If I could rate 6 stars I would. From the moment I walked in Brett was welcoming and friendly. I explained I didn’t know much about reptiles but was always curious about them. He let me know that I could look around and if I had any questions to just ask. The first thing I noticed was how clean all the cages were, they really seem to go out of their way to keep a clean and welcoming environment. I was surprised to end up purchasing a frog and Brett gave me literally everything I could ask for in terms of taking care of it. Will definitely be going back!

Came to this store after checking other reptile stores in the valley. Right from the get-go Brett welcomed us in and provided exceptional service. We had our 2 kids with us and even though they were loud and all over he had the patience of a Saint!! He was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We viewed a couple of boas and left. After a couple of hours we came back and Brett immediately remembered us. We bought a Leopard Ball Python who we named Salazar. Brett helped us in setting up Salazar's new home and gave us pointers on what to do once we brought Salazar home. Want to thank Brett so much for everything he did and for offering amazing reptiles at reasonable prices! If you are considering a reptile for a pet do not Hesitate and come here. You will not regret it!

The store is well set up and pleasing to the eye. However, the group of teens working didn’t greet us when we walked in and instead continued conversations about weekend plans and personal stories. Giant plant set up in the front is covered in spider mites and their anaconda has a very large abscess. Over all not totally impressed.

Always willing to answer my questions! Great service. They helped me build my bio active terrarium! A lot of cool reptiles and amphibians! Lots different food types too. Great local company! Always have food for my reptiles.

I got my northern blue tongue skink here January 2021 and he's still very healthy and going strong months later. The vets cleared him with a clean bill of health a week after I got him and I've had no troubles or complaints in keeping him.These guys take good care of the animals in their shop and they're knowledgeable of the different species they have and how to appropriately take care of them (unlike big chain stores where the one person who actually knows what they're talking about is the exception and everyone else is just there to collect a paycheck). I would recommend any new and expert reptile owner to get their pets here.

Asked for 60 large crickets and some blue horned worms for my large lizard. Out of worms, no issue. When the crickets were brought up they were MAYBE medium. Nothing was said i can only assume in hopes i wouldnt notice. When asked if those were the biggest when I noticed then I was told yes we are out of large. Why wasn't that stated when the order was placed? 2nd time here, extremely dissatisfied both times. Will not be return. Ya your tanks look good but your customer service is severely lacking.

What a great experience! We recently brought my 3-year-old son in because he is going through a lizard phase and they were very kind. They took the time to answer questions even though we didn’t make any purchases this time around. The store is clean and the animals seem to be well taken care of. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic shop! I haven’t had a pet snake in about 20 years and was pretty stoked to finally have one again. I could recommend this place more, nice little mom and pop vibe but ran by a young brother and sister duo. They couldn’t have been cooler and more knowledgeable, they made the whole experience easy going and fun. They reminded me of a lot of new owner tips on upkeep and care that I had forgotten over the years. The shop is clean and well organized and the the quality and variety of reptiles they had were pretty cool. They reminded me of me when I was younger and enthusiast about reptiles for the first time. I never leave reviews but just had to after my experience.

Been getting meal worms here for a few month and could not be happier with the service. Owned by a brother and sister who are super knowledgeable. They are extremely helpful and always answer questions I have regarding our leopard gecko that was purchased at a different reptile store. My 7 year old son loves that they teach him about a different snake each time we go in. Even letting him hold pythons and false water cobras. My 6 year old daughter loves the friendly dog that sometimes greets us. We will continue to support this local business!

This is a locally owned and operated business. You can tell that they really have a passion for reptiles and were very helpful. We bought a tortoise for my daughter and they worked with us to get the tortoise that was best for us. They provided a lot of useful information on how to care for our pet. We have been back several times for more supplies and they have always been all about the animals.

These guys are the best. The prices are great, the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They always have a great selection of enclosures,supplies reptiles, bugs, snakes, etc. They make really good quality bioactive enclosures. Also make sure you say hi to the shop birds! Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Great feeders and excellent prices on supplies and animals. The animals all look healthy, the store is very clean and organized, and there are also plenty of staff available to help answer any questions. They're very friendly here. This is a newer and smaller shop, so don't go in expecting a mini-zoo or large store levels of stock, but they've also always been very willing to try and get anything they don't already have. I couldn't recommend this place enough and its so nice to have a store like this open in Ahwatukee!

Good selection of animals. All of their bio active tanks are awesome as well. However, I don’t recommend getting feeders from here. I’ve gotten crickets, super worms, and horn worms from here and they all die super quickly (same or next day) even when provided with food.

I get my rodents for him here as well and it's a quick and easy stop and lots of choices for size and whether they are frozen or alive. they have a nice selection of reptiles and items for them. They clearly care for their animals.

The staff here was awesome! We had many questions when it came to buying our 12 year old daughter her first snake. Not only were they extremely knowledgeable but they were patient enough to let us look at and hold nearly every snake (many of them twice) before making our decision. Best experience I have ever had at a Reptile Store. The customer service is outstanding, they genuinely care about the well being of their animals and are extremely knowledgeable too! The shop is well taken care of, clean, and spacious. I have purchased several items from here and they were all in mint condition, from tanks, bulbs, to hides and substrate. I look forward to buying more pets from them, and their care items too!

Love this Reptile store that just opened! Brother and sister owners a great small business for your stimulus.I received great service they were knowledgeable and helpful. The store is extremely clean and well stocked. I love the little beardy I took home he is fat and healthy and well socialized.
