Took my pup here for grooming today and they were great. I know there were some reviews about issues with booking, but they seem to have corrected this. I booked and got a confirmation text right after I hung up, a second one the day before, and a third the day of. I appreciated this a lot. The groomer was great! They gave me 50% off for my first visit, so I decided to splurge on the pricier spa package for my pup. She looks good and smells like pumpkin spice which is amazing!

I recently walked into this store to buy some dog food. Very nice and clean shop, but the staff is very.......... unfriendly. I walked in was browsing wasn't asked if I need help. I picked up a couple cans of dog food and got to the cash register. I asked for a price on a dog cage to the cashier, another worker said under her breath in a unpleasant way " Maybe you weren't looking in the correct place'. Instead of saying let me go ahead and help you get the price. So I just ignored her and went about my business. I actually gave this place a second chance because they have the food my dog enjoyed. After the second time I stopped going all together. PET CLUB maybe you should invest in hiring decent employees to take care of your customers. I would not be recommending this to anyone.

Took my small buddy 🐶 to get groomed. I found it convenient to book online. Kristen took care of him and she hooked him up with a slick cut and a bandanna. She has great skills, a wonderful attitude and really recommend her. She didn't even get mad when he peed when we got there- he was nervous. She was chill. I will definitely go back.

The staff is always eager to help when I come in and it seems like they are happy to be there. Great selection of cat food and treats. I go out if my way to stop by this store for their great service and prices.

I have never had anything but good experiences at any Pet Club. The employees are energetic and extremely helpful, every single time. I can go in with questions about my dogs diet or my cats hairballs and they always not only have answers to my questions, but recommend good quality items to buy to help make life easier.

Came in for help with my dogs cut paw. Spoke with Enrique. He was absolutely amazing! Knew the products in the store and went out of his way to ensure I was satisfied with my visit. I will 100% return to this location. Thank you Enrique!

The only place nearby that carries Acana, the brand I wanted to buy doe my cats.They have a loyalty program which gives you a free bag after so many bags purchased, so that'll be nice eventually, too!They always have my food in stock, and are very helpful if you need any information while you're there.

I was excited to have a local spot to support, but the customer service is terrible. Employees don't seem well-informed, don't greet customers and don't ask if help is needed. The biggest bummer is that it seems the employees are scared of whoever the boss is, who clearly values busyness over great customer service. Not a good idea for a small local store that will need local residents as regular customers to survive. I won't be returning unless I'm desperate... I prefer Pet World in Tempe.

Sara the cashier was the rudest and most unhelpful cashier I've ever met, even worse than a Walmart employee and that's bad. She acted as if it was an inconvenience to help us or do her job. She didn't want to price match and didn't want to help us with our treat return. I had to tell her that you do infact price match in store items just not online prices she just didn't want to do the extra steps to help us LAZY. Then when my boyfriend apologized and said " sorry for the hassle" she replies with "yeah it was" no smile, no Customer service and very rude. The managers how ever were helpful and I appreciated that. From now on i will be going to the 42nd street and Thomas location their employees are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and have stellar customer service. Especially the store manager! He sure does love his cats lol

I went to grooming and she took fantastic care if my difficult 3 large dogs. And then I had to buy some meds for my cat and sales knew right where to take me. THANKS EVERYONE!

I am so thankful to have a pet food place right downtown in walking distance. I recently used the pet clinic that they offer. Everyone is friendly and helpful. GREAT staff.Keep up the great work

Normally go to the 19th ave and Northern location (suddenly went out if business), so I went to the 5th ave and Mcdowell location and they wouldn't honor the free bag and said they had "no idea" the other location shut down and they couldn't verify my free bag. Even though im enrolled in their useless buyers program. I will go elsewhere with my business.

I like Pet Club but when I put in a special order for dog food,and I'm told it will be in on a specific date, I wish the employees would follow through and make it happen. Especially when I watch them fill out an order slip. Annoyed because now I have to feed my small dogs large breed food. Hopefully in two weeks when I go back my order will be there. If not I will have no choice but to return to pets mart.

I like Pet Club because they have better prices than PetSmart but this particular Pet Club didn't carry shots for cats they only carry shots for dogs and I didn't understand that they should carry shots for both animal this Pet Club is kind of small too but it's the only one I could find near me however they didn't do me any good anyway cuz I was looking for shots for my cat

Staff not nice. Groomers are independent and seldom call back. We got there and no apt!! She was on her phone and said, we did not have an apt. Unprofessional. She can get back to hr call now.
