I went for a return & this old lady named Lindsay was rude & started getting loud with me & making faces at me & yelling that i couldn’t return the item. I asked why & she just kept yelling at me that i couldn’t return the product when i was still under the return policy. She just kept yelling at me very unprofessional supposibly shes manager which shouldn’t be worst customer service !!!!!

The store only had one cart available but I saw four carts of trash in the store. When I asked the girls working about this situation they were rude. Family dollar needs to do better customer service training

the store has very bad customer service. The cashiers don't know the difference between a purse and a backpack. And the manager of the store is no help whatsoever. The cleanliness of the store is ferocious. They need a whole new crew for this store very disappointed I've been coming here for years. And never had a problem with my purse. So I'll be going elsewhere for now on

It's sad that the store is so convenient and yet I can find much of what I need there. No baskets, and don't wonder where they all went. Got short changed $10 but it's hot and after lugging everything I just bought to the car and unload it at home I didn't feel like driving back only to be told it didn't happen. Just buy less next time, take my time regardless of how long of a wait or how many more people are waiting behind me. Just be watchful the next time.

Manager stands next to the door playing with a bouncy ball instead of opening up another register. Everybody there is pretty unpleasant and unhelpful. They do have some good prices and a nice snack selection though.

Worst customer service, place it’s dirty inside and out windows are dirty smells real bad like pee, over charged me for one out of my 5 items.How can this store be so run down...Please send a district manager to over see this please, I know you all can do better

Staff extremely rude.. the lady called me a stupid broad told me to get the f*** out of the store because i had my service animal with and told me it's not a pet store. I told her I would contact her manager, when another lady from one of the isles came out and happened to be the manager and just both started laughing.. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS FAMILY DOLLAR... I can not believe the amount of disrespect some ppl have especially in a business...

I shop Family Dollar occasionally when I want convenience. It's open later than most dollar stores not as crowded as bigger stores with some good sales. Staff at most locations I visit are very pleasant.

Terrible experience, Just pulled up to the store didn't make it in bc , this guy walked up to our car tries to get in, we had to call the cops. Cops tells me it's bad neighborhood a very bad area. First and last time I'll try that at that location. Drunk guys outside and that random thing right outside there doors we didn't even make it in the store 👎

This place is ok but the only problem I have is them closing early all the time their signs say 10pm and they close at 9 instead. Either change the sign or stay open like you’re supposed to.
