They were friendly and kind but did not listen to my instructions or tips and now my dog looks like a toddler who got the scissors and cut their own hair. They messed my fur baby up. She is still cute but looks like a goofy kid who tried to give themselves a haircut. They messed up my pup!!!! Her hair was better before she went in, but not softer!!! #badhairday!!!!

I have been to the ocean floor and tropical treasures they were rude and dismissive. The employees at PetSmart were so great with my kids picking different fish and always were patient. They were kind and made sure it was the fish they picked. Never have had such sweet employees that go out of their way for customers. They go above and beyond anything. At tropical treasures or ocean floor plan on them trying to sell you useless products. That is what the ocean floor or tropical treasures employees do best act busy, frustrated that you are in the store and EXTREMELY over priced, the ocean floor sold me medicine for my freshwater tank but the medicine is for saltwater tanks! I will choose PetSmart! FIRST STORE WE GO TO. Thank you!

Best place to buy anything pet related.This store has just about everything you need or want for your pets. The prices are very good also. They offer shipping or pickup for your convenience. The employee's here are friendly and helpful .I recommend this place .***If anyone likes my honest reviews then please like my post and follow my google account***-Thanks

This place sells expired food. I purchased a 12lb bag of Hill's C/D Metabolic cat food earlier this week. My boyfriend pointed out the best buy date(08/2021) after I got it home. I could maybe see a month past expiry, we're human, after all...but this was 9 months expired which leads me to believe they don't keep up with their inventory/expiration dates. I went back today to exchange, only to be told by staff and the manager they were out of the food. Manager said he would check to see if they had any smaller bags after I asked, but didn't return to the register. I managed to get two of the smaller bags, myself, but ended up having to pay over $20 more...my baby is worth it and more, but it's the principle. If you’re buying food here, especially the larger bags, please remember to check the dates.Only reason I'm giving this location 2 stars is because of my cashier, Sierra.(Sierra, if you're reading this, I can tell you love your job, keep up the good work!).

My sweet puppy loves it here. She knows as soon as we turn into the parking lot that ... We're at PETSMART!!!!2 things i like most is that they're always super friendly, and the bargain I get on the Rachel Ray Soup Bones-the bags are bigger, and their prices are the lowest(lower than Walmart) no lie!Quick checkout too! If I'm ever in line, and there are more than 2-3 ppl checking out, they call someone to help out on another register.Ask my dog if she likes PetSmart... She'll say that she"🧡Ruvs "em 🐾 🐶!!"

I have been going to Petsmart for over years to have my dogs groomed. I now have a yorkie with some anxiety and what Petsmart does is the add a surcharge of $10.00 like it is not expensive enough. I call to speak to store manager which I explained why are they starting to put a surcharge because my dog has anxiety and explained that he just did not get anxiety and have not been charged this before. He stated I should have been harged from the beginning because it take 2 people to cut your dogs hair. I understand to some degree it does take an employee away from their job but aren't you making enough and I think the $10.00 should be reduced and not to mention alot times they don't follow instruction .

Utilized the grooming services at PetSmart. Soon as we stepped in the door everyone was smiling and saying hi. The groomers were very polite, organized, and professional. The grooming area was very clean and well-maintained! I was worried for my dog a little because the groomer was this hulking dude, and my dog doesn't get along with the opposite gender as well haha. But my dog wasn't afraid of him! And my puppers looks like a little teddy bear!! Def will go back to see Matt again!

If I could leave a zero review I would just for how I was treated today. Last Saturday I had a long shift so I overslept for my grooming appt. and thankfully I got a phone call at 230pm to reschedule it. I felt terrible. So I rescheduled my appt to today 9.2.23 for a 9am to 11am slot. I took off of work so I can make sure that I make it to this appt because it was my lil babies first professional bath. I arrived at 850am and waited to be checked in because there was a gentleman in front of me who walked in without an appt. There was a girl helping him and one other girl grooming a small dog in the back. Eventually a nice young lady with braids walked out I believe her name was Ariana because that Is my name. She went ahead to try to get me checked in. She then states hmmmm I don't see an appt here. I stated well u guys called me last Saturday to reschedule to this Saturday from 9 to 11am. How can there be no appt? Then she states it's okay I can fit u in. At that point the women in the back yells " no u can't do that we are booked today " . At that point I'm boiling inside I took the day off for this. She then yells towards the other girl " hey help her with the computer". The other native girl walks over and says: " looks like they canceled and and PLUS we don't groom English bulldogs on the weekend. "NO SORRY NO LETS SEE HOW WE CAN ACCOMADATE being that YOU GUYS BOOKED THIS APPT.,AND TWICE IN A ROW ON A SATURDAY so what do u mean we don't do english bulldogs on the weekend? I got no sorry no nothing. The only one person who tried to accommodate me was the girl with the braids the other two were so unprofessional and rude . No sorry , no nothing just a plain it's canceled. So you just cancel ppls appts without notifying them? This is how u guys operate? I spend so much money at Petsmart for my pets but this situation really upset me to where I won't step foot in there. Petsmart grooming you gotta do better with teaching these employees customer service . I just can't even believe this and the way they handled the situation.

Prices are outrageous! $26.05 for a 3.5 pound bag of Hill's Science Diet cat food, which was only half full! I will never come back again. Shame on you.

We got our dog groomed here. They got us in on the same day and even scheduled us for the last appointment of the day so we can wait with her because she has anxiety. However, they charged us extra when I shouldn't have. They charged us for the express service when we didn't ask for that. I was a little disappointed at that.

In general PetSmart is horrible and gives their employees and customers horrible/incorrect information about their new pets, that is potentially life threatening (especially the more exotic animals), and they don't make sure that the pets that are there have everything they need. Also the places the animals come from usually aren't that great to begin with.*I'm giving it 2 stars only bc the store is clean, well organized, they have good deals on Some things occasionally, and the staff here seem to at least Try to care for the animals.If you get an animal of any kind from anywhere you should be doing your research before getting it anyways, but please if you are getting a pet from here do Not ask the employees advice, just do your research. Honestly if you don't want to put the time in to research on your own maybe you shouldn't be getting an animal.Also the feeder insects they have available here are not horrible, but they aren't great either and are over priced.

To the employee that caught me diving early in the morning a while back, what do you care if my hungry rescue dogs eat the dog food you guys throw away? If the food isnt expired and isnt recalled, and isn’t contaminated, what do you care? I spend thousands of dollars at Petsmart. Ive been a customer since Petsmart started! I dive for dry dog food now because i found out about all of the good foods that petsmart throws away. Covid destroyed my career and i support 3 rescue dogs and a kitten. So dont throw eye daggers as you make it a point to cut open full bags of dog food and purposely shake all the food out into the trash knowing that it cant be used. If hungry rescue dogs need it then why not give it to them? People will never stop diving. No need to be so rude about it. Maybe you were annoyed that my car was nicer than yours???whatever it is, get over it. Animals need help!

Dropped my dog off at the banfield center for a quick Check up. It took over 6hours to complete. When I got my dog she did not have water or use the restroom once. Does this center not leave a bowl of water with the dog?? Will not happen again.

I adopted/rescued this sweet girl, Roxy, from PetSmart, who was housing her for BARK animal rescue. I called the evening before and the employee who helped me was patient, kind, and courteous. When I went to meet her, I was never rushed and allowed to give Roxy the space to adjust to me, first. They had a problem with their internet, but still allowed me to take her home after taking down my information.Roxy is such a doll and the staff made it a fantastic experience in adopting her. I can't thank them enough.

This place is notorious for canceling appointments and no consideration for the clients. No one calls you back and when you speak with someone named Kellie she only wants to hear herself speak so there is no use. Spent 350 for training classes that haven’t even started yet. Please have consideration for other peoples time.

Overall it was an ok visit. I just really had a hard time with the employee who "helped" me. She was very young and not very knowledgeable about the products that I was asking about. She must not have had training in customer service either. I asked her 2 times for someone else who could possibly be more helpful. She told me that she was the only one in the department and no one else would help me. I just left. PetSmart needs to maybe do a refresher course for the employees now and again. That way they stay on top of the products they sell. 🤔

I really want to commend Hailey in the Petsmart grooming at this location. I have a senior small dog and it has been a difficult process to care for her as she is getting older and as your pet becomes older they lose their sight and mobility. I cannot thank Hailey enough for being patient, kind, and gentle to Lulu. I am so grateful and thankful for her. 5 stars is not enough to describe how much I appreciate her service.
