This is definitely our favorite petsmart! The staff is very knowledgeable and super friendly! The lady that helps with PetSmart charities ( kittens) name denise, is super sweet. I definitely recommend this facility if you're looking for a new for a new baby!

It's alright. The cashier she's not always the most friendly. I always dread seeing her just because of how rude she is. Dont know her name but she has really short hair. She's there when they open. I do love using their grooming services they always treat Chevy so kindly. They have some good prices depending on what you're looking for and wanting to spend.

I went in around 7pm for a fish or two for my pond. The selection was much better than other stores in the area. I also got great help from the fish (and other animal) encyclopedias disguised as pretty young ladies working there. All questions and concerns I had and should have had were addressed. The cashier was patient with my mixed up rewards information, fast and friendly. Very good experience and I will be returning to this location in the future.Update - stopped at the other pet store across the street for a deal and got reminded why I come here. Still getting the best service and quality supplies.

Took all dogs in for bubbles today. Store staff and grooming staff were great. One of my dogs is shy and didn't want to go through the electric door. A staff member very kindly held the door until he walked in. All staff was very patient with him. Thanks everyone!

Let me tell you I found a nice pets smart. Spacious ,cool, pretty well stocked I did however get the doggie back pack at a great price. Couldn't be happier. My dogs new collar is really cute worth the money. Nice safe made products. Thank's pets smart

This is the PetSmart that we've been going to for years and years. They have a great selection of all kinds of pet food, and the staff is splendid. Our cashier today, Natalie, was wonderful. We were shopping for dry food for our fussy German Short Haired Pointer, Baxter.

My sweet baby Gloria had a wonderful time here. She scored some cool stuff. Not too much for small dogs but seeing the other animals made up for it. Gloria loved the kitties. We have plans to visit again!!!

I appreciate PetSmart because they carry an expanded line of cat food and I can purchase the higher quality diet my vet recommended.It is always in stock, too.The stores are clean, the staff happy and helpful, the parking is close in and even the restrooms are OK. It's fun to run in and see owners with their doggies, shopping for treats.

Always very consistent and helpful service from staff. I buy my filter medias and aquarium decorations at this petsmart often and am always very pleased. Only reason for the 4 star rating is once in awhile they will close earlier than posted on the door.. not quite sure why. Besides that though very enjoyable experience.
