Our experiences with Alysha and Petco grooming could not be any better! When I pick up my dog after his grooming, he always looks very handsome and is so happy and excited to show off. He feels so good and loves going to see Alysha. She does an exceptional job on him. She always asks how I want him cut and does it! Alysha and all the other groomers we have talked to there are really friendly and make me feel that they really care about my dog. I don't want to bring him anywhere else.

Hair cut was good but average. Price is terribly high. $80 for a small do shampoo and cur is excessive. Will have to consider somewhere else for this service.

We have been getting our Yorkies cut at our local Petco for the last 15 years. 2 of our Yorkies have passed and we now have a puppy. Every time the cuts are consistent and the girls are so sweet and such a pleasure to see. They always make us feel like our pups are loved, safe, and cared about. What more could you ask for.

Horrible grooming experience. Our Westie was shaved absolutely everywhere except her head/face. No phone calls to describe a circumstance or ask a question. Because our dog is a senior (15 YO), a d to avoid any potential injury to her skin, we always extensivey describe her skin bumps, surgical scars, etc. I also wrote everything on the grooming appt website when making the appt. We chose the appropriate fur length. When I arrived to pick her up, the groomers were gone, the ticket was at the sales counter, and I had to process the payment + tip before I even saw our dog. It was an awful experience, and we will never return there. As soon as her fur grows out a bit, we will have to seek a much better grooming studio to fix this naked, unbalanced look. So sad.

Good service, groomer very good, patient, kind to my animals. They are nervous going into the store, but happily wagging their tails after their nail trims. The groomer handles my dogs very gently and works quickly and is very courteous to me as well. Always a pleasant experience. My dogs love the treat we get from the store as we are leaving, lots of variety to choose from.

The whole process from the initial scheduling, follow-up reminders to the hand-off of my dog to the groomer was seamless. The young lady groomer was very sweet and gentle with my dog and I was happy and impressed with the groomimg. The only glitch was not receiving text letting me know it was time to pick up my dog. Apparently the text was sent to my home phone instead of my cell phone. Other than that, I was very pleased with the service.

Charli and the ladies are ALWAYS amazing. They take such good care of Ace. He is always so excited to come for his grooming appointments. I know he is going to be treated well, cared for, and still come home looking like himself (just neat and cleaned up). It is nice knowing that I never have to worry about him while he is there. They work so hard in that department. No matter how tired they are they are always kind.

The ladies at this location are amazing! They take such good care of my dogs at every visit. I have a Shih Tzu whose hair tangles easily and a very active Schnauzer. The ladies are very patient and caring. Great job every time!

Charley was great with my very energetic dog. She came out and found me in the store to give me updates. She listened to my requests and even gave me a call 5 mins before my dog was finished to let me know I could head back over to pick her up.

30 minute cut. Groomer didn’t even attempt to give the cut that was requested. A call would have been nice to let me know it couldn’t be done instead of shaving him completely, that would have at least given me the option to take him elsewhere. No apologies, no understanding. Manager was no help whatsoever. Never again

The Groomers at the Petco I go to always remember Brick and his personality. They are genuine and you can tell they love what they are doing. When I pick Brick up they always tell me how he was and any recommendations they might have.
