I just want to leave a thank you to Kat at the register. I had bought the puppy version of the prescription food my dog eats accidentally and needed to do a return. She was so helpful when I mentioned I had a coupon on my last purchase she made sure I had that applied and I got store credit because the puppy version was more expensive. She was helpful, quick, friendly and I’m so grateful.

Awful location for fish. I saw so many sick fish and dead fish in their tanks. The water was visibly dirty, and the filters were completely off. Aside from an air stone for the goldfish, there was zero surface agitation for all the other tanks. A few of the bettas had finrot, and I saw a whole tank full of fish (some kind of pleco) with white growths all over them. I saw another betta with what looked like hair algae growing on its fins.I know petsmart as a whole isn't very kind to a lot of the fish, but my local petsmart takes way better care of theirs, so I think this is a location issue.

I stop by here all the time to get my cats treats and food. Friendly employees and a relaxing atmosphere. Other locations also have rescue animals for adoption.

This review is for the Grooming Salon. I've taken our dogs to this location for grooming a few times.I booked a bath and teeth brush for my dogs with Emily. Excellent experience! Emily is an amazing groomer and provided great proactive customer service. She took such good care of both of dogs and even took the time to provide a Pawgress Report (not all Petsmart groomers do). Emily is the best groomer we've had!Tips: You can book grooming appointments online and check-in online too, all at the same time. You earn points for grooming and can also use Treats rewards on grooming as well!

These guys are the worst. My dog had few mats around his neck( attaching before and after pic) And we had them to trim a bit and person who trimmed his hair named Emily did the worst job and I’m so disappointed. I have never ever seen my dog like this in my life.Before shaving a dog or transforming into a whole worst look, please give a call to the owner and let them know what you are doing.This place doesn’t even deserve a single star.

My dog contracted Kennel Cough while staying at the Pet Hotel in October and he’s still dealing with it. He was vaccinated in February. Be careful. The Bordetella virus is prevalent here.

Good vibes, welcoming staff, helpful and attentive, very well maintained and stocked location. I went to visit the two kitty's I will be adopting and the staff are great! Friendly, informative and able to meet my needs. Accommodating my wish to meet the kitty's before adoption so it won't be such a short to their systems. Animals are extremely sensitive to even the slightest changes and staff was extremely supportive. That means a lot to me and it shows the right people are where they are the most helpful to customers. Props!! I say Props!!!

They got Halloween goodies for your pets from costumes to treats and even costumes for your lizard friends. Yay!!Otherwise clean store, friendly staff, we always have to go see the kitties (LOVE how there kitty area is set up actually feels inviting). My dogs love there Authority for the last 8 yrs so worth it.

They always have my brand of dog food and treats available. I also buy crickets twice a week for my gecko and I really appreciate they pre-bag them in various amounts so I do not need to bother the employees to scoop them out when they're clearly busy. Great customer service as well.

The last groomer I had , somewhere else, did a very poor job. Tezy listened to everything I wanted and did an amazing job with evening out her fur! I am very pleased with how my pup looks! I would rate the groom from Tezy, 10 out of 10!I brought Nyx to Tezy again and she once again did an amazing job with her ! She loves going to Tezy and I will definitely keep working with her in the future !

PetSmart has no place doing pet grooming. There have been 10 times that we have taken our dog there, 4 of those she came back like a cow chew her fur!You will think that they charge less for doing such a poor job, but they don't.

Jessica at the Mayo Boulevard Location is the MOST INCREDIBLY TALENTED groomer I have experienced so far in North Scottsdale!! I wanted a different look for my Multipoo. She decided to do a Lamb Cut and also take the long hair off the short ears and look! The CUTEST updated Multipoo look! Ask for Jessica!! She us a miracle maker!!

Just adopted a puppy at petsmart (through a rescue) He's a little leary of humans but ADORES our other dog. We were able to find all the supplies we needed at petsmart, and they congratulated us on the way out!

I literally drive out of my way to go to this grooming location. I love the staff and they take great care of my anxious 12 year old Willow. Usually takes two, so I appreciate them going above and beyond for us. Might I add that her nails always look fantastic! This is my go to! I highly recommend!!

Only one cashier with a huge line of like 7 or 8 people. The cashier did a fantastic job managing the check out while I noticed her paging for back up. Im really impressed with how she kept her cool and made each check out experience a good one despite being the only cashier available. I don't recall her name but she has short hair. Way to go!

I ❤️ them. Had to buy a new filter system for my son's turtles and I looked at their website the price was in my price range but when I got to the store they had it for twice what the website said. I found out that they WILL price match from the petsmart website! We have very happy turtles now! 🐢 🐢

Great store location. I’ve always been able to find everything I need, even specific items that other PetSmarts don’t have. It’s a large store with the PetsHotel as well. Our cashier was friendly and greeted us as we entered. Just wish the parking lot had some more trees 😅

Whoever is working at the pet hotel front desk now (Saturday at 720 pm) is really unpleasant. We got there happy to pick up our dog and she really upsets the mood with her unfriendly and negative vibe that is a complete turn off. I didn't pick up her name but she wears glasses and is slightly overweight. People that love dogs should work there and she clearly isn't happy with her job and making it very clear with customers. The rest of the staff is really nice but she isn't representative of what I believe PetSmart values and she shouldn't be allowed to deal with people --dogs unsupervised.

Friendly and the grooming staff is patient with my dog who doesn't enjoy getting her nails cut. They have a great return policy for all of their products whether it's dog food or a toy, as long as you have your receipt they will happily give you your money back. Thank you Petsmart.

This location just about has it all. Grooming, training, dog hotel and even a Banner located inside. I can bring my dogs here for pretty much anything.My puppy was trained here and the staff knows him all too well. It's a very welcoming and helpful location.

Picked up our baby, who had been in the Pet Hotel. She had a spa day before we came & was clean & beautifully clipped. So excited to see her family. I believe she had a great time.
