I took my dog here and they requested I come back to pick him up because he was being too feisty. Once I got there, associate Alessia told me that he was too aggressive and they were unable to perform any services. Dexter is a Shih Tzu. I put him in the car and realized his eye was bloodshot red. I started panicking because I did not drop him off this way. I rushed him to the Vet and they advised me that a blood vessel popped in his eye, could have been from someone holding him too tight or him being hit in the face with a large object. I am livid and frustrated, I have never had this experience before and it is terrifying to know that I left him in the hands of Pet Smart groomers (specifically Alessia) and this was the outcome. I will not be returning ever.

Great store, I went there to get a new heating bulb for my tortoise but was unsure of what type to get, the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I even found out that you can volunteer to help with the cats and some other animals. Great experience.

Love this location! The gal that helped me find a good harness for my 120lb lap dog, was a gem! She was so patient and kind to my pup and helped us choose the best fit! It was the Top Paw® K9 Comfort Dog Harness--awesome for all types of walks + hikes!

Usually a good location. Efron is taking protecting the hamters waaayyyy to seriously. If petsmart valued the pets as he said. Why are they only 22 dollars? JSUpdate... the hamsters ate doing fine 🙂

Amazing Caring staff!This isn’t a happy story. I went to pick my dog up at their grooming salon (they always do a great job with him). When I arrived, people were running in and it seemed like there was something wrong….two people ran out with a crate (I couldn’t see). Turns out they went to check my dog and he was non responsive. They rushed him to the animal hospital on my behalf. Long story short, my dog passed, but I have to say the staff, management and corporate were incredibly thoughtful, empathetic and caring throughout. An employee (shout out to Patrick) stayed behind and made sure my girlfriend and I were okay. I went to check out and was told that PetSmart took care of the bill (it had to be huge—X-rays, CPR, etc., then cremation). The next day I received a call from the corporate pet advocate asking if they could do anything for me. All in all, I was really impressed and taken aback at the level of concern and caring demo by all. The poor dog had an enlarged heart which I was unaware of—they were not at fault AT ALL…yet they proved that not all big corporations are only about the money and profit…they really care and express it in so many ways. The groomers are great-you can definitely trust them with your pet.Thank you Patrick and the entire staff at Camelback PetSmart as well as the corporate offices and their outreach personnel.

This door is a little cleaner than the majority of PetSmarts and they have a lot of lot of savings in the torn food section I picked up 20 lb of cat food for only $5.99 last night I swear it was like $20 off the greatest deal I've ever had at PetSmart check them out already

Great place to get my Dog food, they have a great selection of pets food and accessories, I'm glad they keep the brands I like. The staff was attentive to the long lines and they opened a cashier's line when was needed.Parking is tight, I always get lucky to get a spot, my other option is to order on line and they will bring it to the saved parking spaces for pickup (this is the best option)

Purchased 55 gallon tank kit on the app and picked up in the store. Got the tank home and noticed that petsmart used permanent marker on the front glass of the aquarium!! How disrespectful and negligent!

The parking lot here is always congested so be prepared for that. But the employees here are very friendly and they always help me find what I’m looking for. I got a puppy a month ago and he’s starting to recognize when we are going to the “toy” store. He loves it here. And occasionally we meet new puppy friends. They always have the food I use in stock. My cashier was very friendly. Even gave my puppy a treat, after asking first. I like PetSmart way better than Petco. PetSmart has a wider variety of pet food, pet supplies, and toys.

Great place to shop for my pets needs. Whether it be for my Bulldogs or Parrots I've always been able to find what I need at PetSmart. In addition to food, leashes, harnesses, toys, perks, dog treats, nail cutting the staff is always helpful and friendly. My bulldog Frappuccino is loving, as am I, his new bright green Harness. Visit PetSmart, Oh, and take your pet!

I called first to ask about pumpkin puree and the gentleman who answered was very knowledgeable. When I walked in I asked the cashier about it and he stated "You just called, yeah I can help you!" He literally walked me to the aisles & explained the product to me. Great Customer Service!!!!!

Patrick working the cash register was absolutely amazing!! Super knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Took his time helping us find the items we were looking for, was very polite and courteous with my mom and I and the other guests he was helping, and just all around extremely sweet. One of the blonde cashiers today was definitely carrying a bad attitude and wasn't scared to show it. Couldn't tell if it was a manager or someone new. The people at the fish section were nice though and I was able to get everything I needed.
