I had another company scheduled to come out a couple of days before but they kept pushing the time back and then rescheduled on us (this had happened 2x before). So I chose a different route and canceled the other company, which is when we decided to try out Parker and Sons.Richard was our technician and he was great. The turn around time was excellent as well. Long story short, I decided to put a double door in an existing interior wall space and there was some wiring that needed relocating. The task was to relocate two wall outlets, which Richard achieved relatively quickly.If I had to pick on anything, I would say that there was no promotions or price adjustments for such a decent sized company. Usually these sized companies would offer a discount or promotion, but not this time. I paid $859 for the service, which was done in less than 1.5 hrs. Overall, I would use them again, I would say get some quotes from others beforehand. I have attached before and after pics of the work.

Water heater needed to be replaced. Cody Tracy came within the hour. The next morning, he not only replaced my water heater, he also picked it up from the vendor for me. If you want a great plumber who goes above and beyond for the customer- Go with Cody over at P&S

We had Cody Tracy come to our house at 8:00 on a Saturday night when our water heater started leaking. He was very Knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain the ins and outs of the water heater and some of the preventative measures I can take to get the most out of my new one. The price was fair, and he left me his personal extension so if I ever had questions I could call and ask. Though no one enjoys paying for a new water heater, I can say that I feel confident in the workmanship and knowledge that Cody and Parker & sons brought to my home.

I've had Parker & Sons out twice now and would highly recommend them. They came out to install a new whole home water filter, water softener, and an RO system. The two guys that came out were awesome. They were professional, they knew what they were doing, they were quick, and best of all is they cleaned up after themselves. We got 4 different quotes for a new 3.5 ton Package Unit for our home. Not only was Parker & Sons the best value and price, the people involved with the quote and installation made it the right choice. William was the person who came out to measure and quote us. Friendly and informed, not pushy, explained the process and gave us a discount without any haggling. Rebecca at the office handled the final sale and was also just as friendly and knowledgeable. Made a large purchase easy and stress-free. When installation came around, Jessy and his partner (Oliver? Sorry I forgot!) as well as Ping all worked together selflessly and tirelessly to ensure the unit was installed perfectly, working late until the job was done. Buying a new AC is a huge purchase in AZ. Go with Parker and Sons. We also added on a 20 year Parts and Labor warranty with Parker so we won’t have to worry about this major home component for 20 years. That’s also a lot of peace of mind. Everytime I call on Parker & Sons to help me with any concerns in my home, I always get phenomenal service! Today I had the pleasure of having Water Treatment Technician, Paul Barberio come out to my home regarding my water softener (installed and purchased by a company no longer in business) and why is wasn't working correctly. I was treated with the utmost respect, provided with honest results and given excellent solutions providing an outcome that benefits my household. The service that Drew with Parker and Sons completed at my house was simply amazing. During a hot day he was tireless in fixing the main water shut off valve on my house that was built in the 1980’s. He went above and beyond and was patient and kind during the delays caused by the city and complexity of the work. He cleaned up after the repairs and ensured that all potential questions that I had regarding the functionality of the work completed were answered. I will use Parker and sons again and again for any plumbing needs at my home and office.

On 5/24/24 we spent the entire day selecting and installing a new water heater. This needed to be done asap. I did not believe this would be possible but we had to try.During the day we had to deal with 3 different company reps. Cory, at office; Caleb, plumbing; and Tyler, electrical. Caleb helped us to pick out the water heater that would be the best for our situation and least expensive. We needed to talk with Corey to get pricing for electrical and he put together a package plan on entire work, including wiring up grade and warranty. Corey coordinated with Caleb and Tyler to get both out same day to complete this job.Thumbs up for all three reps for doing a job far and above expectations. Job was completed before dinner time and we had hot water. Special thanks to Corey and Caleb for their obvious concerns for our situation and needs.GOOD JOB !!

Great customer service!!! Parker & Sons has speedy and efficient service. Called about a plumbing issue and they scheduled my service call right away. The tech that came out Casey was amazing and fixed our problem right away! He made sure to explain to us what the issue was. Extremely happy that the issue was resolved and it didn’t cost us an arm and a leg. Before he left he made sure to give us his business card as well which was very appreciated. Will be using them again if an issue arises.

Parker sent an electrician over to install 2 outdoor ceiling fans. He showed up on time and provided an estimate before doing any work. After agreeing to the quote, he efficiently installed both fans. He was very professional. I would recommend and use again

Had our AC go out and for two days had been making phone calls to find someone who could come out to fix it. Gave Parker & Sons a call and the woman I talked to was amazing. They came out same day to take a look and the tech Jason was amazing and was able to help us understand everything that was going on. Pricing was within our budget with the financing plan they had. I would recommend them as a go to to get your AC fixed.

I’m so pleased with the service and response time from Parker & Sons. My technician, Josh, called me in advance of his arrival, was so pleasant and well versed with the issue I was having with my air conditioning unit, gave me repair options and discussed in layman’s terms to fully understand the problem. I wish Parker & Sons would’ve been my first call for help when my AC went out almost 4 years ago.Last week I made an appointment so they could come out and take a look at my system. Gregory H. was friendly and very thorough with his diagnosis. He presented me with his findings then showed me pictures to back it up. Great professional advice and service. The service was for installing a water softener. The two gentlemen who came were very knowledgeable and friendly Brandon noticed important changes that needed to be made to our home which were completed along with the installation of the water softener. So grateful they found we had very high pressure in our water supply so they were able to fix it and upgrade our water fixture.

I couldn’t have been happier with my first time working with Parker & Sons. From my initial phone call to set up my appointment and then getting a same day service technician, I was blown away. No one in today’s world gives immediate attention like what I experienced. I was able to get an amazing deal on a new HAVC unit with quite a big discount to replace my old unit which is about 15+ years old.My technician, Adam Johnston was so professional, knowledgeable, and informative. His communication was great; I got a call from him when he was on his way to my home, and he arrived at the scheduled appointment time. A very kind person with one important thing in mind. That I was first and foremost pleased with the service being provided. He took me step by step through the financing process, was very transparent and honest, with no hidden fees or surprises and ultimately offered the best rate. Excellent service from Parker & Sons! I called them late afternoon for plumbing issues that needed immediate attention, and they were about to have someone come out that same evening. Our technician, Richard, was very knowledgeable and able to fix the issue with our main line very efficiently. We appreciate their long hours and being able to come help us late at night. Upon coming home, and realizing our hot water heater was not working and me trying to figure it out. We reached out to Parker and Sons and they came without any hesitation. They provided us with a quote and within an hour were at our home installing our new tankless water heater. The sales person and the installation gentleman were top-notch. My apologies, I do not remember the sales person name, (he was amazing), but our insulation man, Nico was unbelievable. He worked throughout the day and into the evening. Did not stop until the job was done. Which was late until the evening. I would (and will) work with them again without hesitation. Unbelievably great service.

The technician did an awesome job. It took him approximately 30 minutes to assess the job, provide an estimate and change out the ball valve. However $659 is ridiculous . (less a $50 coupon the tech. threw in) thats $1210 an hour, less the cost of a $25 valve. I asked for a breakdown of parts, labor and service call and was told there’s no breakdown, just a total. Will never use parker & sons again nor will I recommend them.

Parker & Sons is terrific! They installed 2 new high efficiency AC/furnace units in my home. Because of space limitations in my attic, it was a very difficult and challenging install. They had several two-man teams plus a Supervisor working on the project which took two long days to complete. They were professional, persistent and upbeat throughout the process. Great service from the initial estimate to the install. Parker and Sons provided a fair price, honored their estimate and didn’t try to up sell me throughout the process. The install team communicated with us from the time they left the facility to the time they departed our home nine hours later. They arrived promptly at 7 AM and were ready to work. The team was professional and took the time to explain every step to me. Their supervisor and safety team came to inspect the site which provided an extra comfortable feeling knowing the company took safety and quality into account. Top Notch service!! Parker crew were so friendly and nice. They explained everything that was going to be done. As they finished one phase then they would explain the next. I was so worried about having to install a new unit but Parker and Sons made this process so easy. Incredible warranty that I absolutely love. I very highly recommend them. I didn't even have to clean up after them. The crew was so RESPECTFUL of our home. We couldn't be happier. We are more than satisfied with Parker and Sons. They are on a whole different level!! I have never doubted their ability. We had an electrical issue today with our remodel and he solved the issue quickly and with a good attitude. In the past, Parker and son has been very honest in their assessments with my AC. But this time it didn’t go so well they recommend me to buy a $18,000 AC which I did not need. So I went with another company and they fix the AC property And were very honest in their assessment, and were very reasonable with the pricing. Hoping in the future parker and son returns to their honesty and not just trying to sell you a high price Air conditioner.
