Nice layout, clean store, stocked well - for dogs. A very skimpy cat isle. The prices are ridiculous!! Definitely catering to the upscale demographic. Luckily I had a gift certificate that barely got me 2 small overpriced items. Won't be going back.

We went to My Pet Market to pick out a toy for my Mamba's birthday. They have a good selection of toys, quality food and treats, lots of othet supplies. They staff was helpful and super friendly to my shy girl on her Birthday and I really appreciated that. I would recommend if you live locally to come check them out.

They'll go the extra mile if you need to find certain foods or products, as I did. They follow-up on special orders and requests and make sure everything is done right. You don't see this attention to detail or high level of customer service much anymore.

Great selection of pet food and accessories. Brands you can't get at the Petsmart's of the world. Make sure you ask for a price match because their regular prices are higher than many specialty stores.

I’ve been here 2x now and I love this place! Heather helped me my first visit & Ronnie helped me my second visit. There are so many great brands to choose from and they are super kind & knowledgeable. It’s a further drive than the other place I was going but there was no assistance or guidance… TOTALLY worth it for my fur family. *Feels nice to have “customer service” these days. Much appreciated! Definitely recommend!

Our go-to pet store in the Phoenix area! Always greeted when we walk in the door and always asked if there’s anything we need help finding. They offer price matching. For every 10 bags of dog food we buy, we get one free! They carry the dog food to my car each time without even asking. Highly recommend “My Pet Market”!

Go to Pet Food Depot instead!!!For Bocce’s Bone Broth Treats, I usually pay $9, they were selling them for $15.For primal beef frozen dog food, I usually get for $24, and they were selling it for $43.For the frozen squash elixir, I usually pay $10, they were selling for $17.Everything is almost double here!!

I love this store! I love that they provide quality products and I really love their personal service. While they may be more expensive with some items, know that you are supporting a small business and not a big box store. Things will cost more. I am happy to bring my dollars to a business that goes the extra mile for it's customers.

Not much to look at. Pet smart / Petco has the best deal, large store and multiple choices. Those store at Pet Market is too small, limited, and not many options to look at. Also, it's weird, past and out of date. In my opinion, this is not a place to set in the area unless it's Pet Spa and daycare to play during day. These would be different stories.

First time ive ever gone into a pet store and they actually treat you with amazing customer service. I dealt with This lady names Charissa. Super spunky, beautiful and amazing. Loved my experience here. Very knowledgeable and knows her stuff. Recommend this place over Petsmart any day.

Way over priced compared to other stores. I normally pay $39 for a bag of dog food and the exact same thing is $58 here. They did price match for me which is nice but they’re ripping off people who don’t know they charge way too much for the exact same stuff.

The prices are much higher for things I can get at other local pet stores. They good have a much better selection than other large chain stores which can be helpful at times. I would recommend doing price comparisons before shopping here though.

Soo happy they have multiple locations!! You just can’t get the same Quality products at petsmart. They make sure they have what I need in stock no matter what store they have to bring it to. During this time, they make things a lot easier. Thank you!

What a DISGUSTING way to treat your employees, allowing a BREAK ROOM in the bathroom at this location! I will NOT be back after walking in to see one of your staff eating next to a mop bucket and she was visibly pregnant. 0 stars, Petsmart is across the street. 👎🏼

Not a breeder -- huge plus, im very against inhumane animal practices and its awesome that they've signed a contract with the humane society to not breed. I will continue to support businesses like this
