It's such a wonderful store. The staff today was fabulous. When I asked where something was located, she took the time to take me there, instead of just telling me. I bought a ton of glass, and they wrapped each piece up for me. Everything got home safe. Much appreciated.

I bought these cool hrs case containers from the container store. Cool place for all kinds of odds and ends type of stuff. These containers are heavy duty and should last for years. Thank you

The store associates 100% racially profiles. Multiple employees following brown/ black customers all over the store where an associate can have an eye on these particular customers at all times. All of this while white customers are not followed at all beyond the initial greeting and offer of assistance. Saw this multiple times with my own eyes during two entirely separate visits, the first in June 2022 and the second in March 2023.

Great store for organizing supplies in many ways with a range of prices as well. We redid our laundry room last year and received excellent customer service. This past visit though we had a lot of trouble finding what we needed and there wasn’t anyone to help. I mean…there were employees but none available to help. All seemed busy with the store but not to help the customers. Maybe it was stock day? Not sure. The help we did get, though, was a check out and of course they were nice! For me it’s 4/5 because some items are priced too high and not all products are best quality and it makes it difficult when you’re trying to use the store’s products together for a project.

Everything was really good until I got to the cashier. She ignored my question and was a bit rude. I had asked her if they have military discounts. A simple no would have been better than ignoring me. Other than that its nice and clean. The lady who helped us find the item we wanted was kind. Its ok. Go check it out.

Everything in the store is organized and zoned well. The employees have been exceptionally friendly Everytime I drop in to look for something. The container store always feels open and clean which makes the experience easy and comfortable to shop at. While the Container Store can be a bit pricey at times, I usually stop in for something when I get a coupon on their POP savings email. Good job so far Container Store!

We stopped by today and although we didn't need anything, it gave us a lot of ideas if and when we need or decide to do some organizing. Many varieties of storage options, from large, closet-sized spaces to smaller options for earrings and other small knick knacks. Great selection and well organized, of course!

I went to the container store on the advice of a friends. I was talking to Classy Closets and was very unhappy with the service I was getting and very frustrated with the vague pricing commitment. I saw Theresa and she completely understood right away. She was patient and a great customer focussed assistant. I will have my new closets installed 1 feb and I cannot wait.

Went out if our way to get a specific item- we didn't find it, but that's no one's fault. I feel like people are often willing to drive for the container store. It's a fun outing. But the woman at the register was very rude when pushing the loyalty program. We nicely declined (four times) and she didn't say another word the entire time we were there.

love this store! I always leave with more than I anticipated. And we just used their "contained home" program and had a professional organizer come to our home and take all the measurements and propose how we should set up elfa shelving in our new pantry. It was so affordable and it was really helpful. I highly recommend it.

We designed a closet with a consultant in the store and it was installed by their professionals. It’s perfect and the install only took 1.5 hours- would have taken us 1.5 weeks. The Container Store is not a safe place to shop online. They will not provide a refund for items that were never shipped, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. They tried to ship the same package twice and it was never sent. Customer service just says "it shipped", but the shipping company site clearly says it hasn't. This has been such a waste of time.Sounds like customers may have better luck in the store, but I would avoid ordering online.

Shelby and Morghyn in closet design are so patient and helpful. They helped me revise 4+ times and were always helpful with great suggestions. Now just to wait the 5 weeks for install.

We had an appointment yesterday. They didn’t welcome us or ask if we needed any help. We weren’t totally sure the covid 19 requirements. Then at 10 mins until closing, they wanted to close us out. And they seemed very put off that we wanted to look at one more thing an also exchange one thing. We got out to our car and it was 6:03 PM and they honestly made us feel like it was like 6:30 or so and we were just wasting their time. Our conversation in the car was we’re pretty sure this a cultural thing - top down from The container store. It wasn’t our first experience like this and it hasn’t only been this store. To some degree if you need to get some overpriced, unique storage containers, you don’t have a lot of choices. I guess they know that and act like it. I’ll try to stick to other places if possible in the future.

As someone who is very organized, I found my experience here this time around very disappointing. We walked in and were greeted kindly. Then we were bothered by other employees to wear a mask. I was looking for ideas on how to organize certain areas of our new home, so I was trying to take pictures of products to keep track. Do you realize how annoying it is to hold a phone to type or take pics while wearing a stupid mask that doesn't even work? I guess this place didn't get the memo about not bothering their customers who don't wear masks. I won't be back until this BS is over.

Four stars for the service and friendliness of the sales people and cashiers. And the store has every imaginable gadget, organizer, closet accessory, shelving and on and on. However, prices were high and I've found items at Walmart for 1/3 of the price.

Pretty good for what it is. I've bought a number of things there and will go back. I was surprised, however, when I called to see if they had more of a particular container I was looking for. They lady on the phone seemed quite put out having to talk to me. Big sighs, seemed impatient, when we were about done there was no thank you for calling, anything else I can help you with, nothing except *click* and she's gone.

I went to The Container Store this morning at 10:15 only to be told there was a deep cleaning in process and the store wasn't open. The employees were all hanging in the parking lot and the website said the store opens at 10. I asked was there a reason the deep cleaning wasn't done before the store was schedule to open. The employee said they are doing it now and I would have to wait 20 minutes and walked away. I get the extra precautions but when I drive from 15 minutes to wait in the car for the store to open, which was schedule to open 15 minutes ago, only to be greeted rudely, that is frustrating. Update your website if you are going to clean during business hours.

I needed to run in real fast to grab one more container but these clowns wouldn't allow my 11 month old daughter into the store without a face mask. Like, whhhat?!?! I returned everything and will buy all containers on Amazon. Lost a good $5k/year from me and will get others to boycott as well.
