I’ve been coming here since I moved to the area, by far one of my favorite Petco stores I’ve found, friendly, knowledgeable, staff. They are always happy to price match if I find a better deal somewhere else, and all of the animals seem to be very well cared for in the short time that they are here. I’ve recently had to start buying medicated food for my animals and as most people know that does get expensive. 😆

I ventured into Petco yesterday with my dog Buddy, to get him some of his "special food" and we met Bre, who was at the front register. We were greeted with a friendly demeanor and also had some our questions answered. Buddy was offered a treat, which he loved. Such an enjoyable experience indeed. Thank you.

Scheduled an apt for trimming my dogs nails. We usually go to the Goodyear location which is night and day in cleanliness! The lady who did my dogs nails was polite and did an ok job. The pictures speak a thousand words!! Also the prices are way too high for the quality of products. I choose to not buy anything because I can get the same for way cheaper elsewhere. That and it's gross in here.

This place is amazing, it sold healthy pet food for my cats and Cute toys that made them super super happy! would recommend, Even someone named Bre works there she is really helpful when you looking for something, i was just there to look at pets but then she got me to buy by showing me the type of stuff i was looking for.5 stars, Definity would recommend :D

Cashier was really helpful. Took us to the product aisle we needed and actually picked out the product we needed. We did not know the actual name of the product we needed but what she showed us was it. Sulfodene brand 3-Way Ointment for dogs. Have used it with really great success on dogs and even cats.

Very friendly staff but I wish they had a better selection of cat products. Shelves are pretty bare in the toys/product sections.

I was recently at Petco with my daughter looking for kitten food. We had been there the day before and not found the brand she was looking for so we left. After checking their app we discovered that they did indeed have the brand she was looking for in stock at this location so we headed back and located a store employee to help us. The employee told us that it was probably on a pallet in the back and could not help us. I decided to check the other aisles and much to my surprise couldn't get through them due to pallets of food being thrown all over the floor. Definately a safety hazard and just bad customer service when your inventory is online yet no one can help you locate it. So we took our business elsewhere.

I did a curb side order but forgot you have to wait & hour for it to be ready but they were very nice and went ahead and brought my order out five minutes after I placed it! Prices are not bad at all and you usually can find more deals here than Petsmart.

Generally this petco is helpful and friendly but the fish guy I ran into today was rude. I’ve had fish for over 20 years and I needed 6 neon tetra to replace 6 neon tetra that found another home (I didn’t want my friend to end up with dead or sick fish) for an established tank I’ve had up and running for 2 years now. He refused to sell me more than 3. Now I understand a tank needs to cycle and be able to handle the bioload. This guy asked me questions and assumed instead of asking if I had experience with fish and treating me like an intelligent and capable fellow human. Coulda had 5 stars. I won’t be shopping the fish department here.

Stopped by to ask about the vaccination for my cat. The employee in the vaccination department was very mean and rather trying to get rid of me then answer my questions . Feels like that location must be shut down and the parking lot is always empty. No wonder why!

So the employees didn’t want to sell me a small gold fish. Didn’t want to hear that I was going from 1 gal tank to a 5 gal tank. I said well if you’re not going to sell to me then I don’t need you to explain it. “We’re not going to sell to you because we’re worried the fish will die”. Yet, several fish tanks had dead fish next to the filter in like 6 other tanks! Yeah worry about your tanks first before you “worry” about what I wanted to buy. So I went to pet smart and they helped me out a lot! Staff were all white ppl and didn’t want to sell to a person of color. Yeah, “worried about a fish dying” when you have tanks with dead fish! Go to persmart! At least they won’t make you feel like you don’t belong.

This is out go to store for all of my dogs needs. Super friendly staff and my dog doesn't even mind going here for his shots. They do a good job at distraction. They are also extremely knowledgeable if you are interested in a new pet.

Overpriced. But customer service is good. It also has a good selection of all things related to pet supplies. You can find everything from dog food to nail trimmers used for Rabbits. I would have given it four stars if prices compared to Amazon which I find they do not. I still visit when I need something specific for my bunnies.

First time going to this location. We stopped since we were in the area. We Went to get a couple of fishes. Nice selection of different types. Employee was available to help right away once we were ready. Friendly staff, since we walked into the store we were greeted. Also, I grabbed a couple of treats and toys for our dogs. Everything we needed was in stock. Checkout was smooth. Overall, it was a great experience.

The associate was very helpful and knowledgeable which was what we needed at that time. We found a stray puppy and needed information on how to feed and what to feed a puppy that was very small and needed nutrients. Thank you for having fantastic employees!

I had the best experience @Petco thanks to Cassandra aka Cassie...she is the guru of 🐠🐟 Cassie took her time with me in me picking my first aquarium set up and she educated me on caring for my future fish...first step is getting your water n tank accumulated for the first 3-7 days. Cassie was able to price match the online Petco items and I was able to save 50% of my neon tank!!! You can't beat that type of service not anywhere!!! I got there at 5:30PM before 6:00PM but they said they could cut trim my dogs nails because the groomer went home for the day already… On that part a 2 star but I did buy dog treats for the doggies!
