Very disappointed that Petco disguised their 15% rate increase for pet grooming as a "materials fee". Why not call it what it is - a rate increase. This would have been the transparent, customer friendly, ethical approach. And they used the .99 approach as to not cross the $6 threshold. While I was content with the service, I will now shop around for grooming services.

I had a curbside pick up order that I placed online. I got the notice from the app the order was ready, I clicked the I’m on my way button on the app, and when I got close to the store, I clicked I’m here on the app. I sat in front of the store for almost 10 minutes and decided I would go inside to pick it up since it didn’t seem anyone was going to bring it out. When I went in the store there were four Petco employees in the front of the store just talking! None of them seem to be aware of the fact that I was there to pick up my order or were any of them preparing to bring it out to me! I gave them my name, picked up my order, and took it myself! No one offered to help me with my order! Ridiculous service if your employees are going to ignore it! Bad customer service!

I called this location. There is no receptionist to take the calls. You get a long recording that say slot. But to me. Well I will skip that part. They do say you can schedule and appointment on line or leave you name and number. We will return your call with in 24 hours. Well have 72 hours I called them back. I left the message of how upset I was. No return call. My dogs are still puppies. Their nails grow very fast. They both are breaking the skin on my arm. Which is scaring me. My girls have had all their shots. I usually take the to the doctor I have used for my pets. I have moved and want a place I can depend on the give my girls the shortest nail trim with out hurting them. Now I am looking for a place that really cares. When I find the right one I will take pictures of my beautiful babies I adopted from the humane society. They are my heart.

I’ve been getting my dogs groomed by Renee for the past 13 years. She does an excellent job and my dogs love her. I am constantly referring family and friends to use her. She even will shave down my long haired cat twice a year! I think she’s professional and has provided me such great customer service. My doggies always come home looking their best! 😊

We love Renee at Petco! Our dog is very nervous about grooming and afraid of other dogs. Renee is does a beautiful job and is so kind and loving to our dog. Petco also has a wonderful protocol to insure that he does not get hair in his eyes (a problem we had with another groomer that resulted in an emergency trip to the vet).

I waited for the next available appointment that was 5 days out, only to be texted 2 hours before that they had to reschedule. Things happen, I get it. So I texted back and stated that “I really do need his nails trimmed today so that’s okay, I’ll go ahead and proceed with the cancellation.” Whoever was texting wrote back “okay well we can’t today. I’ll cancel your appointment thanks.” Not sure about the service but the process to get to that point is frustrating and their employees seem unnecessarily rude. No thanks!

My wife took our little dog to have her nails cut. The girl in grooming wouldn't do it stating she had a broken finger . Really? If that's the case, where was a reliably person? We're taking our business elsewhere!

I took our little dog here for a much needed groom. My living situation changed dramatically and I have not been able to get her groomed due to financial restraints. I feel terrible about the condition I brought her into the salon in, very matted. Instead of the staff being understanding I was judged the minute they looked at my dog. They refused to groom her. People try their best and sometimes situations can cause some things to be put off for indefinite amounts of time. To the staff- how dare you judge others. You’re not God. Get off your head out of your a** and be a decent person.

Renee groomed my little dog twice. She did NOT express my dog's anal glands both times. Other groomers at Petco have expressed my dog's glands in the past, but not Renee. And, apparently Renee is the grooming manager...she stinks as a groomer. I'm NOT paying Petco $50+ dollars to express my own dog's anal glands. His glands were packed and leaking. VERY BAD GROOMING.
