Puppies n Love definitely lives up to their name! From the very first call we were impressed with their genuine knowledge and care for each of the “babies” in their temporary care! We were so impressed with the cleanliness and attention to the puppies care when we visited. We had a great experience working with Brianna. She sent me updates and pictures the week before our new fur baby came home.The PV location is very clean and there is lots of run for the puppies to play. The fur babies seem happy. It was evident, after our little girl came home, that she had been loved and taught some basic comments during her time at Puppies 'N Love.

Everyone was very helpful and asked many times if they could answer any questions for us. The pups all look like they are well taken care of, everything is sanitized, it's a really clean looking place. Pic is just a cutie my family and I loved.

We stopped in last night, right before they closed to grab a toy and treats for my baby girl. She had a very traumatic day, with 2 vet visits. Took my granddaughters in today, and they brought out 4 different puppies for them to play with. It's such a kind thing to do. Puppy breath and zoomies make for a perfect day. I learned so much about this place, how much care the puppies get, how they start training, how things are cleaned, and how much love, time, and attention the puppies get out of the large enclosures. Every single person I came in contact with during both visits was so helpful and kind. Even at 10 minutes to closing, I assured them that I wouldn't keep them late, and they were gracious. If you want to buy any pet treats, toys, or a sweet little fur baby, just stop in and give them a chance.

I didn’t think mall pet stores could be this great. I ran into some difficulties getting my puppy on the day I had planned and the entire staff pitched in to try to help find a way to make things work for HOURS until the job was done. Roxy, the Manger, is a class act and deserves a raise for the value she brings to the business. You couldn’t have a better person running things for you. Lawra was also great as well as Jennie who kept my phone number for 6+ months and called me the minute they had the puppy I’d been waiting for. Most importantly these people REALLY CARE about these animals. I spent 5+ hours in store and these are some happy dogs. All puppies are guaranteed for up to 5 years and that’s because they are healthy from the start. If you’re looking for a puppy, this is your spot. Puppies N Love is a great place. The staff is extremely helpful and nice. I took home Jace my Siberian Husky. He brings joy and exercise to my family. They ask about him everytime I go in to get food. They really care. 1yr later, he's with us everywhere! He's family!

We decided to finance for a few months when we purchased our mini dachshund, Bodie. Bodie has surpassed what we expected in a puppy. He is so perfect, healthy, and loving. We are so happy with our Bodie :)There was a miscommunication on our finance docs, we ended up in a lease and didn't realize it till later. I was furious! HOWEVER; Roxi, Store Manager, and Lance, Director of Sales, made it more than right for us. They are a true blessing in all of their hard work to get this done. AWESOME staff! As soon as we walked in there we were welcomed by all the staff and treated like real human beings and not another dollar sign. Everybody(especially Lizzy), was so nice and helpful. Lizzy had a plethora of VERY useful information and she was VERY knowledgeable. She spoke to us with the utmost respect and was very courteous. She helped so much in making our decision when she told me some "inside information" about how we could get around the pet rent/deposit situation for our apartment, etc.We were very happy with the service we received throughout the whole process. She wasn't pushy at all and I got a really cool vibe from her. We fell in love with all the puppies, but there was one in particular who tugged at our heart strings. She's a Pomsky(mixed breed between a Blue Merle Pomeranian and Siberian Huskey). SO FREAKIN ADORABLE!! *(see attached pictures).Thank you very much from the bottom of our hearts! We will definitely recommend this pet shop to ALL of our family and friends.

I read the bad reviews and I strongly disagree. We bought two puppies from Puppies 'N Love and the staff working with us was so helpful. We had so many questions and took up so much of there time. They were so knowledgeable and patient. The sales person even called and text us to see how things were going. When I needed help with some questions on one of the puppies that was out of her expertise. The owner himself and his staff have been there 100% above and beyond my expectations. Even after hours on there personal time checking in with me. I am a first time pet owner and could not have made this a success without them. We love our puppies and the company we bought them from.

Henry & Ceanne from San Tan and Mille from Paradise Valley made our dreams come true by helping us take home the dog of our dreams!! They were so nice throughout the whole process, were patient with us, helped answer all of our questions, and gave us the best advice!! Even after we took our Ella home with us, they took the time to call us a few days later and check up on us. I am forever grateful for this incredible experience!! We are so happy! I'm not entirely sure how I feel about this but I do know that there were ALOT of furbabys in that store and no I don't think 🤔 they will receive the proper attention and Possible care they need or would receive in a regular home. However their store was very well insulated and chill on the hot day that I was there. In addition there site or kennels fur each dog were exceedingly clean. So thank you for that.

This place is amazing! You can tell that they really love what they do, love working with the puppies, and helping people find the perfect puppy to fit their family. Lonnie, was super friendly and taught me a lot about the welfare of taking care of a puppy. I highly recommend this place, especially if you don’t know much about caring for a puppy. They will hook you up with all of the information and supplies you need to take care of your new puppy.

The staff there is wonderful. After some frustration with taking our puppy home from communication lapses on my end and theirs, the manager, Roxie, was amazing. She went above and beyond to help me and explain everything to me regarding my puppy. I was able to bring home the sweetest, friendliest, most family friendly puppy I've ever met. My family is in love with her and so are her new vets. Thank you for having managers that go out of their way for your customers and do more than i'm sure they should to help out. We are thrilled our baby is home and this new chapter is starting.

Had a pretty good experience! We bought our miniature aussiedoodle from here about three weeks ago. She is the best dog we could’ve ever had! Although she had giardia, she is the cutest! The staff really cares about their puppies and takes care of them really well! These dogs are not from puppy mills and have certifications for the puppies parent’s! Overall great experience!

If I could give this Company more than 5 stars I would! We have been extremely blessed to adopt from Puppies 'N Love. Our journey has been more eventful than most who adopt a pet from here. Puppies N Love has been such an accommodating pet store for me. I was a new time pet owner unlike my husband who has had dogs all his life. I had called the store many a times are stopped in for information supplies etc. and I loved how welcome they made me feel and how much they truly cared about my Pomeranian! Everyone was so helpful and loving and I am so thankful that I got my dog from there. They have such a great variety of puppies and it's hard to resist getting another dog every time I going to get something for my Pomeranian. Recently I popped in and brought the dog and everyone was working that day they were all so excited to see him and loved on him and gave him just a wonderful welcome home visit. It was very sweet and they're very resourceful and giving me the knowledge I need to be a great pet owner.Thanking Loni and Kim and crew for all they have helped us with to get the best pet ever we are truly so grateful and blessed.

We adopted the sweetest female Poosky just yesterday. She is amazing! The staff there is also just superb, especially Julia and Lizzy. The process was quite extensive but they made it so easy. They walked us through everything and made us feel so good about our decision to adopt. This is NOT an ordinary pet shop ( I actually hate that term). The lengths at which they go to make sure the dogs are cared for, come from wonderful certified breeders is top notch. THANK YOU LIZZY AND JULIA!! We love our new baby.

My wife and I came in and we're so pleasantly surprised. The assistant manager Nicky was so proactive to help us find the exact right puppy and once we did she took care of us like we've never been taken care of before. It felt like family and it was just such an amazingly wonderful experience. I know a lot of people hate the idea of buying from a pet store but there's a lot that comes with it that you will not get from a standard breeder. And part of that is a place you can always come and visit with your pet later on

Holly was so helpful in helping me find my fur baby. I bought my Havashu 1.5 weeks ago and already took him to the vet and he has a clean bill of health. He is active, happy, and healthy. I am so thankful to find my perfect puppy! He was expensive but the price is worth the investment to have a healthy, socialized puppy who has most of his vaccines already! Very pleased with my experience!

A rocky beginning at first. We lost our first puppy from here after a month of owning her. The store and staff were great with working with us in finding another puppy. I am very happy they were able to work with us and make things right! Probably one of the only stores that truly cares.

Heidi had amazing customer service. Answered any and all my questions about the 10 week old miniature schnauzer puppy I got. The place is very clean, and they have a wide selection of beautiful pups. I highly recommend this place.
