I took my little girl in this past weekend for a full grooming and she looks just lovely. She was taken care of by Ty (Tyquane).They did such a good job around her paws in trimming the hair and nails nicely. Her nails look better than when the vet's office has done them. They just look really good.They put the most adorable little bow in her hair and she smelled so good and clean.Thank you so much!

I recently had my dog EmmyLou groomed at Smelly Dog, and I've also used their boarding services. I must say, they are truly professional and provided exceptional care for my beloved pup. EmmyLou's grooming turned out fantastic, and I'm definitely planning on returning!During EmmyLou's six-day boarding stay, the staff displayed remarkable patience and kindness towards both me and my 8-month-old puppy. It was the longest I'd ever been away from her. The regular report card updates and photos were reassuring, and I appreciated being able to call in and request extra playtime with other dogs. Based on my experience, I wholeheartedly recommend Smelly Dog for both grooming and boarding needs.

Super friendly staff and such a cool and creative space for your doggos. So many treats, care items, toys, collars, leashes and even a doggy bakery! Not to mention, you can even bring your dog in and bath them yourself. They allow you to rent a bath and comes with all the fixings.

I like the concept. I like to bathe my dog here and there because it’s quality time with him. But wow, I would never recommend this place for self wash or bring my dog back. The water to wash your dog was COLD, I felt horrible for my dog. He was shivering so much I just wanted to leave. I thought ok maybe the WARM dryer would warm his little body up. Nope. The DRYER was cold. I felt I was torturing my dog. I will never return and advise do not self wash here. Pay the extra money somewhere else.

I love their facility to wash my dog. I always do a self wash. The elevated bath tub saves my back and the 10 dollar wednesdays save my pocketbook. The staff are always friendly and accommodating.

This place did a wonderful job with my dog and is absolutely bougie-cute, offering collars, leashes, clothing, and delicious looking treats. Prices are reasonable. You won't be disappointed!

I booked a 2 night stay back in September for my 3yr old pug/Pitbull mix. I had to call to get an update on my pet and the report card that was promised wasn’t sent to me until late afternoon. She also came home with a cut on her snout and a large bump on her back/thigh area that is still there. Not sure what happened during her stay as nothing was mentioned at pick up. I wouldn’t trust this place to take care of or bathe my pet again.

Went in for the first time today and I loved the service, the place was clean and the people very nice. My dogs usually get very nervous at the groomers but they came out super happy, so I’m sure they were treated well. Definitely will be coming back :)

Rude was 5min late and the lady acted like the sky was falling. Went on to try and charge me an extra 10$ all while complaining about having to get her "tools" back out. Lol my dog weighs under 10lbs she acted like she had to get back out of sledgehammer or something so she didn't get to cut my dog's hair to say the least. We just sport a ponytail for now to hold the hair out of his eyes ha ha crazy people and there "Tools" u mean scissors and maybe some clippers... WOW 🤔. YES I UNDERSTAND YOUR "POLICY'S" and respect them this is why I gave you 3 stars and not 1.

Couldn't be happier with this place! I recommend asking for Kim I love the work she did, shes the best completely exceeded my expectations. If you want you'r puppy to come out looking great and be able to trust the groomer, Smelly Dog is the place to go! I wish I would have went there sooner, Pepe came out looking amazing not only was he happy to be there but he really got along with Kim.

The staff was very courteous & friendly. The self-serve showers are $15, except on Wednesdays, it's $10 bucks! The showers were clean & spacious. They supply you with aprons, towels, shampoo & ear cleanser. The water pressure is strong & the blow dryers are great. Overall, it was a good experience. While waiting to get my pups' nails cut, many repeating customers came in and out with their pups & they spoke very well of Smelly Dog. We'll be going back 😀

Smelly Dog has been a wonderful doggie daycare and boarding spot. I’ve never had issues or complaints. Everyone is always happy to see my dog. The staff have been very accommodating—even on short notice. Can’t beat the pricing too. Every competitor for dog daycare was nearly 4 times Smelly Dog prices. The barkery and onsite grooming are def a plus.

I love this place! They do a great job on my cocker spaniel mix pups hair. He has quite the mop but always comes out looking like a brand new boy! I love the scents they use & I always add on the tooth cleaning. I like that I can also reward him afterwards with a new toy & homemade treat. 10/10 would recommend

I was looking for a balm for my pup and was advised to use coconut oil, which they also sell in store. Michelle was very knowledgeable on what I needed for my dog. She recommended a change of food and feed him blueberries to help with his eyes. They make their own dog treats on location, which all my dogs loved! Will definitely be going back!

Cool place for pet grooming, my dog came out happy and super clean, the staff really take their time to do the job right. Not to much parking (4 spaces) but we got lucky. Appointments are the best to get a space, even the same day.Pricing is about average, so we wil get back for more.!

The salon is very clean and modern. The staff is friendly, professional, and listen to what you want. Ginger's groomer, Fernanda, is fantastic. They have a large selection of nutritious treats and foods for your fur baby. I highly recommend this establishment.

I’m sure this place is great from all the stellar reviews but I wish they had a better reservation system. They showed multiple openings for times for grooming appointments that were not available. I really wanted to be able to pamper my foster dog but it was impossible to find an open time slot. Seems like they need more staffing or a better system, especially for new customers.

Just like all the other recent reviews, the response from Jackie was unacceptable and she clearly takes no fault in anything that happens at smelly dog. We have been taking Harvey to smelly dog for years. On our most recent grooming appointment, Harvey was left in good spirit and when we picked him up he clearly wasn't okay. One of his eyes was shut closed. We called 10 minutes after picking up Harvey to ask if they were aware of an issue while grooming him. They suggested an ointment which we bought on our way home and then took him to the vet the very next morning. The vet suggested it could be a chemical burn from a cleaning product they used but it can also be from numerous other things. Fine, I get that. I understand mistakes happen. To have a dog in your position who has had trauma to his eye and not mention it to us when we picked him up or even worse not even notice there was an issue is beyond me. Talking to Jackie was a waste of time as she was in defense mode the whole time. Pretty sad when we have given them our business for years. You would think they would care about a long time loyal customer but that isn't the case. Don't take my review for it, look at all the other recent reviews and you will understand how important it is to take your pet elsewhere where they may take responsibility for their actions. We didn't even care about the vet bill, in fact the vet was the one that suggested we give the bill to smelly dog. $248 means nothing to me when my little guy is hiding in the corner of the closet for almost two weeks because he is in discomfort. I was only looking for acknowledgment of a mistake that occurred and how to fix that issue with future pets so they don't go through what my boy went through. Shame on you Jackie and Smelly Dog. You lost a long time customer in the way you handled this matter!
