My first visit to The container store what's on 4/22/24 at the Phoenix facility on 20th Street.I was looking for a certain size box. The lady at the front directed me and then actually help me build the box and tape it up for me. I will forever be grateful to her. She added a little joy to my day.

Never ending supply of things required to completely organize your home, garage, car and anything else you can think of. Very clean store, employees are super nice. Secret tip - if you want the fun colored organizing items, go to the back right side of the store.

Second time I have been in store, first time I actually bought something. Since the wife and I are moving to a new spot, needed a few bins etc. They definitely have some items I am eyeing for the kitchen. Definitely will visit and purchase something again, however do think some bins are too pricey. Can get some items cheaper at Home Depot, Costco or Sam's Club.

I was very pleased and impressed with my first experience at this establishment. There were three people (Tasia, Makayla, and the other I didn’t get a chance to read her name tag — I didn’t have a mask on so I wasn’t able to get close enough to see, it was my decision to maintain a distant 6 feet space) that really drove me to my positive experience. They each played a intricate role in helping me with what I needed.As soon as I arrived the unknown gal (I’m so sorry for not knowing your name 😞) noticed I was in heavy thought in comparing two large totes. As an owner of a mobile bartending business (check us out on Instagram @wjb_hospitality_llc), I find that I need durable but sleek large totes to move around all my bartending tools and equipment. She helped me with deciding that my original purchase online was the best solution to what my business needed. I am very grateful to her. Then she helped me find the best clear, glass jars to use as tip jars. I’m telling you, the service was impeccable.Makayla helped me check out. She asked if I was part of the loyalty program (they call it something else) and I was very reluctant but she pleasantly and confidently advised me of the great options that come with it. I said yes. The entire process was quick and efficient.Tasia was awesome because she had a pleasant vibe about her. She loaded my stuff on a cart and helped me put it into my small car. We chuckled 🤭 about how all the stuff may not fit because it’s too small. (I thought to myself, “Don’t you know you never joke about a size of a man’s… car?!” Hehehe 😜 I’m kidding — all in good jest)Again, I will be coming back to this location frequently as the entire store inspired me on different container solutions for my business. Thank you ladies for all that you are and all that you do.

I really enjoyed my first visit to the container store. Who knew there were so many containers to put stuff in! I needed a couple of inexpensive travel containers, and paid just a little over 3$ for them. But-if you want pricier items, I'm sure they can accommodate even the wealthiest of tastes. It's a fun place to visit, staff are friendly and helpful. Fast checkout. Very clean. I found a few gift ideas as well.

Really do I write retail stores, but The service at this store was outstanding.We were helped by four different people looking for many different things and each time they were able to direct us to what we wanted and/or options for what we thought we might want.I'm glad we don't have one of these near where we live because we would be spending a lot more money there. 😉

Get your OCD on! Organizing anything is pretty simple when you have the right stuff to do it. We came in and bought many many food storage containers and other pantry related devices. It sure helps! Staff is very helpful. Prices aren't exactly low but you get what you pay for.

I'm a regular shopper at this store, and it's always an awesome experience. Everyone who works here is very friendly and helpful; the other day Cheyenne and Julie took customer service to a whole new level! The store was closing and when I checked out, I said I did not need a bag and then proceeded to accidentally and unknowingly leave an item at the counter. 10 minutes after the store closed, I got a phone call from Cheyenne and Julie saying they found the item I left at checkout, referenced all recent customer checkouts, determined that it was me who forgot the item, and thanks to my POP account, got my phone number! They said they would happily wait for me to drive back to the store, even though they had already closed, for me to get the item. Truly amazing people. Truly amazing store. Truly amazing experience. There should be a bonus 6-star option as 5 stars still falls short :-)

First timer! I want 5 of everything please! The man who assisted me with finding some items was super friendly. He knew exactly where everything is. He spent a few minutes with me making sure I got everything. I cannot say enough about how much I appreciated him! Everything here has a place. Super organized...which is prob a must when you sell organizational items...lol. but I will definitely be back for more!Oh the girl at the checkout was very sweet, also.

The prices are high but the store is dreamy. It is filled with everything you can imagine to organize your life. The staff seems to enjoy the customers and loves to help bring your ideas to fruition. You can even bring in the item you are looking to "contain", and they will find a box for it right there in store. I spent the last 4 years buying what I need to organize my closet and it is now finished. The great thing is that the containers have not changed and so I was able to financially spread out my very expensive closet makeover.

So many neat and cool items that many other places don't have. I found some black 30 - gallon storage containers with a very good sale on them. Think I will go back for one more; to store a king size heavy comforter and two other single blankets (light reversible comforter and plush velvet in the second container).

A cornucopia of storage and organizing products. A brick and mortar store like this is so nice for browsing compared to online shopping. Gives you a chance to plan your project in your head.Downside is the old-school style sales staff. Chirpy and cheerful but hovering and pushy nevertheless. It feels like a furniture store experience.Are they on commission? It's like going back in time.
