I’ve always had great transactions in the past with Ryan’s but this last one left a sour taste in my mouth and makes me hesitate to ever order grooming equipment from them again. Ordered some cordless clippers from them as my current set of corded ones are struggling to function and I know Ryan’s shipping has always been fast for me. They were delayed from a snowstorm but still arrived within the week. When I finally got them, I opened the box to find the 10 blade missing and the cord and instructions kind of awkwardly shoved inside. Upon inspecting the clippers they had dog hair jammed all into the housing and blade lever. Definitely used. I attempted to charge them and they work plugged in but do not charge or hold a charge. Either someone swapped their broken pair for a new one and returned them and no one at Ryan’s inspected the return, or they’re straight up stocking used items and selling them as new. Either way, I’m out a set of clippers and hoping my old set can hang on until I can find another replacement as now these are out of stock at Ryans and they could only offer to refund me.The customer service rep I spoke to was great in terms of getting me a return label and initiating the refund process at least. But I’m very alarmed to recieve obviously used equipment and will likely no longer be buying shears, stripping knives or clipper gear from them.

I ordered shear from Ryan's, ordering and shipping had no problem. Opened package and the shear seems like used/refurbished. I paid full price and received used shear?! I emailed and asked if it was used/refurbished? If I can get brand new shear. Replied no answer to if shear was used/refurbished, just told me to send it back. I really don't know how this company is doing their business and probably will not use again. Grooming tools are not cheap and it's our investment...This company obviously have no pride in their work.

I highly recommend you DO NOT order from Ryan’s pets if you are purchasing anything you may have to return. I have had no issues with shipments or purchases; however, my return experience has been awful. They have terrible customer service as there is barely any communication. I had to email them 3-4 different times just to get a single response and start the return process. The process to return a single item took over a month and is still going on. They give no confirmation of anything they are doing and have given me one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. They have had the item for almost two weeks now and I have not received any word or my money. I had to email again just to know if they were even still processing everything. I will never order from them again.

I own a small grooming shop and have used Ryan's in the past for supplies. I was always fairly happy with them. Shipping was fast. I decided to order my shampoo from them since the one I wanted was out of stock elsewhere. I ordered on 12/31/23 expecting a few days delay for new years, so shipping would be on the 4th or 5th at the latest. Waited until after then and sent an email, never heard back, sent another, another, and another then finally just called. They said my order was delayed due to being out of stock in Phoenix so it'll come from NJ. Not one person responded to my emails to let me know until after I called. I was told order the phone and in the email, I'll get my order in 3 days. I won't get my order for another week according to the tracking info that was just created yesterday. That's 3 weeks to ship an order. No communication until I was too frustrated to wait anymore. I ordered with plenty of time to restock, but I ended up having to buy extra elsewhere just to get through until my order comes. I guess they aren't as good as they to be? I don't know, none responded or shipped my order until it became a complaint.

On a regular basis Ryan's will sell you an item they don't actually have in stock then just not ship it with your order. No notification or anything, you just have to figure out that you didn't get it. As a business that frequently makes huge orders this is extremely annoying. They've been doing this for years, so it's not like it's a fluke and they've had ample time to fix this. Ryan's, please do better.

Had a terrible experience with this place, hounding me for 60$ when they can’t even send the right product. It’s hard to get ahold of customer service and not to mention when you do get ahold of them they put you on a 20 minute hold. Also Ordered grooming loops from them back in January never got them and never got a email saying they were out of stock. This place is a scam all they want is your money. I have a business to run and I can’t even get the supplies I need when I need them when I order from this place. It’s a joke.

I do not recommend ordering online from Ryan’s pet supplies because it’s truly a pain to return anything. First they can’t even send you a return label then when you return your item you have to pay returning fee then they take 15% off from what you paid to set it back on the shelf and by the time you pay another shipping cost on top of the one you paid when you ordered it and take their 15% restocking shelf fee you pretty much don’t even get anything back. I recommend you order from Amazon or a store that is easy to return something instead of wasting your money on Ryan’s Pet Supplies.

Bought a table at the Hershey expo I spent over a thousand dollars on this table…. they told me to wait 2 weeks to receive a call for the table to be delivered. I waited 3 weeks and never received a call I called and they told me that The table was never in stock and I was misinformed at the expo and it would be 4 or 5 weeks to reorder my table. They were very unapologetic after taking a thousand and never said a word that I was never going to receive my table. They told me to wait 4 days for my refund and its going on 8 days and I don't have my money. When I asked for a manager they told me that he doesn't take calls from customers. But that's fine he doesn't have to take my money again either. :)

Beware dealing with this company. They sell paw brothers which is complete garbage. Welds broke on tub. Been trying to return item and seems like they don’t want to help with the return. Found out by one of their representatives that the item was discontinued. Look at the recent reviews. At one point this was a great company.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’m 58 years old, and this is the worst customer service I have seen in my life. I purchased a product online, and received my confirmation email with a link to check order status. The link doesn’t work, so I called. To make a long story short, I have called 7 times. I have been told the only person that can help wasn’t there and was given a specific time to call them back. When I called them back at the time I was given I was told they would be there at another time and to call back then which I did but was told the same thing yet again. I was hung up on once, put on hold for a half hour once, told someone would call me back two times which never happened. They have my money, and appear to have no intention of sending the product, or returning my money.

Ordered cordless clippers and extra replacement battery…. Never was delivered then I contact them and make a claim with ups. They send a replacement and the extra battery isn’t in the box. Called Ryan’s and they said oh that’s out of stock. How is that out of stock when I already paid for it?! I’ve used Ryan’s pet supply since I became a groomer in 2008 and never had trouble with them until now and I’m extremely disappointed the lack of communication I’ve received through this process. And once I get my extra battery I will have to find another place to buy my grooming supplies.

So we have been open for 6 years and purchased all our major equipment with Ryans. Unfortunately most of the warranties are 1 year on tables, kennels, ect. and after a year KISS your investment goodbye. My kennel banks are rusted, door don't open good, dogs can chew very easy on the suppose to be coated steel. My tables also rusted paint falling off. We had purchased 6 and I need three new ones at least. We scrub our kennels and tables down daily and dry them. I have reached out to Ryans and gotta sorry try buying some epoxy paint and we did that too but it didn't work. This is a lot of money to spend to what I thought would last at least 12 years or sooo. Disappointed in Paw Brothers Products.

I am so impressed with the fast, efficient and friendly customer service I received. I ordered some clippers and when I lifted them out of the box, I realized they were not going to work for me. I emailed them asking if it was possible to return. I received a prompt response with a return approval and suggestions for replacement. I mailed the clippers back and they called me without delay when they received them and immediately issued my credit as we discussed via email. They ship so fast and I just have to say, I am pretty blown away by how well they do things. I have never been assisted this fast. Thank you so much!And to top it off, they seem to have the best prices!

Pretty amazing, they have lots of toys for your pups! Not a great selection of bones, especially if you have large to giant breeds. Got my Mastiff some Antlers for him to chew on, hopefully it'll last! Great store all in all!

Purchased 2 grooming tub faucets for overnight delivery. The Sales Rep I spoke with told me they would be delivered on Monday and that they would ship out on Saturday. I asked him to double check before I spent $72 on shipping. He confirmed. On Tuesday I called because my order never came and they told me they were closed on the weekends and that my part would be in on Wednesday. So I basically wasted my $72 overnight shipping charges. Next I get the faucets and no attachments fit on it. You have to get one of their hoses and sprayers to go with it where it never mentioned it anywhere. I will never shop with them again. Terrible customer service and products. Very disappointed.

Ryan's is the best place to find a deal. Looking for that special toy? They have it! Looking for that yummy treat? They got that too! Need ur scissors or clippers sharpened , yep that too! Plus leashes, collars, shampoos, grooming supplies, etc! I just got a great deal on a grooming table thanks Ryan's Pet SupplyUpdate: Bought the grooming table as u can see " Louie" loves it for more than his grooming but also for lying down and also looking out the window!

I own a dog grooming shop in Michigan and have been ordering from Ryan’s since the beginning. The shipping is dang fast (like 2-3 days!), the customer service is quick and kind, and the variety of products and their price never fails. I’ve purchased from many other sites and no one compares to Ryan’s!

Be careful with what you buy here. I've had several experiences now where I've gotten used products. The latest were clippers. When I'm spending my money I don't want someone's defected return. I feel like they have somewhere of a monopoly on the grooming industry so they can treat people however they want. Which really isn't right

Ryans for many years was my go to for printed ribbons and latex bands - it has been now over two years that they have printed ribbons listed and nothing in stock - the same thing with the latex bands - kind of ridiculous to have items shown that they never even have

Desperately needed another Metro Master Blaster 4+4+ . I'm in Virginia. Ordered late afternoon. Shipped by air at a very fair price. Arrived the very next day by UPS at noon. The most amazing force dryer for a 43 year old Grooming Salon. I have several !!! Thank you for a premium dryer and the Awesome Customer Service of getting it to me WAY FASTER than anyone else !!! Ordered something that was in stock. Time goes by I call customer service because i hadn't heard anything. Was told it was out of stock before I placed my order but they would be in the following week. 2 weeks since then, hadn't heard anything, called back tosay and was told they wouldn't be in stock until the end of October. Only got 2 stars for the nice customer service. I ordered a similar item feom Groomers Pro an hour ago and it has already shipped.

I have ordered twice from Ryan’s pet supplies and have been very satisfied. My order was the Spa by tropiclean shampoo and conditioner and pet cologne. These products are great and found it cheaper here. My second order came damaged the gallon handle was pushed in and punctured a hole there was shampoo and conditioner all over the box. Once I called customer service they requested pictures and they immediately sent me a replacement no hassle. I highly recommend this store. customer service, Patrick, was so professional and polite. Shipping was fast. Thank you for the best experience shopping at your store

The customer service is top-notch! We recently ordered a grooming arm for our table, and due to the pandemic, the item was backordered. However we received a phone call from a real person notifying us immediately and giving us the option to cancel. We didn't cancel, as we weren't in a rush to get it. They sent us multiple email updates and let us know when the item was back in stock and shipped with tracking information. Then we got another call to let us know it was shipped. Out of all the companies I've purchased from during the last several months, Ryan's Pet Supplies provided the best service! We greatly appreciated the lengths they went to communicate where they were in the process of handling our order. I highly recommend this company and will continue to buy from this company again and again!

This company is amazing! I am a dog business owner and have been wanting to upgrade my kennels for a while. I came across this company while I was searching for modular kennels and this company did not let me down. I appreciate the fact that they have financing through Affirm and their customer service is next level. I purchased the modular crate and some piece came in broken. Freight isn't always kind to packages, so I called the company and they had me send an email showing pictures of the damage (it was extensive). Next thing I know I'm receiving the replacements in record time. I understand that shipping has to do with the drivers for the shipping companies, but I was extremely pleased with how fast the replacement items shipped out. I highly recommend this company, if you want quality products, with fair pricing and excellent customer service. Thank you again, Melissa! (the agent that helped me with my replacements)

One of the Worst places I have shopped. They will double charge you with in a sec but then act like it take a week to get your money back. I order a very large amount of equipment from them and was charged during the time of the order, as the item begun to ship I was recharged for each item one by one. There response was that it was just how there system worked and I would get a refund in few days. This took place on the 19th and today is the 23rd and still no refund on the over charges. every time you call they just give you the run around and refused to give your money back saying nothing can be done. pretty much telling me to deal with it. its not there problem
