Love this place! The staff is so nice and friendly, they’re also incredibly knowledgeable on the best items for your fur baby. They have an awesome discounted vet clinic that comes in every week offering basic services. They also have a dog washing stations that are always clean!

i just stopped by to see if they sold animals. pleasant surprise, it's a real pet store with their own character, not a huge chain. has pet bathing and nails clipping for sure. I liked that I could smell the earthiness of real pet food just walking past the aisles. sounds weird but it's more realistic. lots of accessories and toys and snacks for your buddy. i didn't go through the aisles but seems more canine oriented. take a tour next time you want pet supplies, buy local buy small business. thanks.

Love this store, I started coming in August to get my dog on some new food. The worker (I forgot her name☹️) told me about Redford naturals, which is the store brand, and it has been so much better on my dogs stomach. They are always so nice and helpful I love this place, especially the self serve showers!!

Me and My girlfriend went in today to get a few things, allergy chews and joint supplements and food. Alex asked us if we needed help a few times and when we checked out I asked her opinion on allergy chews (brands and opinion) she was very knowledgeable and helpful! Super friendly and helped us choose what to get for each item! Will continue to come here because of her great customer service!

Good prices, join pet club for good perks like a free self dog bath. Self bathing station was uplept and easy to use. Friendly staff. Grooming and vet services also if you want.

This store has everything you could want for your pet, without making you feel overwhelmed. The staff are super friendly and I felt like they were truly interested in my pet's needs. I purchased 150 large crickets and when I told the staff member who rung me up that I was getting 175, he quickly noticed my mistake and politely corrected me. I also purchased a 30 lb bag of Nutrisource Chicken and Rice dog food. It was $8 cheaper than where I was purchasing the same food before. I found my new pet store!

All Pet supplies plus employees are amazing! I visit the Moon Valley location weekly some times twice a week for crickets. I always get prompt service . Never have I felt like I was an inconvenience. EVERYONE I have met has been friendly not like annoying friendly were you know its fake it's always good conversation . You can tell they love to work there. I could go on and on about how much I enjoy to shop there. Thank you for being great! This little guy appreciates his full belly.

Becky groomed my sweet old German shepherd today, and is insanely talented at what she does. Not only is Becky just a very kind and sweet person, she truly loves animals and takes the time to get to know your pet. My dog really loves her and as a cautious pet owner of a senior dog I know that he is in very good hands.

Ordered a pickup for online with my husband's debit card. I'm told I have to have his debit card to pickup the idem. Then I'm told I can just come in to buy the idem. If I wanted to go into the store after working a 10 day I wouldn't have placed a pickup order.Maybe let your customers know this on the website before they waste their time.

Great place to buy quality pet food. Has a grooming service that I haven't tried yet. Staff is always attemtative and helps wherever possible. I just wish they had more puppy food on hand.

These chain of pet stores are not as large as PetCo or Petsmart with means they don't offer wider selection but what this chain does is sells the pet products we need at prices lower then major chains. I prefer going here to get my basic supply like cat food, litter, toys, and treats here as the prices are 30% lower than the same products from the two larger chains. They don't sell live animals anymore like ferrets as they have now teamed up with a local rescue called AZ Ferret Rescue to host a adoption day instead, they still carry fish and reptiles. I would look here first before going to big chains that are overpriced.

My friend referred me to Kim (groomers) at Pet Supplies Plus and I absolutely adore her! Come to find out my grandma, Cynthia with Lily goes to her as well! Thank you guys for making my Romeo comfortable and such a happy/clean boi! Romeo and I appreciate the love and care you put into your clients! Also, got a super cute fancy bow tie :) The store itself is amazing - and the prices! Got a spooky lamb for my fur baby:) Regulars soon here!

Everyone is so friendly here and extremely helpful! I would like to give a shout out to Alex, she was so knowledgeable and gave me so much helpful information/tips on what our new adopted senior cat would need! Great store, all the employees are so helpful with any of my many concerns with my new puppy from ingredients in the dog food, options for grooming with a self service dog wash( had the puppies nails clipped twice Kaye is awesome thank you )and pet vaccination clinics I'm so glad every employee at anytime I visit had a great attitude and help me way more then I could ever expect thank you thank you thank you 😀

GREAT first experience at this Pet Supplies! Fussy 13-yr-old dog was masterfully groomed by Christopher! Then very pleasant lady (so sorry, I'll ask your name next time!) helped me find the best dry food for our other dog, at a price MUCH better than Chewy! We will definitely be back soon!!

My cat is dying of cancer and had such a hard time eating that I thought I was going in to get her last meal. The worker there was so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She picked out some food toppers that I can sprinkle over a main course or just offer as a treat. Now my cat finishes breakfast, lunch, and dinner. She's happy, comfortable, and gaining weight again thanks to their help. Thank you so much!

This Pet Supplies Plus is a great locally owned and operated pet store. We had many of these when we lived in Michigan, and was disappointed when we didn't find any locations here after we moved. Luckily, they opened one up about a mile from my house around October 2020. We like them for a lot of reasons: great selection of products for our dogs and cats (high end to entry level); prices aren't too bad and they run a lot of sales and coupons; large and clean dog wash area; and all of the employees are always willing to help you, or get someone who might know better. The difference between them and the pet store they replaced at this location is night and day, and the area is much better for it. And the groomers do a fantastic job as well. It's January 2023 now, and I still think this review is accurate. Ditto August 2023. Ditto, or even better customer service, October 2023. Still great February 2024.

They're pretty awesome. Just found this place and am happy I did. A variety of foods snacks and toys for all types of animals. I found my cats favorite toy here. The self wash was great too. I only wish their driers were a little more powerful. But for the price you can't beat it 🙂 pups lookin good and feeling clean.

They’re awesome! I got my delivery the same day. My dog had his last bowl and they made it before close time. I’m pregnant so the delivery option was so perfect. They also left the cutest note. Highly recommend this store 🏼

Fantastic selection and service. I love their Redford Naturals cat food, it's the only brand my tiny tyrant hasn't grown tired of. They even have on-site pet grooming and vet care.

Always greeted by someone upon arrival and get asked multiple times if I need help. I usually do not, but it’s nice to see how attentive they are! I always find exactly what I need. I like being able to support a non-big box store like petsmart.I do also bring my dog here for self-wash, and it’s nice and clean. They provide shampoo but you’re welcome to bring your own. The water does take a bit to warm up, but that’s not on them, and during the warmer months that doesn’t even matter.

Pet Supplies Plus has become my go-to pet store. It always has the food I need, Victor High Pro Plus in stock, and plenty of treats to select from. Did I mention that it also has a dog wash! That's right, I can walk in bathe my dogs and leave. The three stalls are always clean and ready to use.

Normally this is the best place to take my dog to get groomed has been for almost 2 years. This last time was absolutely unacceptable, my mother had to drop off my dog for me due to work and they tried to get her to add extras to the groom, it was an online appointment, all she should've had to do was drop him off. They didn't have any cut information for the last several times he had been groomed there and had her pick out a length from the board without properly explaining what it would look like on his coat. She told them to go short but not to shave him which had been the exact thing theyve done every time, exact same way i tell them how to do it word for word, and they completely shaved him down, he is an Australian Shepard/Husky it's absolutely ridiculous he looks like a shaved sheep, we will not be coming back I'm very disappointed

My dogs are happier now that i shop here. Having Great Danes means that i have to shop for specific foods because of their delicate tumtums. The prices for the food my pups do well on and prefer is unbeatable.
