alot broader... the staff is awesome they take their time in helping u and ensuring u got everything u need. Groomer is honestly the most patient person I have come across.

They have beautiful and amazing Birds but their cages are dirty some of the birds look untaken care of. it's really hot in there so he's going to have to fix the AC unit or something for them poor birds

Just had a client attempt to come in for a grooming appointment but unfortunately this place did not give her a valid rabies certificate. When I called to verify the expiration date, I got 3 different potential expiration dates none of which made sense. If you go here make sure they give you actual proof for shots, not just stickers as no one can accept this. Also legally rabies can only be administered by a licensed vet.

This place has the worst owner ever, he doesn’t care about the birds he sells at all, he will lie to you just so you can buy and once you do he will not let you refund or return. I would recommend birds and then some, they are much better and care about you and your bird

this place have a veterinarian that is not what he say he is he told me that my puppy had a tumor i went for a second opinion and that wasn't true .around a month a family member took his pet there and this person put a lot of anesthesia and the pet died .don't take your pets here everything was ok until they hired this person.i call maricopa county they tried to find him base on name and phone number and it appeared that he wasn't a vet in united states all vets are register with their phone numbers.

Went in twice and and both times the owner guy ignored me and my 10yr old son. I had cash in hand wanting to purchase a bird with the whole setup. I usually give people a second chance because we all have bad days and that's why I went in twice. No third time the charms here, I won't be going back!!
