Store is clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. We were greeted warmed as soon as we walked in. One of our pups got a self service doggie bath, and the other was in need of a professional bath & groom. The self service groom area was immaculately clean and set up with everything you need.Our groomer, Melodie, was amazing with our recently rescued dog. He was found as a stray with injuries suggesting he was hit by a car, and although fully healed, she was gentle and mindful about his injured leg. He also had recent dental extractions and we thought his mouth might be sensitive, but even still she was able to brush his teeth! She took extra special care of him and made him even more handsome. Since his coat had to be unfortunately shaved by the rescue due to severe matting, Melodie took us over to the grooming supplies and recommended some products that would help with his regrowth. So thankful for her going the extra mile. We definitely recommend this store!

So happy with our experience here! We had our 2 Corgis groomed today and our groomer did an excellent job. Friendly staff, great service and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommend

I went here for the first time to bathe my dogs myself and I cannot recommend this place enough! The staff is so friendly and helpful they walked me through self dog wash and how to use shower and dryer. You are able to bring your own shampoo but they also offer it themselves and if you forgot a towel they offer you some for free, normal and microfiber towels to choose from. I brought in both of my girls at the same time and the manager Sukina stayed with one while I finished the other. They were very sweet and helpful and I will be coming here again

Groomer mad a big deal about my dog being matted, which he’s a doodle so he has some matted hair, but she made such a point she would have to shave him to his skin!!!! My dog has been groomers in this condition all his life and no one has ever shaped him to his skin. She made such a big ordeal about it. The owner of the store. Nick ended up calling me because she said I had complained. Thanks for the phone call Nick but you still lost a customer. The groomer was in the wrong. It’s the entitled generation!!! We will never be back for grooming or product. So sorry because we live so close!!!!

Melodie was so sweet and wonderful to our pup, Yeti. She took excellent care of him and groomed him to perfection! She was aware of his sensitivities and needs, and was super gentle and ensured that he had a positive experience!Thank you Melodie!!
