It was my first time taking my Multi Poo Bjorn to pet bar. I’m always a little hesitant since he’s a rescue so he can be finicky, but he did great! The pet bar provided a fantastic grooming service for Bjorn, impeccably executing his inaugural haircut with promptness and precision. The staff exhibited exceptional professionalism, displaying warmth, friendliness, and utmost respect throughout the entire experience. Without hesitation, I am unequivocally committed to entrusting my beloved pet to their care in the future.

I absolutely love the groomers at this location. My puppy has been there twice in the last 3 months and both reps did such a wonderful job. This is the only place I’ll take my guy for his cuts.

Absolutely amazing ! Our groomer, I believe her name was Kate.. is MAGNIFICENT.Soon as we got there the entire staff was very inviting and super friendly.Our groomer greeted us and got acquainted with charlie(our fur baby) right away.Luckily for us, Charlie is super sweet so coaching her to the back took no time lolWe filled out paperwork on a tablet that took less than 5 min.The entire session took no more than 2 hours max.In and out.Coming back we rebooked, chatted a bit more and off we go. She looked and smelled sooo adorable!! They even gave my Pookie some face jewelry 😁 Can’t wait until next visit ! Thank you pet bar !!!!!!

This is the best place ever! Location is excellent. You can adjust the water temperature for seniors and the power dryers and blow dryers are excellent. The staff were all amazing. I came back with my 2nd Aussie an hour after the 1st one and the next day with my 3rd. I am recommending the Dog Bar to all my k9 parent friends. We will be frequent customers I can tell!

Bryan did an amazing job on our older dog Shelly! The entire staff at Petbar Boutique Arcadia were great, very informative and professional. Our dog doesn’t do well around other dogs and she gets nervous going out so we weren’t sure what to expect. Bryan was very calm and did a beautiful job on her trim! When we picked her up she wasn’t traumatized like we have experienced at other places, she was tired but happy to be clean. We felt so relieved! We will definitely go back for her next appointment to see Bryan, thank you again!

Highly recommend. The staff was relaxed, knowledgeable, and customer service oriented. Prices are quite reasonable.. Very pleased, especially with my dog’s nail trim, excellent job. She looks and smells great, and I encourage anyone to give them a try. You will be glad you did.

Brianna and Bryan were amazing. Bryan cared about my pup’s emotional well-being as well as her physical health when it came to planning out her haircut and gave his professional opinions throughout our conversation. Brianna was like a ray of sunshine & handled my pup with care & lots of love.Amazing results, definitely coming back in a few months (and my pup loved them!)

I took my Bernese Mountain Dog in for a bath and had a great experience. PetBar doesn’t feel chaotic like some other grooming places do. They were done in just an hour and a half! My dog was super clean and fluffy. Highly recommend.

Wow! This place is a great spot to take your fur babies for a self service wash! The staff is helpful and friendly, the stations are everything you could need: multiple types of shampoo, conditioner, tub that is waist high, adjustable temperatures, easy hose to use, drying station, brushes, ear cleaner, towels, + more.Their prices are very fair, and the membership prices are very attractive for their staff to wash your dog 4x per month! We did the self service this time but will probably sign up for the membership because the pricing is so fair, and to keep dogs super clean during allergy season… yes please

This place is more convenient then other places location wise for me Its a full service or diy fully loaded doggy wash & more, i took my pit bull in to get her nails done and they did a great job! We will be coming back so i can give her a bath . Their prices are very reasonable with indi pricing or nicely bundled package deals. They did ask me for a tip befor services were rendered but i think thats because i payed with my card and the girls were busy in the front trying to do their best to hurry things along ...no harm no foul we Will 100% be returning :)

Petbar is by far the best grooming service out there. My dog who doesn't like to be 5 feet away from me at any given time was happy to go back for a wash. He came back so fluffy and the bandana they tied on him was just the cutest thing ever!! It's nice to find a place that loves my dog as much as I do!!

The bays to wash your pup are large, very clean, well stocked. The drying area is a little private area for each pet which was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful!!! I will definitely go back.

Took my recently adopted dog for his first grooming, and the experience was heartwarming. The genuine love and care my dog received made the experience heartwarming. Surprisingly, he was ready much sooner than expected, and he looked incredibly handsome. This positive experience has convinced me that we'll be returning for future grooming sessions.

My golden retriever, Wilson, is 13 and a half years old. He can’t see very well, and has some health issues. He needed his nails clipped badly as we are not able to go on long walks anymore due to his health. I decided to give Arcadia Petbar a try. Also decided to give him a summer cut. They were so good to Mr. Wilson, gentle and caring and were very mindful of his age and if he needed breaks during the grooming process. I would HIGHLY recommend Petbar. They have membership plans that are very reasonable. It’s a very clean and organized grooming facility. The staff are very kind and friendly and asked me many questions about Wilson b4 they started!

The Petbar is a great concept. The tubs are easy to use, with all the doggie toiletries, towels, and brushes. It's clean and very well managed. The staff is friendly and helped me and Beau navigate his first bath. The even have a powdery cologne for the pups. Overall it was a lovely experience.

This spot is immaculately clean. The self wash stations have really cool equipment and the staff is wonderful.We have a new dog. She is a handful and needs training. Brant was so helpful and patient—helping me along the way. Really appreciated him!

Very nice facility and friendly workers. I would recommend having something available for owners to be able to wipe their own hands. My dog had so much hair floating around me and I couldn’t get it off of my own hands or face.

Staff here is friendly, accommodating, and kind to my animals. They work with you on what you’d like your pet’s coat length to be and provide feedback on what they observed during the latest grooming. This isn’t the closest location for grooming, but I will absolutely go out of my way to come here!

I love this place but I wish it were open all weekend. Like most people, I work Monday-Friday 8-6pm. Saturday is my day to catch up on life & chores IF I’m not working a work-event or volunteering. I so badly want to be loyal to this place but my pup & I must find a new spot.

I called ahead of time 2 times she was so nice on the PHONE. Was told I did not need an appointment for self service wash, we close at 6pm. I said ok I'll leave work at 4pm. Long way to drive.im excited. Get off work early, get there in front of the store, she walks out starts YELLInG at me standing outside holding the door open white lady missing teeth. I calmly load my dogs I told her I called u said I be here by 5 for self wash u close at 6pm. She yells its past 5. I was like no it is 5pm. I walk into the store requesting owner information. Why are you getting paid and open till 6pm , she says I have to clean UP after you still. Seriously HORRIBLE . I told her I would be calling her BOSS. THIS is not the way to runa business.

The manager/owner was welcoming upon our entrance. He was very patient with our pup who was nervous when it was time to take him to the back, as this was his first visit. Manager/owner gave us a call when our pup was ready for pickup. I love how special the facility is and that our pup was in a small room instead of a crate upon pickup. His fur looked really great! Shiny and very well brushed! He also had a nail trim and teeth cleaning. Thank you so much. We will definitely come back.

Our dog sienna is about 40 lbs, 1 year old ! She is a little nervous but the team did splendid and are very patient. The owner Brett is awesome. My husband I have the subscription.We recommended them to a few friends already. Can’t wait to keep coming back.

Service was amazing. From hello to goodbye the staff were great. My dog had a hot spot on him and they were very kind and informative on how to treat the wound. Would recommend this place to any pet parent. Loved that they had self service options also.
