Don't bother with this unprofessional staff because saying that I had a horrible experience with this particular location would be a complete understatement. Between having my big dog sitting in a tiny kennel for 3 1/2 hours and a 3 rude employees that seemed like they didn't care that I was upset about it as they just sat there. To coming back the next day for a supposed VIP experience and my dog only getting a bath and still shedding when I got him home. I'd drive a little further now to avoid this petco.

Brought our dog in for a bath/dry, deshedding treatment and more. He was not ready completely ready 4.5 hours later at the estimated pick up time. He was still damp, and still shedding a lot, which is a first as we have had this same package done for him at other Petco Grooming locations before and it was always done properly and within 2 hours or less. The groomer was also swearing at a dog they were currently handling and being aggressive with them. Our poor dog also came home and drank half a bowl of water (very unusual for him). Our dog is at least cleaned and had his nails done, but we will not be returning to this location. Very disappointed with the services provided and care of our sweet boy.

My dog Frank says this is his favorite store to go to!!! He asked me to post this,in hopes you'll take your furry friend there too.Petcos dog food helped my dog feel better, and it's reasonably priced.

Walk in for a nail trim. Friendly and professional. When I came back to pick her up she was sitting on the technicians lap at the computer. All involved and having fun. Like she was running the place. Made me laugh. I liked that she had some free time to spend with her instead of putting her in a cage to wait for me. This was a no stress incounter for my dog which I love.

If I could give zero I would. Never ever again will I take my baby here . She was so traumatized. Very inexperienced groomers here . Do not let Jacob groom your puppy .

Sarah P. Always provides exceptional customer service! She makes me and Vinnie feel welcomed and gives me the sense of relief my pup is in good hands. She’s fast, efficient, and super accommodating. The front desk person was really rude. I made an appointment. She seemed like I was disrupting her day. I stood in front of her and she has what I wanted very rudely. I forgot my dogs papers and ask since I’m 5 minutes away if I could grab them and come back. She rolled her eyes and said okay. I don’t want her touching me dog if she doesn’t now how to be a decent human being. I was already anxious about using them. I won’t ever go back.

Lenna was awesome. My dog Blessing was a real mess. I hadn't been able to get her to the groomers for awhile as my mother fell and broke her neck. Lenna groomed Blessing and cleaned her up just in time for Christmas. Thank you so much. She looks amazing.

Normally when I take loves in for her bath she smells so good this time she looked absolutely beautiful but still smelt like a puppy. Not sure if they used a different shampoo?
