Albeit I prefer the product quality, in most products, to places like Walmart, Fry's which is a subsidiary of Kroger is a really bad place to pre-order foods for pick-up. Both the wife and I are disabled seniors and like most seniors in this country living on a VERY fixed budget. When you order for pick-up the amount of money first set aside by your bank for your order is pre coupon and discountThen when you pick it up they secure the actual amount. The problem with this is that they never release the first hold amount. They then leave their hold on YOUR money for as much as 5 days. When you are tight on money and have bills to pay this absolutely disrupts your life. I called the Customer Service line only to get a woman named Denise call me back and tell me that that is just the way it's set up and too bad for us. So end result is we no longer do business with Fray's or Kroger. And I intend to let everyone I know, call AARP, and go on social media as much as I can until this corporation realizes that they are harming the people who do business with them.

I love shopping at Fry's it's the only place I shop for food. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is the pharmacy, the pharmacy is not the best I don't always get alerted when my prescriptions are ready they never have anything in stock.

Kroger Fry’s on rey Avenue in Phoenix is absolutely horrible customer service. This is not the first time not the second time but the third time this fries in particular has caused me nothing but aggravation. The customer service person is never behind the counter. You always have to wait a good 5 to 10 minutes for them to appear and then when they do, they’re annoyed and you question why are you ever went there to begin with. I would highly recommend picking any other supermarket. Their prices are not accurately posted.

This is a good place to visit if you don't want to buy anything. No shopping carts were available. When I asked the manager for a cart he said to contact Kroger. Not very helpful for today's shopping trip.

Regular grocery store, that seems to stock their products regularly, unlike some stores. One thing that sucks about this store is they only have 1 person ring up customers. The rest is all self checkout. I refuse to use it since I don't work there nor do I get a discount for ringing my stuff up ony own.

Staff is friendly, the store is clean. Produce, fruits, veggies and meats are always fresh. Prices are cheaper than Walmart.

I purchased a box of Chocolate graham crackers, 2 of the three packages inside where not even sealed and the crackers were just out in the open. If you want to be competitive with major companies, you may want to pay attention to your processes. The one package was pretty tasty, I did not eat the open ones.

Kroger fry's it's the same store. With the prices this high , I'm just trying to get a great food prices and they always come thru. Oh yeah and the fuel points help I had over 600 fuel points fill the tank for pennies gotta love it.

This is a great Fry's, the employees are all really nice and helpful. I especially want to say thank you to Adam who works the self checkout atthis store, he is always so nice and helpful every time I go there (and I gothere a lot) If all Fry's employees would be as awesome as Adam is thenall Fry's stores would be great, but they are not. Thank you Adam for making my shopping experience at Fry's (19th & Glendale) an enjoyableone. Keep up the good work!!

If you can't find something ask. I had to ask for Hawaiian Bread (the kiosk was behind the bakery counter since they were ALMOST out. I had 3 people looking for bottled frappaccino from Starbucks because it wasn't with beverages or coffee. (It was in a case near a register.) Store designers use marketing NOT LOGIC to design the shelves. So...just ask.

I really am a Fry's fan. I have three Fry's to choose from and one of them has a Murray's Cheese Shop in it. As also a cheese fanatic, I couldn't be happier.Your employees are friendly, your stores are usually clean and safe. Thanks

Digital coupons don't always work.On senior 10% off day ..there was a problem in their system and did not get discount...i checked my receipt and got my 10% back..but how many seniors didn't check..the manager should have told cashiers to take 10% off for seniors..but instead they made profit on their mistake at the cost for seniors..

I like their deli meat and cheese selection. Not so many that you can't decide. But just enough to satisfy your taste. I like three pepper cheese. Jalapeno, Chipotle and Habanero pepper cheese. YUMMY! Good prices, not overwhelming. I recommend.

Terrible service attempting to order a holiday meal or even getting my location correct and even my name. Called 7 times trying to correct the order location but the employees there don’t know how to place and order let alone correct it. I give up! Home Chef through Krogers Fry’s store is terrible! Make sure you check your order location.

I'm a Fry's girl I always have been it's my favorite grocery store I'd rather go here than pretty much any other grocery store including Walmart sprouts and Target I will go to those other places but usually I shop online fries though I love going to have great produce and pretty good customer service depending on which one you go to but yeah.
