The employees here seem so demoralized and abused. Probably from that small manager with a big man's mind, I guess. Maybe he's accounting for something by being so rude. I've seen so many of my favorite workers here just up and leave. I see new faces every day. I have literally seen him scream at the employees right of front of customers! It’s so unprofessional! You guys usually only have one person working meat and deli after 5 most days, causing massive wait times because what can one person do to help multiple people at the same time. This store seems like a mess at all times, and maybe corporate should look into it. I mean, just a few weeks back, my kid used the bathroom there and almost passed out because someone was smoking fentanyl in your bathroom. Do you guys have any control over your store? What terrible management. Jose, Mykah, Mark, Pearl, and Michael, you are all great workers who help me whenever I need you guys to be commended for great attitudes and customer service.

Sprouts is a great store located in Phoenix arizona. I have been shopping at sprouts for over 10 plus years. They have fantastic deals on their fresh vegetables kale spinach green peppers. We've been going there for a long time and it's always a good deal on their fresh food. I also recommend the selection of craft beer and good wine. They also have a sushi 🍣 🍣 🍣 🍣 🍣 and good prices on their sushi. I highly recommend sprouts marketplace for your groceries beer and wine and freshly made food. Thank you for reading my Google review

I always loved getting sandwiches and their ready to eat meals here, everyone is nice and I can always find what I’m looking for.But I will not be coming back until they can do something about that employee who smells at the deli department. At first I thought it was a couple bad visits, but then I realized that it was a singular employee. I won’t even step near the deli department when I see him working. I can’t believe someone who smells as horrible as him is able to be near food, let alone prepare it. I don’t trust any of these ready to eat sandwiches or deli meat, and I don’t advise anyone else to either. If Sprouts allows their employee to ignore their basic hygiene, then who knows what standards they have for food preparation. Gross.

I do Instacart in my spare time. Most of my runs are with Sprouts. I have been so lucky. Everyone has been so nice and friendly and helpful. I really like this store and the people who work here. !!!

It's my favorite store. Great selection of fresh vegetables and organic food. Nice meat and seafood selection, very clean, friendly staff, and I love that they hire disabled persons. Very reasonable prices and huge selection of supplements.

This Sprouts is super nice, clean, full of options and well organized. The staff is always helpful even if they have to go in the back storage get an item for you. It can get a little crowded when the local gyms peeps are showing in the store but the healthy options are worth it. Don’t hesitate to ask for advice on the fresh meat section, they will have ideas and tips for you.

This is the third time I've gotten food poisoning from this Sprouts store, and I'm seriously concerned. The first time it was their rotisserie chicken, then the shrimp, and now the meatballs – all leaving me sick as a dog.I've stopped buying their chicken altogether after my cat fell ill too. What's happening in that kitchen? Are staff following proper food handling procedures? Is anyone even supervising them? Someone there needs better training, or maybe the food isn't being stored at the right temperature. Who knows!I've made sure to heat everything properly at home, so I know it's not me. Management or corporate need to step in and investigate the prepared food staff. I can't be the only one affected by this. It's disappointing, especially as a newcomer to Phoenix, to see restaurants/Grocery stores not following basic food safety guidelines. I might have to start cooking at home to avoid these issues.

I get a deli sandwich here for 5-7$ for lunch like 3 or 4 times a week for lunch break at my job. The sandwiches are bomb. Shout out to don in the deli for making my lunch almost every day he does a great job with customer service and works hard.

The front staff especially Alicia and Gloria are amazing. However, the management there is lacking. When I was there only one cashier was working and it was busy. No one came to help the sweet cashier. It is sad that it seems they do not care about their employees.

This location is very organized & clean. Friendly and courteous staff .The assortment and the quality of the merchandise is gr8.They also have a lounge area if you want to enjoy your goodies or just relax .

I always find that this store is constantly understaffed. It seems like every morning that I come in, there are no cashiers scheduled so I basically have to check out my own groceries all the time. When I call the store, the manager who answers always sounds like he is in a bad mood and unapproachable. He definitely does not know good customer service.

The front end employees are always so friendly, they always attend the customers with a smile on their face but they’re always understaffed. When I go in the mornings there is no cashier at all but only self checkout. There was an instance where the cashier was busy with lines and after calling management for back up, no one showed up for help. Is this how management attends their customers here?

Ok prices. I was surprised that it wasn't a co-op as prices are definitely along co-op pricing. Signs warn against photos or videos, so I suspect competitors are curious. The carrot chips are pretty darn good, if not a bit spendy

I'm impressed with their selections and products. You could find many unique stuff here for healthy eating lifestyle.Compare to WinCo, I have to admit Sprouts has more natural products at bulk section. For example, Goji berry at WinCo has used chemical as preservative while Sprouts used nothing. That's why their price range are so huge.They also have a good selections for fresh veggies and fruits. One thing I have seen there was a carrot cake but I didn't checked the sugar. My husband and I have been trying to reduce sugar, processed food, and salt intake and Sprouts one of the stores in our option.The parking lot was full. To get easy access, if you come from I-17 S, make a left turn at 28th street.We would love to come back to the store again but close by to our area. Just happened we were around there.

Our family is currently apart of the 'pause plastic purchases' movement and trying to be more conscious of what we buy.Sprouts has done a superb job on the fresh produce front and offering paper bags at checkout however the offers in the body cleaning sector could use improvement.Wish your store stocked cardboard-packaged deodorant and had more diverse shampoo bar (cardboard-packaged) selection. Ideally stock scents that are accepted for whatever gender as the product I saw on the self included the term "man". Some ideas are citrus or vanilla or tea tree oil or violet+birch or peppermint based.I only just noticed on my last visit that Sprouts has a small product line, maybe that's something you should consider.

Now, at sprouts, you’ll need to check out your own purchases, & wait in a long line for that privilege. Plus, they don’t have paper bags and they’ll charge you $.10 per bag if you don’t care to carry around your own.I have now transitioned my shopping to Trader Joe’s & Fry’s Food, where I find similar quality and better service.For me, Sprouts no longer provides sufficient value to justify their over-priced goods.

The self checkout was staffed with a competent cashier who attended immediately, unlike other large chains. Good sale items. The best place for vegetables. And no homeless people begging me to buy them a sandwich with no mustard (because they're allergic) and a large drink, with some meth on the side.
