This target makes the convenience of curbside pickup inconvenient. They gave me wrong items in my order. I had to drive back to the store and they acted like the refund of the items I didn’t get was excellent customer service. If they had done their job correctly I could have had these items shipped to me. Laura the manager was useless as she did nothing to rectify the problem.

I’ve been a target shopper forever, came to this location since it’s close to my new place. Multiple food items, healthy juices to be specific were expired!! Never had I had this issue so I didn’t even think to check in the store. Tried to call multiple times but nobody answers. DEFINITELY DON’T RECOMMEND THIS STORE.

This target has gotten very dangerous this past two years. Criminals and homelessness in the front making me feel unsafe. The workers are kind but the customers and employees deserve to work in a safe environment. Target needs to make some calls and do something about the criminals and solicitors. For now I just order my products and drive up because it’s unsafe. If I want to go inside target I go to a different one.

One of the smaller Target stores, with a compact, yet sufficient selection of groceries, tech and clothing. A very small selection of books. Oh, and the shelves are almost empty of sales products. (I am being told that it is not unusual.) The place to find all GCU students.

Whoever manages this target should be fired. I have the worse experience everytime I go to this store. If you’re going to have a ton of products locked up, at least have employees to come unlock. It took me 3 times of walking around asking for help before someone agreed to walk over and unlock the case for me. It took 35 mins to get 1 can of formula.

Thorn in Target Security is professional, knowledgeable, and is one of the reasons I would recommend this particular Target store to friends and colleagues.During the December holiday season Thorn was very present, assuring that the parking lot and the area in front of the store were places where one could feel safe.Inside the store I saw Thorn resolve several conflict situations, and his uniformed presence created an atmosphere of safety and security that ensured shopping was pleasant.

The last 2 times I've been there, I have seen burglars walk out the door with unpaid merchandise and the alarms going off. They walked out the door past me as I made my way through the door. It made me feel very insecure, while there was no guard standing by.

I'm not pressing a button to have someone open up a case to buy underwear because that is extremely uncomfortable, and I can't use the app to pre purchase it because the app is trash and won't let me reset my password without being put on hold for 45 minutes. So inconvenienced that Im just going to shop at Nordstrom rack. probably loosing more money by pissing off honest customers than you are saving by preventing shoplifting by locking literally everything object worth over $2

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! This whole thing about forcing customers to use an app in order to benefit from sales is STUPID, a pain in the neck and time consuming. I spent an extra 15 mins to try to get the $15 gift card for spending $50 on household cleaning products. It used to be an ugheasy process cause it worked off my phone number. Now you gotta use their horrible app to qualify. Yeah, great idea, alienate customers by forcing them to use a average at Best app. Ugh!

Closest Target to me, so that is the only reason I shop here. Been shopping at Target for awhile now and never had an experience like the one I had today. Purposefully targeted and singled out at self checkout for a five item order. Employee was anxious to make her racist micro aggressions and imaginary white authority known because she was bitter that I was on the phone minding my business and wasn’t able to engage in small talk. Stood almost directly over me and went through my items. Sad behavior only to look like a fool in the end when she didn’t get the result she was looking for. Made sure to escalate and report that behavior- because for her to feel comfortable doing that, it is being allowed.

I recently purchased the new Starbucks x Stanley cup and brought it in so I could drink my mocha frap while shopping. After telling the lady at Starbucks what I wanted (and asking her to put it in my Stanley for me), she proceeded to just put it into a normal plastic cup and put the whipped cream on top while in there. I told her that ruined the entire purpose of my trip and that the whipped cream would get completely messed up if I poured it into the Stanley. It was the larger lady with pink hair, and she was being very disrespectful and did not offer to remake me one. Luckily, another younger employee named Cameron overheard our disagreement and offered to make me a new one, much to the dissatisfaction of the pink haired girl. He made it perfectly and even put the whipped cream on after putting it in my new cup. If you go into this Starbucks I highly recommend getting service from Cameron if possible, he was so sweat! He turned what would’ve been a negative experience into a great one.

Went on a Saturday afternoon. Small store but was cluttered with things in the aisles and in the wrong places. Cashier couldn't figure out how to ring up our electronic purchase and had to get help. Took over 20 minutes with 2 people how to figure it out.

So disappointed in this location. Target is my favorite store but this particular location is like a mini walmart. I tried giving benefit of doubt few times but never purchased anything. Its small, less options, just not the target feel vibe. Im trying to go in and leave with a cart full of things i wasnt looking for and this location isnt it. Its really cramped as well as i couldnt even find my basic needs that was my excuse to go there in the first place. Do not recommend this location.

You are employing incompetent idiots.I ordered online. I got an email that said my item was ready for pickup. The customer servuve girl says her device isn't working so she can't give me the product and I need to come back tomorrow.She helped me cancel my order and I just went to pick one up off the sales floor. There weren't any on the floor. I went back to her and said to just grab me the one that was pulled aside for me in the back. She says "I can't see if we have any in the back because the system is down." I replied, "of course you have one in the back, I got an email that confirms the item is ready for pickup" She says again, "but without the system being online, I can't check the back" I said "just go to where my item was pulled for pickup and grab it" She says " i don't know if we have one back there"I just shook my head and walked out.IF I GOT AN EMAIL THAT SAYS MY ITEM IS READYBFOR PICKUP, THAT MEANS YOU HAVE ONE THERE. JUST GRAB IT AND ILL BUY IT THROUGH THE CHECKOUT LINE.SMH. So dumb!!!

This is the closest target to my work. Went on my lunch break to grab a phone case for my new phone. 1st everything is locked up. 2nd, No one was in the electronics department. I used the pager they have for employee. I waited 5 min. That’s fine. One employee was leaving she said someone would be by to help shortly. Another 5 min an employee comes by but goes and helps another lady that just came over. I ask for help he tells me someone will be there soon. Another 5 minutes another employee comes by I ask for his help he says he’s on lunch he will get someone.Well I’m on my lunch too. He then comes back out and unlocks the case for some headphones I wanted to buy as well, they had zero cases for my phone.I get the the register and it’s not the marked price. I wait for an associate to come over and he tells me it’s the wrong color. I explained there were three pairs there and they were all marked down. He said there was nothing he could do for me. Ok you guys aren’t that busy. Get your act together. I waisted 15 min of my lunch standing and waiting for help and walked out empty handed

The last two visits to this Target have been a bit upsetting, but not at all the fault of Target. Both times I had criminals walk past me out the door with arms full of stolen items. The staff members remained professional and followed company policy.Tonight I shopped later than usual and regretted that decision. There were men loitering outside the only exit, closely watching as shoppers exited the store and women inside the store loading up bags of merchandise.A very kind cashier asked her coworker to help me to my car,for security reasons.Target, you have a great group of employees and they deserve to feel safe at work. Please do something about the criminal activity in your stores so that everyone can feel safe shopping here.

My go to location! Parking is easy to find. 👍🏽 Usually have a sale for beauty or bath products available. 🧖🏽‍♀️ Offer quality organic and natural products for a reasonable price. Target is one of, If not my favorite store. But today at this location I had horrible customer service. I went to the return/exchange counter and was helped by a women who was so rude. I wanted to do a return so I gave her my item, advised her I wanted to exchange as I started placing my new items on the counter. She rudely gave me a target giftcard with my refund and told me I needed to go to another register to check my new items out. I’d understand if there was a huge line behind me but there wasn’t. No one as a matter of fact was behind me, so I don’t understand as to why she couldn’t be courteous and cash me out. It wasn’t necessary her actions but more so the unfriendliness.

I would give the place 1 star but at least there location is always clean. but this store is horrible about following cdc guidelines making sure all there employees have a mask on at all times inside the store. Instead of pulling it down when there talking. Or never even having it over their nose. That is not my only reason for the two star their customer service really isn't the best there. They act annoyed when you ask them for help. And they always use the same excuse oh we're a smaller Target and express Target always the same excuse to why they can't help you. I'm like dude I just looked online at this store exactly and they said they had them here and they do have them here so help me find them. I wish they would put a different store there. Costco Sam's club Amazon Walmart and use that property for something more useful. Because I have to go to Target on Montebello no matter what

This target had a zone perfect bar that I could not get. They had it in stock and customer service set it aside so it was ready when I arrived. I grabbed a two more items and was able to do a quick check out at customer service. The staff was very helpful making it worth my time driving 20 minutes out of my way. Thank you!

When I first saw that they were putting a Target in this space, I was so excited since it would be the closest Target to me, but since it's been open, it's been nothing but disappointing. Every time I go to this location and leave empty handed, I ask myself why I continue to try this location. It's probably about half the size (maybe even smaller) of a normal Target, so they are much more limited in what they have in stock in all departments, and they almost never have what I'm looking for.

Terrible experience! I had a cart full of essentials and when I went to check out, there wasNOT ONE cashier!! There was a long line at the self checkout, which I refuse to use. I DON'T WORK FOR TARGET!!! There was only one person to help at the self checkout, and even she had some problems scanning my items. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT TARGET AGAIN!!!

I understand this is a small target and there is very limited supply of products versus the usual target, but it made me realize just how useless this store was without everything else and the proper staffing to make it work. I saw maybe 5 employees there, not counting the secret shopper or undercover security you had there following me around. I don't appreciate that. I went in to use the restroom, and just so happened to have a small backpack to hold reusable totes in just in case I wanted to buy more items, but was deterred by how the same person kept following me around. Perhaps instead of following one person around to the bathroom and to the lotion aisle, you could bump up your security to do more store patrolling for actual criminals. On another note, I've been looking for a gel based face moisturizer and this place happened to have one I might buy in the future. So not bad. You actually had something 3 other targets didnt have. 👍🏿

I am giving them two stars because the staff is awesome and the store is nice inside. But if you are a bigger girl I recommend you go elsewhere. No plus size clothes here. They said it’s because they are a boutique target so they don’t have room for fat girls. #crushed

Pretty lame target, it almost never has what I came for. Yet again I came here because it said it had the items I was looking for online, and yet again they were not there. So I am about to drive to a different store. I wish I could block this target on my maps so it doesn’t appear when I search for stuff. It’s useless.

Other stores and businesses should take a lesson from Target on how to treat people and help those in its communities. Their loss prevention crew has their work cut out for them, considering the amount of people stealing on a daily basis just to survive, but they still manage to have a heart and try to offer assistance and resources instead of just criminalizing people who are likely at their lowest and think that "boosting" is the only option they have. Thank you Target for trying to help those in need and not look down your nose at them. You have my loyal business!
