Jessica did such an amazing job with my little dog. Lucy is always scared to get these services done, but Jessica made her feel so comfortable and even gave her a hug. You could tell she cares. Lucy smelled great and her teeth and paws looked really nice. Thank you!

The grooming service was good! If you have an appointment as soon as they open just know that the grooming services opens up before the actual Petsmart store. The doors were unlocked when I arrived but I had to open the door manually and shut it behind me to take my dog to his appointment. Not bad but I wish they mention that over the phone briefly.

Google states Store opens at 8 a.m. Big sign outside states 8 a.m, below in smaller letters noting Banfield.At 8:40, I entered & was shouted at asking if I had an appointment. I said no, I just need to purchase a few things, do I need one?Yes, we're only open for Grooming right now. You have to come back in 20 minutes.Huh, the registers are open, you're checking someone out, but you refuse to sell me product. Great business model.Instead of being loyal & supporting a neighborhood business monthly, I'll order via Amazon. In a postpandemic world, the convenience of home delivery and not having to deal with substandard service has been reinforced.Good luck.

It was 102 degrees and I witnessed a groomer walk a dog across the entire parking lot to urinate. I offered to carry the dog, who you could clearly see was in pain. The groomer said "he's fine". Do not use these people.

Bought authority pumpkin for dogs 15 oz can. Marked 2.49 on shelf, charged me 2.69 a can. Manager Jesus would not refund the difference. Will get az weights and measures informed

I took my husky and my aussie for grooming and they didn't really shower them good 😒 my appointments was with Sadie H. My husky was brush for some parts and my aussie was brush just from the back.. both dogs had there sleepy dust... fist and last time i take them there. . Expensive and poor quality be careful.

Took our dog here for a haircut before a trip. Haircut came out great and the girls are very good. Nice and informative. Tess is very good and recommended.

i went in and bought a ball python and they didn't know if it was a male or female and they didnt know how old it was and they said its there policy to not keep track of that information and also had a attitude because i didnt want to buy there tanks they were also underfeeding the ball python i do not recommend buying reptiles from here i recommend going to a reptile store because they are more professional and take better care of there reptiles

My dog sick after being groomed,.but of course they wouldn't not admit to poor sanitization... think about twice before taking you dog.in there.
