In spite of Sprouts Corp treating this like a shop in the hood, the people here are wonderful. Great Checkers and the Butcher folks are top notch. I can easily go to the 16th Street one, which has a larger selection of premium items, but I prefer the one on 19th and Northern.

I went to sprouts for the first time to buy fruits. Although the prices are little high but the produce are very good. The juices taste natural compared to other stores. The staff was very helpful to me. I also found a jar I've been looking for. I am going back yo this sprouts 19th Avenue and northern avenue.

I think it's the best of all the Sprouts in Phoenix. Well stocked and very friendly workers. They've always treated me great, which not all people do because of the homeless look.

Love this store. The Mgr Sean is great,Yuri is awesome, Jenna,Randy and staff. Real Aquaman water,real cheese danish,non dairy Rubicon Chocolate cupcakes,dots original caramel donuts, & all their flavors are awesome. Gilbert the cashier is awesome

Usually I like this store, but the customer service has really fallen off. I was treated really badly by this store today when there were no checkers available. It surprised me. I left my groceries and went elsewhere. It was a bad experience.

Absolutely, great shopping place with a good quality selection of fresh vegetables.Also, an abundantly, varied selection of cheeses, perfect for a cheese-board or as addition to any culinary cuisine. Yes, as true Italiano/French (distant heritage), I absolutely love well made cheeses & excellent wines 💜👌An extensive vitamin, mineral, protein health food selection for any personal wellness regimen.Does give, somewhat of an impression, of a small Whole Foods Market.Deliciously and healthfully recommended 💜💙💜Update; I personally love this Sprouts location, because whenever I do pass by "all", the employees are always extremely helpful. Especially the butcher there, enormously helpful and knowledgeable, about the best selection of meat for an incredible price ✌👌. Made me save alot for an exceptional cut."Once I asked for help".And ,yes I am a true Latin, somewhat dark-skinned, Because many of us southern Latin, especially like my mother, are nearly black. My grandmother on her side of the family, most likely was black.So, I never experienced any racial discrimination at any of these locations. 🌍🌍🌍✌💜💙💜

These workers just ignored me while I stood holdin products right in front of the cashier, she looked at me and just ignored me. Why be such a rude person by ignoring and continuing some nonsense conversation with this male coworkers and another lady with a red Karen haircut, so rude! You people could have at least told me you were counting money after chatting for what seemed forever in front of me while ignoring me

I prefer this location out of any other because the people who work here have a good attitude even when you pay with EBT. Other sprout locations have cashiers who turn you away because you ask to do partial payment using EBT and visa debt card and they act like they don't accept EBT so they say no we can't do that when you actually can. For example Glendale and 16th st sprouts they refused to take my partial payment half on EBT half on visa debit just because the cashier didn't know how to do it doesn't mean it's not accepted.

This places gives you bad meat with the expectation that you won’t return it and they keep the money. I went to this place 11/12/2023 and the meat guy intentionally gave me cheaper meat and charged me for the more quality meat. I thought I saw him grab the 7.99 meat andthen charged me 10.99 for the meat I asked for. I gave him the benefit of the doubt . I brought this fish home and before I could open the fish I smelled it thur the bag. Then I opened the bag and it was soooo soiled. It had to smell bad when he sold it to me. I walked in the store and the cashier said “ another produce return” as if there were plenty ppl who who returned their food. Wasted time and gas. Sad thing food is too expensive in2023 for these companies and their workers to be giving ppl bad food and people having to return meat the same day.

Store is clean and staff has always been friendly and helpful.For years this particular sprouts has been my go to spot for most all my vegetarian and health conscience needs,but with the over inflated prices I just can't afford to shop here regularly anymore .

I've always like sprouts. This location is very clean and the staff are very helpful with plenty of available. I give sprouts in general a four star due to the price points on many select items. Great store of the worst for purchasing organic and fresh vegetables and meats.

Some time I just ,can't stand lazy staff member . There were 4 contenders of yogurt bend demise for sure . I ask do they have any in beck . Flet no ! Not even "il go chek " so lazy . That was at 7ave Osborn , love the steff at Hatcher. 19 ave . Very caring ❤ .

Your basic Sprouts store. Convenience food has high prices, but it's supposed to be more healthy (or at least fit specific dietary requirements). Also, you're paying for the convenience the food offers.Beautiful produce. I think produce is really where this store shines.The bulk section is really nice too. I love a good bulk section.The cashier was very friendly and helpful.

Outstanding! Awesome! Fabulous!I had an issue of concern. Submitted a less than stellar review. Anthony called me right away. After a few days I've been unable to return his call so I went in. He was not at work so Michelle came to speak with me. I shared my concerns. She promised to address them and was aware of the issue. She was sincere and empathized with my concerns. I am highly appreciative of her efforts. In my opinion this has been addressed above and beyond my expectations. I also pointed out the excellent service from the people making our sandwiches especially the guy wearing the hat, very respectful. Thank you Sprouts. I will be back.

Great selection descent prices on some products, I like the sandwiches and foods the deli makes. Fresh and organic produce not to mention quality vitamins and bulk, they also sell craft beer.

I came in for a food scale. I use my own reusable bags so obviously I had one with me. The security guard followed me around the whole time I was there like I was doing something wrong. The guy who helped me to see if they even sold what I needed was a gem. I will not be back tho. I felt incredibly uncomfortable the whole time I was there and I was there maybe 10 minutes

I hadn't shopped in Sprouts for some time, but the Albertsons across the street didn't have pomegranate of any kind. I have always been satisfied with the product at Sprouts. Prices? Not so much. Chicken sausage that I used to love to purchase has gone up more than 200% in the past couple of years. As I said, I went to Sprouts for pomegranate and decided to complete the remainder of my purchases there for ease. I was able to find everything I was looking for. I went to the register and after everything was rung up, my bill came to more than $48. You would think Sprouts would be satisfied with this. Sadly, you'd be wrong. I was informed that if I wanted a bag, I would need to pay 10 cents a bag. What? I was not at all informed about this new policy and when I informed the staff of this, they did nothing to make it right. I asked for a manager after I paid, but it was very obvious right away that he was just going to repeat the company line, so I ended the conversation. Let's face it, the economy is bad right now. Ten cents is ten cents and it was the principle of the matter anyway. Even Dollar Tree will give you a grocery bag for free! I didn't get a bag AND I left the store irritated and with a sour taste in my mouth. I would think a market like Sprouts, who I've been reading is struggling financially would work hard to regain a customer that hadn't shopped there in months. Instead, I'm so irritated that I will probably avoid going back. This happened more than a week ago and I'm still so irritated I decided it deserved a review.Great Job Sprouts on Northern! NOT!!

I love their coffee! Just be aware that they are now charging $.10 per plastic bag if you don't bring your own. So if you want to save the ten cent per bag charge remember to bring your own bags.

I like to come here after hitting the gym (mine is just around the corner) to pick up post-workout meals. Their ready-to-eat salmon with green beans and aioli is top-notch. They also have great prices on produce and bulk items such as nuts and trail mix.
