I have been taking my dog here for a bit over a year (once a month). Reyna always does an amazing job and is very patient with my young energetic dog. She has also dyed my dog’s hair and did a really good job. Finally, I really appreciate that she takes extra time when my poodle’s hair is a little more tangled than normal and gives me feedback as to where I need to brush better. This is absolute gold for me because other groomers will try to shave my dog when there is an indication that they have to spend more time brushing. PS. I do brush her frequently so i never have unrealistic expectations.

CARELESS, RUDE AND UNAPOLOGETIC!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE. I made an appointment with this groomer after my regular groomer became unavailable. I have an elderly dog that I have to carry to the car - plus it was 118 degrees outside this day. I made the appointment weeks in advance. I got there and the door was locked. A confused old woman, who was watching loud soap operas, unlocked the door and started talking to me in Spanish. I told her that I don't speak Spanish, but she just continued to talk to me in Spanish. She pulled out the appointment book and pointed to it. I looked at it and my appointment was at 2pm - like I had booked it - but spelled my dog's name in a weird way and wrote the last number of my phone number wrong. It was scribbled in. She called the groomer (who I suspect to be her daughter) and talked to her and it seemed like she wasn't going to talk to me. Then the older woman handed the phone to me. The groomer rudely said that she had to go to the doctor and that she left me a message. I told her that she DIDN'T leave me a message - she left someone ELSE a message because she had written my phone number down wrong. She was like oh well...and then she had the NERVE to say "Well - you cancelled your appointment." I couldn't believe she said that. When I first booked it - weeks prior - I called back and said "I will keep my appointment, but I just wanted to see if you have something a little later in the day. If not - I won't change my appointment." She was like "Oh yes - I have this day at 2pm - want me to switch it to that day?" I said if it's no trouble I would appreciate it. I didn't CANCEL any appointment!!! I said "What the h*ll does me asking for a later time WEEKS in advance have to do with this????" She was completely rude, uncaring and made no effort at all to keep me as a client, reschedule or even apologize. I couldn't believe it. I will tell everyone I know not to go to this place. I'm so glad I didn't hand my dog over to this careless, rude person who is too busy to write a name and phone number down the correct way. I have worked at the Humane Society, at vet hospitals, at pet-sitting, at a dog daycare and as a pet bather for a groomer myself and I know how customer service works. This is horrible customer service.

Here are my babies that are groomed regularly from Le Doggie Groomers in Glendale. She also dyed my baby pink. Shes fantastic I live 35miles from this location but it's a must that my dog babes come here for TLC. Love this place

My family’s dog does not normally do well at the groomers and many of her previous haircutters would give her uneven cuts. We took her here and she had the most perfect and even cut. She left in a good mood after as well! I would recommend!

I took my 13 year old toy poodle for first time visit. My sweet baby ginger has been getting groomed since she was a puppy and we have been fortunate that I had long term groomers who were wonderful. When I moved to AZ from Florida over a year ago I was lucky to find someone that came to my house. Unfortunately she got sick and had to find someone else. I have had several groomers but none made me as happy as Le Doggie. Reyna the owner is amazing! It's a small but immaculate place. The price is beyond reasonable. I work for the Better Business Bureau and will be posting a 5 star review! I highly recommend! Extremely happy. Thank you again Reyna for your excellent services:)

Do not dare bring your dog here. They have such an attitude and are rude. The first time you come here they will be friendly but once they have your business they aren’t friendly and they have no way to get two dogs in same time frame. She recommended I put both their names when scheduling my two dogs online and when I walk in she always tells me I didn’t put both their names on the online appointment. Well I’ve always placed both their names, if she doesn’t look that’s her problem. I’m moving on to another place that doesn’t give me attitude when I arrive with my two babies.

Been taking my Bassett hound to another groomer in the area, but been increasingly unhappy. Too overly booked and my dog came home very agitated. I stumbled upon this place because I get nails & massages in the same center. She is so sweet, takes time with my dog, no rushing to get him out of there. He came home happy and looked awesome!!!

Reyna did an amazing job with our 10yo Shih Tzu! He was done in under 2 hours and he was overdue for a groom! He came out happy and with no anxiety like he had from previous groomers and pet store grooming places. I would most definitely recommend you to take your fur baby to Le Doggie!

I am new to Phoenix and needed a new groomer. After reading the rave reviews of this establishment and realizing it was right up the block from me I took my little hairy baby boy. I called on a Thursday or Friday and was given an appointment for the upcoming Tuesday @ 9am.While I was pleased with his super shiny coat, I was a little taken back by the extensive amount of time it took, in fact I actually started to panic assuming the worst had happened but I received a call 2+ hours later telling me he was ready. Another thing that struck me as odd was the fact that when I arrived he was not in his harness, he just ran out the back and I was handed his belongings to put upon him on my own🤔.They have beautiful (dog themed) artwork to purchase.With all this being said, currently I am unsure if I will be returning.FYI: There were no other dogs there when I dropped him off so the extensive wait time (to me) was unnecessary.

Been to so many different grooming places, but this is the first place we love! The prices are great, she does an amazing job on the trims, washes them, clips their nails, cuts all the gunk off their eyes (we have maltese), and even floofs the tail. Everything is amazing. Best place ever, love to support it!

They said they “deshedded” my golden retriever but they absolutely did nothing to her other than the shower. The cut her nail more than needed and she bled a lot! Don’t recommend
