Dawn is a very nice groomer. This is a spacious site. Very clean.My dog is a newbie at being groomed and longhair. He was def a challenge!Dawn did her best considering.I actually had to come back next day to hit a few rough spots. Thats when i got to hear my screaming snarling pup! Omg. But he came out so beautifully!Dawn explained to me that with newbies they sometimes have to split the session over 2 visits bc they do not believe in traumatizing a fearful pup.They suggested i bring him in for small services more frequently to get him used to being there.They are a mom n daughter team. They have a self wash station and do doggie daycare also.Thanks Servepets! You ladies rock!!

We'd never gotten our husky groomed before but he really needed it and we'd heard good things about this place. Dawn was so sweet with our Finn! She let me know when he was ready for pick up and the price was extremely reasonable! He came home looking and smelling so much better! Thank you!! 😀

Our babies got the best grooming of their tiny lives. If you choose to get the most out of your money this is the place to go. They have grooming, day care and obedience classes, all in one convenient stop. I was a little worried when they told me the price, I wasn’t used to paying so little, but when I got Luigi and Mario back I had to say they were very handsome and happy. 👍🏻

Walked in and explained that my Chihuahua refuses to let me cut her toe nails without screaming...I mean it she screams like I'm killing her! and would they please cut her nails for me. They did! No waiting and of course she didn't fuss. They were so pleasant and guess what...they didn't charge me! Thank you so much

Nyx (95lb black lab🤓) and I love going here to use their facility. Stand up shower stall; what else could a guy bathing a big girl (95lb black lab) by himself that refuses to get up to a waist high grooming station voluntarily ask for? Then, I discovered this place, WOW! patient, friendly, warm and welcoming, my dog and I love this place. I almost don't want to write this review, because I don't want this place to get so popular that it becomes overrun and unusable, however, I can't let my selfishness stand in the way of their success. AWESOME place, please save a spot for me and Nixie girl 🐕

Please do not take your pet here. They returned my dog bleeding. The groomer made it seem like it was no big deal, but the blood was getting all over his fur. I had to give him another shower once we got home. I also had to wrap his paw to stop the bleeding.

Such a friendly staff. I have always been able to do walk-in appts. They are fast with good quality. My dogs are always happy to go. They take excellent care of my fur babies! The old vet I went to used to have to muzzle my Sr dog to do his nails. Here he sits right down & is a super good boy & no muzzle nedded. They have great rates much cheaper than all the others. They are an At in my books!

This is my third time coming here and I’m done! I had an appointment @10am. My husband had to called to see if our doggies were done.Then finally Dawns mothers called and said they’re ready it’s 5:30pm” I felt like our fur babies “were put last in line” Not only that” I showed Dawn a picture of how I wanted one of my dogs fur groomed! But no” that didn’t happen. All three of my dogs fur was groomed uneven and clumps of fur! not worth 130.00. As I pick them up I was not happy! But I knew I was DONE!!!

Waited for me to get there even though they were done for the day. They are quick but efficient and are good with my dog despite the fact that she doesn't like strangers. They don't hurt her and they are more than reasonable with their prices! I would recommend them any day of the week to anyone looking for a groomer. THANK YOU LADIES! YOU GIRLS ARE WONDERFUL!

Paid only for do it yourself feature - received soap, towels and use of dryer. Didn’t like this place. The tub was filthy (no plug) and gobs of animal hair everywhere! ( not my dog's hair). The soap was harsh on my dog’s fur and I had to buy washing products and rewash my dog at home. Not a place I will visit again.(PS the folks who work here were super nice and I noticed folks who pay for dog grooming are very happy reviewers - it's just my experience with the DIY that appears to be so bad)

Dawn at ServePets is awesome! She has been so good with three of my dogs. I started going to her when my regular groomer couldn't trim my red nose pit Labrador mix. I have never been so pleased with the service. I have recommended them to many of my friends. I don't have a bad thing to say.

Nancy went out of her way to fit my dog Princess even though I missed an earlier appointment due to my new forgetful nature. She and her daughter treat the dogs quite well. They really are dog 🐕 people.

This groomer is amazing! Not only do they do a fantastic job, but the prices are unbeatable for the area! They also give a navy fed and senior discount which helps a ton with the cost! Would definitely recommend

I dropped my dog off at 10 In the morning. And went to check on him at 430 and still was untouched. And she Told me that it would only take 30 mins. After I found her cutting another dogs nails that just got there. She Definitely has favorites. Her work is mediocre. And she is expensive. So if you got 45 dollars and you wanna wait 6 hours this place Is for you.

LOVE this place I tried everything and went and called a number of places to get my dogs cast matting off of his paws and no one could help or it was at a high price. I found gentle groomers through a person at a dog park who had just got his dog's matts cut and he quoted a good price. I was nervous she couldn't do anything for us as I waited for the call to tell me my dog was ready and once I got there to pick him up she did above and beyond for his hair I can see his paws and tail now and I was given a wonderful price. Because of the matting I went ahead and tipped her extra. A year of going through hell with his cast matting and it was all worth it in the end. I am now and forever a customer of this place! Highly recommend this groomer to anyone who has the same issues.

The lady was very nice but we said the need to do my dogs nails little by little was a wives tail. Then she clipped her nails too short, put something on them to cauterize them. She got a fever for a few days after. I can't go back after that.

I wasn't aware of the ownership change until I went in to pick up my girl. Was used to having her in and out in about an hour and coming back looking amazing. Called after 3 or 4 hours after dropping her off on a scheduled appointment and said she was just about done. She was bathed and her paws were trimmed up, but she was still shaggy everywhere else. Have a feeling she was tossed up when I called and rushed to just clean up her paws. Will be on a search for another groomer. :-( photo was from the prior ownership and don't have an option to remove it.

Horrible experience. Both my dogs hair was cut unevenly and one had a cut on his chest. 2 Yorkies, come on. Then try to only refund 1 of them. Nope never again.

I have a Service animal named Malibu. I had a hard time trying to find someone to trim her kitty nails. I called and walked in within an hour. They were fast and efficent! Found my pet groomer for sure!!
